Receptionist is not that friendly

Decent sized rooms that are cleaned pretty well. Bottled water delivered everyday. Coin operated laundry machine in foyer was super convenient. Supermarket and train station in short walking distance.

Some reception staff are dismissive. Took forever to checkout - there were 3 groups of us trying to checkout and a delivery person, a staff member walked in, glared at us, then went straight to the delivery person and grabbed their food while continuing to ignore us. Eventually took two of our keycards then left without saying a word. Took another staff member to properly help everyone checkout. Almost missed my booked taxi to the airport. If you're taking a taxi, be sure to check where they're going, they tend to under or overshoot the street of the hotel.

The room was very nice, with cozy atmosphere and clean ! The staff is kind, always willing to help you. The breakfast is taking place to a very cozy place and it was tasty.

Unfortunately, it is a bit far from the centre of the city. However, the station of the train is very close (however a lot of stops until the centre). But, we found easily taxis from grab app.

Everything was great, very near to the metro station on the blue line where you catch the train to get easily into the city center. Friendly staff, very tasty breakfasts.

Nothing, except water in the swimming pool was too cold for us, but it’s not a big deal :)

There was a choice of different foods for breakfast although the choices did not vary - fine for short length of stay and meant I didn't have to find somewhere to eat in an environment that I was not familiar with. Staff were very friendly and helpful - even though they did not speak much English. Very nice small pool with its' own changing area and shower.

The mattress was firm, but this was the same in other hotels too. Otherwise no issues.

- how helpful staff was: the tv was being fixed quickly after staff was told it was not working - the convenient location - the value for money - 4 good sized bottles of water given daily for 2 people

- water from the shower splashing onto the toilet bowl due to short partitioning in between but adequate amount of towels provided could help with that

The breakfasts were cooked fresh everyday. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was an added bonus that there was a washing machine & dryer available in the complex. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't think of anything that I disliked about the place.

the staff is very-very kind, the breakfast was delicious, location is a bit further away from main attractions but still worth it

could have been a bit cleaner and could be a little bit renovated (e.g. bathroom)

choice of breakfast, good variety. Had stayed there before as location was perfect for what I needed and the MRT was nearby for getting in and out of Bangkok.

This was just an overnight stay so nothing to be better.

I was deeply impressed by the hospitality of the staffs who were always eager to help me out. I was there with a friend in need of medical attention, and they were very attentive to every small details I requested them. Two thumbs up to the staffs!
