Everything is new and everyone was very nice and helpful. Pool was great too to have.

My room was on the 5th floor and facing the street. Full disclosure I requested a high floor with a view. But for me the high floor is key because that bit is to avoid noise. In any case there was a live band until 2 am every night and I felt like even on the 5th floor like I was getting a private concert. So so loud.

The staff was super helpful, always smiling and went above and beyond to help us. Please be aware of the various tuk tuk scams around khoa san road. The staff verified everything and helped us in this matter. The rooms are clean, trendy and quiet.

The AC was too powerful in at the beginning, but the engineer from the hotel solved it and changed the set temperature to 25°C and that was not possible to change later. So that was the only thing i was able to find to write here, otherwise cannot praise the staff and the hotel more. Also even at the 6th floor the music from khoa san road possible to hear, so maybe when booking book higher located rooms.

The location is perfect near the attraction,the room is nice and comfortable, very friendly staff, swimmimg pool is beautiful.Great breakfast and Bar. Thanks a lot for making the stay so pleasant.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel! The location was perfect for us - we were able to walk to most of the things in the area, or used water taxi, metro, and tuk tuks. It was super easy! Hotel breakfast was great with various options every day. Everyone was super nice and immensely helpful. All around the hotel there are many restaurants and cafes, also many little shops. Also, many salons to get your nails done, pedicure, facials, massage and more. Our children absolutely loved the hotel pool. We also booked various day trips with the tour company situated in the hotel lobby.

We traveled here with 3 teenagers,17,17,15 we wanted to give the twins a full backpacking experience as they won’t be taking a gap year and heading straight to university so we choose Khoa San district,this hotel was a little bit of luxury in the heart of all the action,so many bars and restaurants,shops and massage parlors,great for people watching ,street food and vendors,lovely people,authentic old Bangkok vibe,my husband and I had a ball,the hotel is boutique style with a fab pool,around £10 in a taxi from the shopping district of Siam,Food and beverages well priced I can highly recommend for all types of travelers

We booked this due to location - Ram Buttri road is a lovely street and we enjoy eating out here and experiencing the atmosphere. The hotel is lovely, well located and easy to find, helpful staff, fun pool with cheerful striped pattern that makes it something different. There is a separated shallow area for young children (although we didn't need that this trip). The rooms are more comfortable and attractive than they appear in the photos - we were expecting something quite functional and were pleasantly surprised.

The triple room with bunkbeds was quite small for three adult-sized people, but the standard double room was a generous size and very comfortable.

The hotel was really well located, just off Khoasan road. Our room was great, very quiet and really well maintained. Cleaned everyday. The staff were very helpful.

The property itself was brilliant and the staff couldn’t do more. The only down of our stay was the day before we were due to checkout I noticed my pjs had gone missing. We assumed they must have gotten caught up with the bedsheets when the cleaners were cleaning as we searched the entire room and our own luggage and they weren’t in the room. We asked reception if they were able to locate them but given we had to leave at 6am the following morning and we did ask around 9pm they weren’t able to find in the timeframe.

This was our family's second time in this hotel. We had stayed here before in 2019, when It was still Ibis Styles. And we loved It so much, we decided to come back on our way to Vietnam. The owner has changed , but the hotel is pretty much the same. It is a bit more expensive nowadays ( but I guess everything is more expensive after COVID). The pool area is wonderful and the rooms are very quiet ( even being in such a noisy street).By the way, Rambutri is a very charming street. Breakfast is wonderful. The waiter View was such a nice guy ( he even tried to say some words in our language and he remembered our names every day)

in three months of traveling around asia, this was the first hotel that got WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE right in every way. grab bars were properly placed, door could stay open, sliding door to bathroom, plenty of space for a wheelchair. no barrier shower and shower had a fold down seat. Amazing. I wish they had hotels in other areas that we travel to. they would be our go to hotel anywhere! The room service was quick, tasty and very reasonably priced.

The breakfast room was crowded and a bit chaotic. There was the internal room and the outer room and we were seated in the outer room each morning due to lack of space in the inner room. But the outer room was not air conditioned and the doors were opened so it was hot and had street noise. Not the way to start a morning!

The hotel is really in the heart of Bangkok, very well located, in the oldest neighborhood of Bangkok and more authentic. Only one block from Khao san Road. There are plenty of options to have lunch/dinner very closed to the hotel, including the best street food. The breakfast is good, with Thai and continental breakfast options. To move around you can walk, get a grab, bus or walk around 10 minutes to the boat (our favorite option).

The room was spacious, but the mattress could be more comfortable. Since the hotel is located in the center of Bangkok and has live music in the bar of the hotel we could here too much noise during the night.
