i arrived at 7am from a 15h trip and was very tired, the hotel I previously booked wouldnt allow for early check ins and didnt even respond to my messages. I went looking for a place and found this one, the location is perfect! They allowed me to enter the room right away and I appreciated very much, plus there's a lift, which a lot of the cheaper hotels do not have. the shower and AC was great!

My room was a little loud because the window was to a party hostel on the back, but around midnight they stopped the music/karaoke and it got quiet

the location is literally right next to a massage parlor and several restaurants. there are several exits to Kau San road nearby and multiple bars, shops and street vendors literally right out the door. The air conditioning was good and although small the rooms were well furnished and clean. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Their English is passable but long conversations can be difficult however they genuinely took care of me. they cleaned the rooms whenever I asked, showd me around the area and introduced me to some of the local shop owners and after a hard night partying I cought a cold and they even went to the store and got me some soup and medicine (I tipped big and they tried to refuse). Take some time to get to know them they are wonderful people and will treat you like family. The front desk offers laundry service and make sure to bring 500 Baht cash. you'll get it back if you don't mess up the rooms. Be warned some of the rooms are loud with parties happening until 3-4 in the morning and the beds can be stiff. I personally love falling asleep to good music and the sound of happy people and firm beds are okay with me. But if your the kind of person that needs a quiet room and a cloud to sleep on this place is not for you.

I personally loved everything. The rooms were the perfect size for me. I travel light and there was just enough room for morning pushups and crunches. The beds were firm and I would much rather go to sleep to the sound of music and laughter than city noise and honking cars.

Good room. Nice single beds. Close to places to eat and drink. The Ladies on Reception are helpful & friendly, other staff are cooperative. short walk to the bus stop, taxi and Tuk Tuk. All Shopping, Eating, Drinking, Street food available just outside the hotel. Full of Massage centres on road. Most happening place at Night

At Night some rooms are quiet, some are having street noise depending on direction. The price is low, so we can’t expect the luxury at this price.

Great location Lovely and helpful staff Already booked to stay again Mattress was hard, one of us loves a harder mattress the other prefers a softer mattress but all in all good sleep Could.probably do with 2 pillows per person instead of 1

in the heart of the Khaosan area. connect to Khaosan road via an alley . you are spoilt for choice with restaurants and every possible type of street food as you step out of the hotel. it is convenience personified when you are in this location. a short walk to the busstop, taxi and Tuk Tuk waiting on the doorstep and within walking distance to the pier if you want to take the water taxi. 1 st floor has a shrine and a nice balcony to watch passing traffic and enjoy the cooler evening air.

depending on the room type, a bedside power point would help. I asked for and extension cord and the staff brought me one to use in a flash. nothing is too much for them

Staff are extremely helpful and nice. location is perfect for Kao San Road area, pubs. bars and western food. price was excellent. room had AC.

Not so much the property, But the time we chose to book it. During the Thai New Year 3 day celebration (Song Kran). This hotel is right in the middle of a 3 million person water fight. You have been warned. We could not leave our apartment or get back to it without walking through crushing levels of crowds of people throwing buckets of water and shooting each other with water guns. The first two days were amazingly fun. The third day was getting annoying as we wanted to get out of the street for dinner or other activities in the city. But simply couldn’t.

Close to a lot of places. Earplugs before midnight its a party place but very convenient and staff are helpful. Great Swanson icecream place near and hop on and off and the pier for the ferry boat is near

Everything is great..staff..locationn..rooms. stayed here over 25 nights the last years and wil be back everytime i vissit Bangkok. Close to the famous Khaosan Road and right in the street behind it with nice restaurants ..staff is great and very helpfull

The room was cheap and nice. The staff is very nice and very quick to answer any requests.

The hotel is in a party street (sort of parallel to Khao San) so the music from nearby bars is very loud and can give headache easily. I don't know if the party is that much all the time, but we were there during Songkran so maybe it was exceptional circumstances 😊

2nd visit to this hotel was better as on a higher floor and noise was a bit better and the shower was ok in this room. Staff still very friendly and helpful. Many cheap eateries and bars outside and this road is alot quieter than Koasan road. Will choose again at some point
