We loved everything about our stay at SSIP Boutique Dhevej. SSIP and all the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The large bedroom room with ensuite bathroom was really lovely and spotlessly clean- the complimentary bottles of water each day were really appreciated. The hotel is quiet and peaceful and in a great location, with street sellers really close by, offering a variety of delicious food throughout the day and evening. Good restaurants are within a short walk, as is the ferry giving access to everywhere in the city along the main river. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good AC and comfortable beds. They are simple, but have quaint historical touches. The staff was great. The owner spoke perfect English and while the rest of the staff spoke only Thai, they would communicate with Google translate or call the owner if they needed to. There is an elevator for baggage, but not for guests. My favorite thing about the hotel was all the little details they added to make your stay special. I was there for over a week, and sometimes they would leave little desserts or flowers in my room. And the breakfast was fantastic!

Unfortunately the location is not great. There is a 7-11 nearby and a small coffeeshop, but otherwise you have to walk quite a ways to get to any restaurants. The neighborhood is also quite dirty and under a lot of construction; the construction makes walking anywhere complicated because a lot of roads are disrupted. It's disappointing because I loved the hotel and thought the staff were great, but I wouldn't stay in this part of town again.

SSIP Hotel staff made our stay unforgettable. We are a couple (40-47 years) and we come for the first time to Thailand, Bangkok. We stay from 20-27.07. For 7 nights in this hotel and we enjoyed it a lot. For my 40th bday, Sherry, The Hotel Manager and the cleaning staff encounter me with a bday cake with a candle and they sang for me. I felt like being home with friends. Sherry took her time and took for me and my fiancé a lot of pictures on my bday. We are thankful and appreciate it. Every day housekeeping cleaned our room and provide us with drinking water in glass bottles. After 3 nights they change the bed sheets and change our towels without asking. We appreciate it, that they were taking care of every details. One night one of our neighbors were very loud, we tried to talk to them, but they did not want to understand that they are too loud. Next day I talk to the owner, because Sherry had off and she apologize for it and talk yo the hotel guests. In that night there was no receptionist in the hotel and the owner called us in the room to ask if our neighbors were loud again. Luckily they were silent and the owner of the hotel gave us even her cell number in case the situation change. One evening before our departure Sherry surprised me again with some delicious cookies and a good bye note. The cookies were so good and the surprise I really appreciate it. We love the design of the room and the AC was functioning amazing. The shower and got water was working great. The room and the hotel are very clean. The wifi is ok for normal use, but if you need for work, it can work sometimes slower. We had a thai sim card so we did not have nothing to complain about it. There is a laundry place, 5 minutes walk from the hotel. They charge 50B per kg. There are very little option for food, what you can eat safely. Most of the option next by are street food for locals. The location is safe also during night time and you have little tourists, what we liked.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town, yet it's conveniently close to various amenities and within walking distance to several tourist spots. This makes it a perfect base for exploring Bangkok without the hustle and bustle. The charming antiques and old photographs scattered throughout the hotel add a unique touch, providing a glimpse into Bangkok's rich history. I can't say enough about the exceptional service—every staff member is excellent, but the chief of the show really stands out. She is great at what she does and contributes significantly to the welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back to SsIP Boutique Hotel on my next visit to Bangkok. It's a cute little boutique hotel with bygone era feel which I like. The breakfast was very tasty and beautifully presented. It's fairly quiet (we had a room away from the street) and walking distance to the river and boat ramp, using boat transport to get to other parts of the city- very cheap and convenient. The owner was very attentive and helpful.

We had a room with a balcony but there is no access to it nor is there any furniture there, so not really a balcony . The beds could be more comfortable and some luggage stands would be handy as we had to keep the suitcases on the floor. Also the designated smoking area is at the front of the property and would be nice if it was a bit more private but this only applies to smokers.

Staying at SSIP Boutique Dhevej Bangkok was an absolute delight. The hotel is beautifully decorated with an elegant, classic style that immediately makes you feel at home. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly stands out. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast experience. It was not just a meal but a beautifully crafted moment. The rice, presented in a conically shaped banana leaf, was as visually stunning as it was delicious. Every element of the meal—the custard, the juice—was thoughtfully prepared and elegantly presented. It’s clear that great care and attention went into every detail. Ssip herself was incredibly kind and accommodating. She helped arrange our transfer and even organized a tour of the nearby temples. Her recommendations were spot on, making our experience in Bangkok even more memorable. After a bad experience at another hotel, returning to SSIP was exactly what I needed. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Honestly, there’s little to dislike about SSIP Boutique Dhevej Bangkok. The hotel and staff exceeded all expectations, and I left wishing I had booked a longer stay. If anything, I regret not having more time to enjoy everything the hotel and its incredible team have to offer.

The hotel position was perfect to avoid the bad traffic and fumes of Bangkok . Easy to get to the waterfront river boats and a nice walk during the day to the main historic attractions . The staff were all friendly and always smiling and willing to help you. Our room on the 3rd floor ay the back was spotless and quiet and bed and pillows very comfortable. The aircon was very good and not too noisy . The local breakfast was really nice and presentation 11/10 ! Sipp and all staff were lovely and ran a great efficient hotel. The laundry room we could use was easy to use and a great addition to staying at the hotel on longer stays in the heat of Bangkok.

Nothing on the hospitality side which was superb . The lack of smoke detectors and emergency escape route lighting would be a great addition. There was no automatic mosquito insecticide as standard in the rooms ,but Sipp quickly added some when we asked for some! Great hotel!

My parents and I loved our stay at SSIP hotel. The owner/manager and her staff were all so nice, friendly and helpful. too. We were immediately greeted and welcomed with some beverage. They also helped us with our luggages to take up to the room. The manager showed and explained to us everything we needed to know about the facilities. Our room (for 3) was huge! The beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was the perfect size and was very clean. I'm so glad we availed the breakfast package that they had. It was authentic Thai dishes paired with some Thai desserts, which were wrapped and presented in the most beautiful way - with flowers and all! Also, my family and I loved the organic bananas that the owner shared to the guest. It was definitely a hotel experience that we'll remember forever.

The SSIP Boutique Hotel is very friendly and welcoming.......you feel at home from the minute you arrive. It is in a good area with cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance, as is the ferry pier where you can catch the boat to the historic centre. The rooms are very tastefully furnished and the bed is very comfortable. Good shower with plenty of hot water. We didn't have breakfast but it looked very good. Tea, coffee and snacks are available all day in the lounge area. The owner provided us with lots of useful information and was always happy to answer questions. We used the coin operated washing machine which was very handy - saved a trip to the laundry. We highly recommend the SSIP hotel.

The cleanest hotel I've ever been in! Staff were super friendly and so helpful, and spoke really good English. Room was so clean and the bed was really comfy. Liked the decor too - very traditional. Pretty near a lot of the big touristy spots, like the Grand Palace and Wat Pho. A quick walk to the river taxi, which you can take down to these attractions. Great value for the price!

It's not very near BTS/MRT, so you'll end up taking taxis a lot probably, which is the only reason I didn't stay longer. A little humid in the hallways, but the room was well air-conditioned, so that was fine.
