The owners (mother and son?) are very kind and helpful and make a pleasant environment. The mothers is very sweet and The son speaks perfect English. She did my laundry for me at a great price and it was very quick and delivered to my room. The room is very clean. Personally, I loved the firm bed and slim pillows, they were perfect but everyone has different tastes.

Super understanding and helpful host. We arrived late and it was not a problem because there is a night watchman. The hotel is very close to the Mo Chit bus station which is really convenient. The room is spacious and well equipped (fridge, air conditioning, television, kettle...) with a small balcony

A clean accommodation located in proximity to the EGAT Headquarters. The staff were nice and the room was spacious.

Room was cleaned every day and staff always brought fresh water, coffee, and toilet paper to the room. The room has all your basic needs whilst traveling on a budget.

We didn't realise how far away the location of the hotel was when we booked. There is not much to do in the area. We had a scooter and it would take us 35-45 min on average to get into Bangkok. By taxi it could take up to an hour or more. However there may be a station for the SkyTrain which would make things easier, make sure to check :)

We arrived in the middle of the night and although the host told us that someone will meet us at the reception for checking in, there was no one there and we had to wake the receptionist up

The hotel is not for sleeping. Very uncomfortable leather mattress, very hard, like on a train. The curtains do not protect from the light, the room is already bright at 6 in the morning. A lot of ants, dirty in the shower, scary in the room, you can hear the neighbors, from 5 in the morning there is noise in the corridor. room 223
