Great location. Friendly staff. Super clean and fresh hotel. Good breakfast choice. Great pools and super relaxation area on roof top. Spa superb.Close to boat jetty. Walking distance to centre of Bangkok but very quiet area.

The location was very good. The breakfast was good but nothing more.

The room had a bad smell like moisture all the time. The hotel provided only one key card for a 3 person room. When I asked they proposed me to pay 200baht for an extra card and they would have returned me on check-out. From my point of view this is ridiculous.

The location of the hotel was in a little standard Thai-look street: it is all safe nonetheless. At the junction of the little street and the main street, you could find a number of tuk-tuk's parked there and ready to take you anywhere you wanted. As a reference, the standard price for tuk-tuk's is 150 bhat for 5 km. We used tuk-tuk's to go sight-seeing and we walked as well as a number of wat's (temples) are nearby. The rooms (we had two who were across from each other) were with a queen and twin bed in one and a king bed in the other. The beds and pillows were good and clean. Towels were also nice. The entire rooms were comfy with a little fridge, with AC, and amenities. The breakfast was plentiful in selection. There was a selection of Thai-style breakfast, which we didn't try and Western-style breakfast. Lots of fresh, fruit, lots of bread products and cereal, lots of protein available like various eggs styles, sausages, etc, plus water, milk, juices, teas and coffee. There was also a waffle cook making your serving right then. We ate on the patio which was really nice (other than we could smell the occasion smokers who were using not too far). We also appreciated that there were water fountains within the ground level to refill our water bottles -we hate to use plastic and buy single-use water bottles. The kids liked the pool: they use the one on the 3rd floor for some splashes after our Bangkok sight-seeing.

The walls between rooms were a little thin -we heard the standard sex action at 3am (only once). Also, some of the doors to the rooms were sticky and thus you had to slam the door to get it closed, which made a lot noise throughout the corridor -and some people arrived late at night or got up early...lots of slamming.

Very clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, great location near many affordable restaurants and Grand Palace and Khao San, the meeting point/drop off for many daily trips was just a few meters from our hotel which was extremely convenient. Massages, spa, two swimming pools, small fitness, the restaurant, you can order the airport shuttle.

Aircondition seems to have only two options - either very cold or warm, we didn't run it during the nights hence it can get pretty hot. Breakfast was quite ok but we were missing a bit more variety (e.g. more "european" breakfast options).

- Breakfast was good - 2 pools, we liked it - Nice staff - Perfect location (however the neighbourhood looks poor, don't be afraid, it is a safe place and it has a really good location) - Free water station in the hotel - Check-out time was 12h and breakfast already from 6am (regarding of some pre-booked programs by us, it was a huge help) Summery: despite of some inconveniences, we liked the hotel. I will defeniately return to Bangkok and I plan to choose this hotel again!😎

- Not much place in the room to pack out the clothes - No toilet brush - Sometimes the cleaning staff threw out things which were not trash (f.e.my ear plugs for sleeping but very positive when I mentioned it at the reception, they immediately sent me a new one!) - The gym has very old equipments, some of them not working well - Too cold inside the building (too much air conditioning)

It was a great experience and an awesome 6D5N stay at this hotel. I would say that almost everything is beyond my expectations. First and foremost, I'm very impressed by the hotel food and services. My friends and I ordered our food from the room service as soon as we checked in...it was so satisfying as the food was 'HALAL', delicious, portions were just nice for us and also service was fast. The hotel breakfast was also good. Eat without hesitation. Location was great. Walking distance to Khaosan Night Market and 7-Eleven just below the hotel. We just took Grab or tuk tuk to any destination. It was a breeze. I want to come back to Nouvo City Hotel when I come to Bangkok next time and will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank you Nouvo City Hotel for the great hospitality!!!

The whole place was neat and tidy, the bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and the whole staff was always ready to help. Breakfast was incredibly good, a lot of different food options! Their transfer from/to the airport is also a great option, at a knocked down price. Big shoutout to Mr. Chamnan for being an amazing driver and giving us super helpful insights for our stay in Bangkok!

The hotel is located in Banglamphu, a historic district with a lot of those “Old Bangkok” vibes and within walkable distance from street food markets like Khao San Road and Rambuttri (with the latter being maybe a tad too touristy)—which is perfect. On the downside, a lot of tuk-tuk drivers circled the hotel day and night and they have a way of being a little insisting with their offers, although everyone seems to be super friendly.

Hotel,stuff and location is almost perfect...this is my second thime in this hotel and for sure i will come again if i come back to Bangkok

There is small amount of sunbeads on poll and that is not problem but problem is behavior of the guests because they act like pool is private.They came and lie on sunbeds almost half of day without swimming or using pool just lie down,reading book or doing nothing and if you want to swim and use pool you don't have where to sit or lie down to dry yourself.Remove all sunbeds and leave only tables and chairs and in that way everybody will get chance to go swim,drink coffee and go instead 10 people will occupy the pool and sunbeds so that no one else can use it all day

It’s a safe and decent place with halal food and prayer room for congregational prayer. It’s quite centrally located with 7-11 almost next to it but the street is quite depressingly dingy

Substandard with inflated prices for anything extra so the saving was not as much as I anticipated. I stayed for 4 days: - canal view in my deluxe room (ugly backwater); - food (not tasty and not as fresh as it should be) - room service (not 24hr); - cleanliness ( smelly pillows and all the surfaces were not properly or regularly cleaned); - spa facilities (terrible mani/pedi; evening shift massage okay but not so clean probably because as they said they had been having water problems for 3 days and Spa pictures in ad - which drew me to this hotel in first place - were different to reality) -pool water clean enough but tiles looked old and dirty
