+ Very nice friendly people who manage the hotel + free coffee, toast, butter, jam, cookies every day + great location + overall very good value for money

- we were a family of 5 people (2 adults, 3 children) which it said on booking app was ok to fit in the Family Room. After having stayed there three nights would recommend not staying more than 4 people in the family room. It has one double bed and two single beds. - bathroom really small, water pressure quite low remark: it is recommended to pay in cash, there is added 4% extra fee if paying by credit card

Great for a one night stay. I booked a room here because it was close to the bus stop and the bus arrived late. Check-in process was quick and easy - you can pay cash or by card. - 500b key deposit. Staff is very nice, friendly, helpful, and cute. Key-card and building access card. I arrived just before 9pm, and reception was still there to assist me. WIFI is great and fast. Very clean and quiet at night. Aircon, drinking water, 2 glasses, mini fridge, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, hand and body towels supplied. TV with Thai channels (channel box) only. Cupboard to hang and pack clothes. Bedside table and chair, big mirror. Comfortable bed and pillows. Natural light and can open window. Black-out curtains. No mosquitoes. Water pressure is good, removable shower head, adjustable water temperature. Free coffee and snacks at reception. I would say - value for money.

The following didn't bother me much, but it might be useful to know: No elevator - staff did not help with luggage. Power sockets were far from bed. The view out the window was into someone else's apartment. The sink water drains extremely slow. The shower hangs over the toilet, no window (but there is an extractor fan). Very very small bathroom. Noisy during the day because of construction.

Nice clean ( but small) room. Very Quiet!! (Which is very important in kaosan zone.) Very close to kaosan, the royal palace, etc. It has a/c, a safe and hot water. Free coffee tea fruits water all day. Free jam toast in the morning. There is a nail salon in the lobby! I liked it cause i felt like being in “better call saul”! ;)

Very hard mattress, staff not so smiley and low english proficiency, but overall very kind and available.

Small hotel in a great location, basically right next to all the fast food stands and Khaosan road. The rooms are small though and so are the hallways. The whole place is pretty tiny. Otherwise it's nice and clean with big windows. Good for solo travelers looking for their own place for few nights. I would stay there again :-)

It could have been better if there is an elevator to carry the luggages. And there was stain of blood in our towel, maybe they did not see. But overall, it was a great experience since its walking distance to pier and there was street foods at the back. Staff are approachable and they are trying their best to communicate with us. Thank you.

the staff are the best! everyone was so lovely and helpful. thank you so much for making our stay so great :)

the only issue we had, (was okay for us but might not be for less able people) that the bag lift was broken and we had to carry the 25 kg bag up to level 5. good work out daily :p but was pretty intense in the heat and if you have any knee or back related health issues

The location was awesome, it's just a few minutes walk to khao san road. Nice and approachable staffs. We love the free coffee, water refill and sweets. Food was just outside and everything you need.

It's a bit pricey and I was expecting the city view. Hehe

There’s no elevator, climbing up 4 flights of stairs gets old quickly. The room is very small, I was literally sitting on the toilet while taking a shower. For what it is, I feel it’s priced a little high.

Room size is a bit small, but it is clean and comfy enough. The best location to use Giant IBIS transport, it takes only 1 minute walk. There are free snacks, banana and coffee at lobby. Seven eleven is just near by.

If they have elevator, it might be more convenient. It is a bit difficult to find the hotel.
