We liked very much the location. The size of the room was big enough and the view was wonderful. The beach was very nice just in front of the hotel. The sand is white and soft like walking on flour. The sea is cristal clear.The area is not too busy. We had a room with sea view and it was quiet. The owner and his wife were very nice. We enjoyed our vacation there and plan to return.

The room was nice and comfortable. The place was right on the beach which was great. Located near the center of everything. Great value for the price.

Our issue was right when we checked-in we noticed our air condition wasn’t working right, not cooling. We stayed there 3 nights and the last night it cut out on us and didn’t work at all. But other than the A/C issue it was a nice place.

The staff were amazing. Loved the free sunbeds were a great addition. Virtually on the beach with easy and close access to the bars and restaurants. Beds were really comfortable and the best part, as never seen before, if your room wasn’t cleaned you was left outside the room new amenities for the following day. Air con looked brand new.

Right on the beach, with lounge chairs under umbrellas and trees. A small shop on site was so handy. In a perfect location of Koh samet. We rented a bike from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful service. Will be back!

Along the main beach but just the right distance from the busiest restaurants. It is a very cozy place and quiet bar in the evening. Good for relaxing. It offers a small but good breakfast (toast, coffee powder and banana). Includes beach bench.

The room is a bit small and dark, but anyway you don't want to spend too much time indoors.

The rooms were just steps from the beach, close to restaurants and taxies. Super location

If you get a room next to the street the night can get quite loud. I slept with earplugs which helped a lot. It didn’t help that I traveled during the songkran and the party never stopped! I’d probably stay on the other side of the island next time.

Not an issue of the property, but of Koh Samet as a whole - Chinese day tourists. That said, they “invade” the beach between 10am and noon only.

Very good location just in the end of the beach away from hussle . Just on the beachfront. Secound floor has big balcony facing the ocean with beautiful breeze. Property has also nice cocktail bar and Juice bar.

Right on the beach, close to everything. Clean and tidy. If you book try and get sea view room ❤️ Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again in the future

I think in the night the beach/ bar area should be lit up a bit more as it’s very dark when having a few drinks.

The room we had was at the front of the block facing the beach.. but the trees in front were overgrown and obstructed the view. The bed was comfortable no complaint there, the tv only had selling adverts on the actually tv programs didnt work. Bathroom was small but ok.

When we arrived and went into the room we were greeted by swarms of mosquitos.. I dont think this room had been used for a while, maybe because of the price. They really should of sprayed it before we were allowed in. I had to go out and buy a can of mosquito killer to sort the room myself.
