The location is perfect! We were able to get up and walk right out to the beach. It is located at the center of a lively beach which made evenings fun, as restaurants lit up and had fire shows. It is conveniently located near 7-eleven and only a 12 minute walk from the pier. (Or take a songthaew) Location was absolutely perfect! The staff were all friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I also recommend booking the snorkeling tour with them. There was plenty of room for my family of six.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The shower also drained the wrong way and would flood the bathroom floor after just a few seconds of the shower being turned on, even if we pointed it away from the opening.

Location very good, staff was excellent.

Russian neighbours stole our clothes but staff resolved quickly!

Nice hotel just in front of Sai Kaew beach. The location is top with the long white sand beach to enjoy all day (very nice restaurants nearby where you can have dinner with your feet in the sand).

The room has everything you need for a short stay but it's a bit dated.

It wqs the perfekt holyday for me and my family all staff was so sweet and help us alot we did go on bod trip it was perfekt ant the staff was so nice and sweet will be back again for sure

Great location with a wonderful view of the beach and sea. Lovely clean room with tv aircon and large fridge . Great shower and bathroom with a really large terrace .

Lots of stairs so not good for anyone with mobility issues .

The food was really good. But above all the restaurant staff were fabulous. So friendly and welcoming.

Room could have been slightly bigger but that’s very minor.

Paul at the mail desk was amazing. He spoke perfect English. The hotel was right on the beach.

we were on the 4th floor and no elevator, but l wanted a specific room and and I was made aware of the fact.

Charged for deck chairs but no service for drinks and food had to go next door low season maybe under staffed
