The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. The road can be a little noisy at night, as locals often sit outside to socialize. Booking, check-in, and check-out all went smoothly and overall service was excellent. The rooms are a bit outdated, the beds were quite firm for our liking and the water pressure could be better. However, everything was clean and the air conditioning worked very well. You can choose daily room service and complimentary bottled water is provided each day. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of fresh options. The gym is small but functional and the pool is nice and refreshing, with free pool towels available. There are also washers and dryers on-site for a small fee, which is very convenient.

Im Catline from ROOM 408. The hotel is wonderful, well situated. . Got everything in a walking distance. 7 Eleven, khaosan road, temples etc..Phra Arthit not far. Very clean got all things that was mentionned when Book online. Very good breakfast. Nice pool and garden. Got a warm welcome by miss Pin and colleagues, who always help us when needed with a great smile. All the Staffs were polite. We have got a problem with the safe box they came immediately after my call.There was a man who guide us where to go and how unfortunately i dont know his name he was tall and wear glass if i am not wrong. I leave my luggage there for 3 days as i am in phuket, this is a Nice service. Have had a nice and peaceful moment. Will come again with my children. God bless all the Staffs there. Stay blessed.

Loved staying at this hotel - the staff is very wellcoming, the facilities clean, I really enjoyed that there is a decent size pool, which is open from 7am to 10pm and great to refresh after a day of exploring. We were also positively surprised by breakfast - regular choices like bread, squsages, ham, two types of eggs, cerial, as well as thai dishes - curries, stir fried veggies, chicken, rice and pasta, it was very tasty! another thing is hotels location - really close to Samsen alley which we loved, there are many great places to eat there!

wifi was not the strongest, so if you are a nomad and plan to use it for work - this might be an issue

The gym because we travel with a toddler and while we worked out he was playing next to us, the swimming pool , the kitchen team so sweet! I’m vegetarian and spontaneously the cook prepared for me noddles without oyster sauce, I really appreciate it, thanks for the detail! We got some tours with Neena and was really nice! She was sweet and helpful. And reception team were also helpful.

We stayed in the beginning of our trip and in the end, the first time the room was perfect cleaned and well maintained but in the end of the trip was a little bit more used, or less maintained let’s say with humidity.

The rooms were cleaned daily, we got water in the fridge each day. The pool is in the shade at least a bit at each point of the day so you can swim without getting burned. Receptions were nice and allowed later check in and gave another key card when one of us came earlier from the party with out a key. There were always separate towels for going to the pool so you didn’t need to bring your own.

The receptionists aren’t completely fluent in English but you can still work everything out. The leaves around the pool could be disposed off more often but it was nothing that influenced our experience. I would recommend a stay here

Overall solid place. Location is pretty good, walking distance to city center. Some nice local food joints around. I was working remotely and can verify that wifi in room (most away room in the hotel) was sufficient for online meetings with camera. Even streaming (netflix) had no issues. Good breakfast with a lot of different dishes. Very pleasent to talk to staff, they were extremly helpfull. Overall pleasant experiance!

Please be aware its a rather noisy neighbourhood. The family room in which I had my stay had issues with windows, basicly on a heavy rain the room had quite some water leaks, towels were neccesery to stop overfloding. However the staff were very helpfull and offered discount for the room due to insufficient room quality. Pool couldve been cleaner ( quite some algea)

We enjoyed walking surrounding little streets and laneways, there were many good restaurants in walking distance and 2 temples in close vicinity. We had a view of temple from our room and enjoyed listening to monks chanting in the morning and in the evening (8.30 am and 5.30 pm if I remember correctly) which added to our cultural experience. Breakfast was also quite nice, with tasty hot food options, but there were no sweet pastries much to my 8 year old son’s dismay.

The hotel is slightly shabby, nothing too bad, but do not expect much elegance. It felt like a slightly better backpackers hostel. It can also get noisy- we had noise from the street 2 nights out of 3. It was people chatting, yelling- I heard it was local families gathering outside for an evening together and staying up till morning hours. I reccommend bringing earplugs.

We loved the location as it wasn't too far from all the places we wanted to see. We felt close to locals and right next to the temple (although that did have drawbacks too!). We loved having two connecting rooms and the air con was great. The breakfast was lovely with variety for everyone. The staff went above and beyond while we were there, extending our booking for us and returning our bag to us at the airport, enabling us to make our flight with all our luggage. We couldn't thank them enough for being so great!

The locals practising acrobatics till late evening right outside our window were pretty loud, but what they were doing was so impressive. Also, the call to worship at the temple meant an early wake up too, but then it reminds us we are here to experience all things Bangkok, so even though it wasn't great sleep-wise with jetlag, it did add to the experience.

Loved the property and location of it. The rooms were clean and spacious and a total value for money. The Pool was big and clean too. We read reviews that it would be noisy cause of the parties near by, but it was not and we slept so peacefully (haha). The receptionist at our check-in was very nice, so was the lady on the second morning. She was really sweet and helpful. I wish I got their names.

Our rooms overlooked the pool so it was noisy during the day because the kids were loud, but that's everywhere. The lady on our check out day was not nice to us. I had got a package in the morning which she gave pretty rudely and at check out she removed her frustration on us because one of our rooms hadn't checked out on time. She saw that we were frustrated with our group too and had called them multiple times and didn't mind if they had to pay a fine for it (it was hardly 45 minutes late).

The staff is very friendly! Towels for swimming. Good breakfast. A indoor small playground for young kids

The neighborhood is a bit poor, so don’t expect a nice view from out of your window but we liked that aswell. You can watch the Thai people in their daily routine
