The location, the price, the cleanliness. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The bathroom was okay and I had no problem whatsoever. I didn't find my room as small as other comments depict them (deluxe bedroom, which was like £8 more than a regular room for 4 nights)

The comfort of the matress and the lack of soundproofing. You get what you pay for, don't expect a 5 star hotel, that's it. I would still go there for the great value and location.

Very courteous and helpful people. We felt comfortable during our entire stay. They provided us hairdryer upon request. It is very good for the price if you consider the location. Not many hotels have an elevator for this price. You must stay here to understand what I mean. They plan to upgrade next year with bigger rooms and facilities and I will surely return here.

Have some hooks to hang clothes around the bathroom so it’s more organized.

Location is fab very close to the bars, restaurants and markets/shops. 1 street back from Rambuttri and 2 streets away from Koh San. Rooms have fridge which is great. 7/11 right opposite too. Book the Executive Deluxe room with balcony as it’s great for relaxing out when your at the room perfect for watching the street.

What a sweet little place hidden in between two busiest streets! We rented the room for 7 hours, to rest and shower between our flight and onward bus journey. Very small room but with absolutely everything you may need. Very very clean which is most important for us. Smooth check in, kind staff, hot shower with awesome pressure and very good cooling AC. For what we paid (900 BHT) it absolutely met or even exceeded my expectations.

The location is great, very close to most of the main attractions in Bangkok. The area is lively, but the walls seem to mute all the noise pretty well. The room was very small, although it was enough for a single person to stay overnight. The extra nice thing is that it's extremely close to giant ibis bus station, which made the trip to Siem Reap much easier.

The reception is available 24/24 it’s incredible. the staff was very helpful they kept our luggage before we could check in.

The noise of other people (either in the street and in the hotel) but it's not the hotels’ fault, so I'm not going to lower their grade or hold it against them.

This place was great! You can walk to most places in the centre from here. The room and bathroom were very clean, as well as the bed sheets and towels. There was a little fridge with bottles of water in the room. The AC worked great and there was no noise from the street at night. The WiFi worked great and the staff was very nice.

It's so convenient if you're traveling with boonsiri tours as it is next door. Highly recommend for that reason and also only one road away from kosan road which is a sight to see. We were allocated a great room with a balcony and view.
