The hotel looks very new and modern. Great swimming pool with the river view (especially beautiful at night). The room was very big and spacious. Comfortable beds with soft mattress. The area is quiet and you can’t hear outside car noise. The reception was very friendly and even gave welcome drinks and wet towels. Two Seven Elevens at walking distances, Starbucks and some fast food restaurants are about 7 minutes walking away from the hotel

The room wasn’t very clean. There was some hair on the floor, the bedside tables had traces of cups (tea or coffee), which could be easily removed with wet wipes. Curtains and a carpet had some stains on them.

The room was perfect, bed was exceptionally comfortable, location was good for catching ferry, public transport and close to many temples. We booked with breakfast included and couldn't regret doing it, every morning fresh food was served and you can sit outside facing swimming pool and river. Staff very helpful and polite, the resolved every question we had. Will 100% recommend staying here in your trip to Bangkok

Nice hotel, but not a 5 star hotel, more like a decent 4 star. Pool and breakfast area is really nice. Very friendly staff!

It is a bit far from everything. Check in process took way longer than it should. Breakfast options quite limited for longer stays

Very new hotel and great location on the river although quite hard to find as hotel located up an alleyway.

Reception staff were quite slow in checking in and checking out and breakfast variety was poor.

Nice room with balcony. Pool was uncrowded and on the river. Gym was well equipped but dark due to blown lighting and it’s in the basement. Some of the aerobic machines didn’t work.

Location is terrible for walking to dinner or many of the main sites around Bangkok. Not even close to a ferry stop. If you don’t mind taking taxis everywhere, I suppose it’s ok, but it’s a 60 minute walk to the palace. Additionally, the on site restaurant closes at 17:30, so dinner is not available here. Not many restaurants in the area.

Lovely modern hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. There were great views across the river and the pool is excellent.

It’s relatively far out of town so you will have to get a taxi or use the metro to get anywhere. The closest metro station is about a 15 minute walk away and the traffic is a nightmare so you will spend a fair bit of time travelling to and from the hotel.

Location in the river was really cool! We could take the boat taxis down to see some of the temples with just a short walk down the street and across the bridge. Loved the modern and cute design of the hotel and pool! The pool was very refreshing in hot Bangkok and beautiful to be along the river. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Kind of a drive from the airport. There was a rooster next door that woke us up early. I managed to go back to sleep with earplugs and white noise. Not really the hotels fault, but annoying. They did allow my sister to change rooms to the other building because of the loud rooster.

Unfortunately our room didn't have electricity, which was promptly fixed by the staff, later we found out that hot water was also not working and only after asking three times to fix it the engineer was send to our room, he was nice and tried his best to help, unfortunately it was not possible to fix it so we got a different room, but until we got the new room we waited for couple of hours to actually get assistance

Very clean and everything functioned perfectly. Great air conditioning. Comfortable bed. The room was a perfect size for the two of us. Other members of our group stayed at a different hotel a five minute walk away from us and had a much bigger room but they paid 7 (seven) times more than we paid. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were very friendly, respectful and eager to please. We had absolutely no complaints with the Glow and would highly recommend it. Excellent value for the price.

The location was rather convenient with 5-10min walking distance to many local eateries and the pier of the express boat. The hotel staff are very friendly, speak good English, and are always willing to help.

The cleaning service could be more efficient. During our stay, we smelled weed smoke many times at the corridor, stairs, and from the balcony. It was very unpleasant. Not sure why the hotel allows that.
