Great location and amazing staffs. Staffs were friendly and helpful. They suggested places to visit and also advised us on the traffic during Songkran. The shower in the room wasn't working and it fixed immediately after informed. Besides that, Suraya Bangkok has great food! You have to try the food there. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely consider coming back again.

We had issues with the hot water in the shower. It was immediately fixed, but then it went off again. But, even without the hot water the water wasn't that cold, so showering without the heater was still okay.

Location is great - three minutes to Khaosan Road and quite close (taxi 90 baht) to the Grand Palace. This is a very small hotel/guesthouse with a cute design (me and my sister loved our room with painted fishes on the walls - hence we called it aquarium). It was clean, AC worked, shower pressure was fine.

I didn’t mind as our stay was short but for those considering longer stays - our room was facing main street so quite loud in the night (they provide earplugs), and it was very tiny (a bit difficult if you have the hard luggage to open it on the floor as there was not too much space), bathroom was really tiny.

Its homey and the staffs were very helpful and accomodating. Also the hostel is great for those who wants to party because it is near KAOsan road which is popular for Bars and parties. Also there are a lot of food stalls near the hostel and souvenir shops and if you like gold and silver there are also a lot of shops nearby!

The only things is, i think they need to fix the faucet in room 4 because it becomes too noisy when you turn it on and also sometimes even if you turn it off already it turns on maybe because of the strong pressure in the faucet.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. My son left something in the room and they found it and kept it safe until our return to Bangkok. The rooms were clean.

We stayed in the “Koi Carp” room which is at the front of the building and looks out onto a very noisy street. You could hear the traffic but it didn’t stop us from sleeping. The room can sleep four, but we only had three adults and it was very small. Nowhere to put luggage.

Clean room for just. Air conditioner. Good location and really nice staff.

The host is super nice and helpful The place gives off a warm and cozy vibe (like a café!). The dorm room is a bit small but still okay. Facilities are good and comfortable overall! Don’t worry about the noisy construction sites nearby, they’ll stop working before midnight

The floor is a bit watery because of the weather. Also, the description shows there is hair dryer in the room, but there wasn’t so we had to call the staff to provide it during midnight

Really great value for money very cute decor on common spaces / restaurant ! AC works super well. Great area right in the heart of Khaosan.

Avoid this at all costs if you're sensitive to noise. The window is not really a window as it's super thin and has a lot of open areas that you just can't close it feels like you're right on the street, super super loud. I guess fair enough for what you pay.

I loved everything about this hotel! The room, staff and location. It was worth every penny. We didn't have much expectation considering the cheap price we paid for the room but it was beyond of what we anticipated. What I appreciate the most are the owners/staff. They were very responsive when it came to requests and they'll even go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. The location is also great since it's only a few minutes walk going to Khao San road. I'd love to come back here.

On our first night, we experienced minimal shaking and thought it was an earthquake but it was because of the construction of an MRT station near the area. It can also become noisy during the day due to construction but the hostel provides ear plugs if you want to sleep in until noon after a night out. It wasn't that bad because we eventually got used to it but if you're sensitive or get scared easily then it might not be for you.
