Nice location as it’s not on a Main Street so no traffic. Around the hotel are cosy cafes. Everything is easily accessible. Staff was super friendly.

We asked to have our sheets changed as they had some stains on them, but when we got back after they cleaned, the sheets had simply been turned upside down.

Great area, close to khoason Road in a tuk tuk! Staff were really friendly and Mike was very good helping us book tours & gave us great recommendations! Would highly recommend him! Great location and very quiet hotel! Rooms were spotless

Location, although good, has its downsides- this area is extremely full of tourists, and is a bit further away from MRT and especially BTS. Still is a good location, just not perfect. Room is rather small, but that’s hardly an issue. As a tip, not related to this hotel, avoid restaurants in close proximity, as they only exist to serve tourists and you offer bland versions of delicious Thai food.

I loved the tours the hotel provided, they were amazing especially Ayutthaya one. Tours are great way to meet people

Generally good location, friendly staff, breakfast within the limits of expectations I would use this opportunity to praise outstanding employee Mr. MANASSAWIN Pipit Jirranon, tourist advisor (goes by Mike as a nickname). There are no words to describe his professionalism, great organization and unprecedented kindness. His commitment went beyond the regular customer care and we are so thankful for this as it made our travel experience much better. I note that I am frequently traveling around the world, so we are familiar with guest relationship officers who are taking care of you and selling you tours/trips etc. However, his advice, engagement, dedication to take care of hotel guest is exceeding every possible expectation. We received honest opinions and comments about the tours and stuff to do/see given the time we had, with so many helpful tips about realistic prices of goods/services, heads up how not to get to tourist traps and how to avoid common mistakes which ruin the overall experience of tourists in Bangkok and in Thailad overall. This is exceeding even the possible extra steps and efforts of people in his profession to make your stay pleasant. We are happy to hear that some other guests also shared our opinion and impression about his commitment and exceeding all expectations. I think that people like that Mr. Manassawin have a very important role and contribution to the development of tourism and the increase of Thailand's rating as a tourist destination. We were 4 friends and we booked 4 rooms. As someone who has been to Thailand so many times and seen so many hotels I must admit this place amazed me. Lets start with the location. It's in the old town of Bkk. Nice style and close to main attractions. If you are in Bkk for its beautiful culture and places this is a place to stay. It's far from the noise, the neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Many many nice restaurants nearby. The cleanliness is spot on. The staff was amazing. They helped us with everything, even to arrange some tours for us. Asia the girl at the front desk is as nice as she looks. I will surely go back there and bring more friends. The rooftop is cute but not the best. There is a very nice pool at the hotel in front that guests can use. Breakfast was great The rooms were big and new

4 Monkeys were great! It was our final hotel before departure, we stayed on Kao San road before and I wished I have booked 4 Monkeys for our first hotel instead. The staff was super nice, the rooms were ROOMY and clean. We requested additional pillows and were given them without any issues. They have a nice chilled rooftop bar with a cool view for an evening when you just want to unwind. It's located 5 mins from the action on Kao San so fantastic sweet spot if you want to be close but not completely central. Nice little bars and restaurants around, honestly you don't even need to reach Kao San to have a good time.

The breakfast selection was great! It started early too which was good when some of our activities started really early. The photos matched what was online and they had hairdryer and Tele with good channels although signal can be improved. And the tuktuk drivers always don't have big change so the staff at the reception were always happy to give me smaller change to pay the driver and that was super helpful!! The rooftop bar is always quiet so it's nice! And there are plenty of local delights just 1 minute walk away from the hotel and you are not in the extremely noisy part of Bangkok, I appreciated that!

The air-conditioning lights are pretty bright and it illuminated the entire room all night and the step to the toilet is a tat too high, tripped over it a few times, wasn't fun especially if you need to use the toilet in the middle of the night.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel is centrally located next to many tourist attractions. It took us 40 minutes to walk to the Grand Palace and much less to other sites. Even though there were taxis, we used Grab, and tuck tuck , we walked everywhere most of the time as we like to explore on foot. The hotel staff at the lobby and the restaurant across the street where we mostly ate a very good and varied breakfast were very friendly. We loved to talk with Asia from the lobby who was always very accommodating and ready to help.

Our room, however, was on the smaller side and we hardly had any room to put our stuff. There was also no desk in the room. The fresh bath towels we got daily were about 40% of our stay completely worn out.

This is a lovely hotel with lovely staff. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was cleaned every day, fresh water every day. The breakfast was really good, great selection and ample , Mr Bond in the restaurant takes good care of customers and the restaurant is efficient and well run. The reception staff were great , very very helpful and genuinely friendly. I would recommend this hotel, it’s in a good location with bars and restaurants nearby. The Sky bar on the roof is also great with lovely views over the city and the prices are very good.

There is something I didn’t like, and it’s not the hotels fault. People sometimes come back to the hotel late I understand that but the whole return to their rooms at 2, 3,4,5am in the morning have little or no regard for anyone when they slam their room doors. It really is unacceptable, no consideration for others at all. I think a notice inside each room asking people not to slam their room doors or to be more considerate would help. Also perhaps reception staff could remind people as they return to their rooms. It’s just the minority of morons that do this. This is why I gave 9/10 and not 10/10 but it’s a great hotel and I do recommend it !! JG
