The guest house was very clean. The location was great.

I tried to talk to the staff, they didn't talk to me. I would have liked to talk to them. Get recommendations for around the area. The last night I was there, a couple of guests were out in the courtyard drunk and talking loudly. I went down to ask them to be quiet. There was no one from the staff available. I messaged the property twice. The loudness continued. I had to get up at 5 am to catch a bus. It would have been nice to have support for visiting and problems at the property. You are pretty much on your own.

No 24 hour's reception desk. I had problem with finding the location the first night i arrived. It's 4 AM in the morning and i was still walking around the area finding the place. Spent a lot of time walking around and around until someone on the street saw what's happening to me and gave me a hand. He's a local people and it still took him quite some time to find the place. I tried to call the owner but got no answer, we had to ask other people and finally found this place..though It's just around the area but still not so easy to find..(especially at night).

It has everything you need! A nice, clean space and clean bathrooms. Check-in and out were very simple and smooth. Cozy seating area outside. Free coffee was a nice bonus!

Small details: the sheets had a few holes and it would have been nice to have somewhere to dry our towels in the room. You definitely can hear when people walk around the hallway - they have asked guests to walk softly, but not everyone does so. Not a big deal, just don’t be alarmed 😂

Clean facilities and quiet location with restaurants and other services around. Safe to walk at night.

Safe, though the front gate could be locked to avoid people from outside to enter the property. We barely saw any staff and we could use a little communication to make the stay even more comfortable. Toilet paper refills were not as often as they should be.

I only stayed a few hours as I needed somewhere to sleep before a late flight but it was very quiet and the beds were comfortable so it did the job perfectly. The room was big and basic with 2 beds, a desk, overhead light (no lamps) and shared bathrooms down the hallway. Was able to check in an hour early. The accommodation is one street away from lots of restaurants but not a lot of foot traffic. There were people hanging out in the communal sitting area at the front and it had a small coffee station.

No complaints for the few hours I was there.

Stayed in a Private Room w/ shared bathroom. Good value for money, basic decent accommodation which was clean and ticks all the boxes, on a quiet side street in a quiet neighborhood full of good restaurant choices, laundry services etc, ,15 mins walking to Khaosan Rd chaos if that's your thing, but far enough away from the riff-raff. Enjoyable stay at good price.

Excellent location, cozy, accommodating with request. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is also a fluffy orange cat that showed us around the guesthouse and is wonderfully friendly and made our day every time she dropped by for a visit

There were minor cleaning issues within the room and the shared bathrooms we used had some openings allowing mosquitos in but that aside it was well worth it

Centrally located guesthouse. Good quality for the price. Common bathrooms were clean and proper. No personnel on-site, as I arrived late, but there was a telephone number to call the manager, who informed me how to receive the key to the room. Free coffee and tea available at the common premises.

The lady who checked me in was very sweet. The room was nice, i stayed for just one night and it was fine. Had a smart TV which was cool.

About a 20/30 min walk to the main part of town. Loud music playing at night and I woke up at 6:30am to music being played on a speaker down in the lobby, I had to go and turn it off.

Rooms: Comfortable, clean, good shower, good AC. Location: Perfect to explore the busier areas of Bangkok. Great access to Khao San Road (5 mins walk). Excellent and cheap restaurants nearby. Great to explore the party areas of the city from a relaxed neighbourhood.
