Everything is new and everyone was very nice and helpful. Pool was great too to have.

My room was on the 5th floor and facing the street. Full disclosure I requested a high floor with a view. But for me the high floor is key because that bit is to avoid noise. In any case there was a live band until 2 am every night and I felt like even on the 5th floor like I was getting a private concert. So so loud.

The staff was super helpful, always smiling and went above and beyond to help us. Please be aware of the various tuk tuk scams around khoa san road. The staff verified everything and helped us in this matter. The rooms are clean, trendy and quiet.

The AC was too powerful in at the beginning, but the engineer from the hotel solved it and changed the set temperature to 25°C and that was not possible to change later. So that was the only thing i was able to find to write here, otherwise cannot praise the staff and the hotel more. Also even at the 6th floor the music from khoa san road possible to hear, so maybe when booking book higher located rooms.

The location is perfect near the attraction,the room is nice and comfortable, very friendly staff, swimmimg pool is beautiful.Great breakfast and Bar. Thanks a lot for making the stay so pleasant.

This hotel is the only one in this area that is a little above the rest in terms of swimmingpool and general standard. Therefore we have stayed here several times. Pool is great. My kids love them. Family rooma are scares and this year we did not get one even though I tried for months. But Tinidee accommodated our family with an extra bed and we were fine. We stay here mainly because we love the area. Being backpackers at heart, even though we are more flashpackers with kids.. this is the area for us.

Breakfast is not great. Having fussy kids there was basically nothing they would eat. Stayed here 6 nights and it was pretty much the same on the menu every day. But decent coffee from the machines was a pluss. It is a busy and big place. And being Bangkok people are checking in and out at all times of the day and night. Sometimes you will hear that.

The room, was very nice and comfortable. At first the room had a weird noise in the AC so they change us for another one and got a fruit plate even for the inconvenience. This was a really nice touch. Amazing Staff all around from the main entrance to the bellman. Also has a Co-working space if needed and good internet. Although the front street can get very loud the hotel is very well sound prof from the outside especially at the back rooms witch make it a excellent location! I checked out the night before and they gave me a nice little box with a carry-on breakfast as we will not take it in the next morning there.

Although good, the breakfast was not what i was expecting from some pictures in Booking.com. As of July 2025 not very out of Asia variety there. The basic. No scrambled eggs, no omelettes, no bacon, no croissants (or any kind of pastry besides white bread), cheese or anything that resembles chocolate. To be fair it's indeed generally good and a lot of options. This was my experience but can be great for most people.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel! The location was perfect for us - we were able to walk to most of the things in the area, or used water taxi, metro, and tuk tuks. It was super easy! Hotel breakfast was great with various options every day. Everyone was super nice and immensely helpful. All around the hotel there are many restaurants and cafes, also many little shops. Also, many salons to get your nails done, pedicure, facials, massage and more. Our children absolutely loved the hotel pool. We also booked various day trips with the tour company situated in the hotel lobby.

As all agree - the LOCATIOn is its biggest asset- in the middle of such a nice colorful lively location. The staff was super helpful the room clean and spacious. The western Breakfast had a variety of fresh vegetables, a toaster butter and jam, scrambled eggs and sausages. There was also a variety of breakfasts catering to the Asian tourists (fried rice, soup, pork dishes, etc)

The rooms contain an enclosed shower, and an enclosed toilet but the sink is in the same space as the bed, and this is off putting to some. For a couple this shouldn’t be a big deal. The breakfast could have had additional baked goods, better coffee than what that machine makes, and more fruit and jam varieties - but these are minor quibbles. Also - not sure why but - in the heat of Bangkok they don’t air condition the lobby- only minor cooling… as stated all the above negatives are minor. The hotel overall is great.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The decor is bright and funky, with plenty of space in the rooms. We had a family room. The beds are comfortable. Loved the king bed. The whole hotel is modern and clean. The pool was open til 10 pm. So you could spend the day exploring Bangkok and come back in the afternoon and cool down in the pool. We stayed at a very high end hotel in Bangkok once and the pool shut at 7 pm. Not impressed for all the money you pay. The location is great, you only have to walk out the front and the street is vibrant with many cafes, bars with musicians belting out great tunes, street carts with yummy cheap food. A family friendly street. 7/11 directly across the street. Will definitely be staying here again.

Superb location, in a bustling street, parallel to the much noisier Khao San Road. We had a family room (which was incredible!) facing the pool so weren't bothered by any noise. The room was brilliant, spacious and a funky design. The pool was perfect, with different depths. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options, although as ever, the Asian choices were much nicer than the Western ones. We loved the free shuttle to the river or the subway and used it several times.

The pool was slightly murky at the deeper end, which looked a little unsavoury! I think it was clean enough, but it would have looked nicer with clear water!

We traveled here with 3 teenagers,17,17,15 we wanted to give the twins a full backpacking experience as they won’t be taking a gap year and heading straight to university so we choose Khoa San district,this hotel was a little bit of luxury in the heart of all the action,so many bars and restaurants,shops and massage parlors,great for people watching ,street food and vendors,lovely people,authentic old Bangkok vibe,my husband and I had a ball,the hotel is boutique style with a fab pool,around £10 in a taxi from the shopping district of Siam,Food and beverages well priced I can highly recommend for all types of travelers
