The location is superb. Within walking distance to everywhere -- convenience stores, ATMs, local restaurants, coffee shops, and so many more. It's also just 1 block away from the famous Khaosan Road so if you like the bustling scenes, it's literally only 2 minutes walk yet you still get to sleep well at night because it's not really on the main street. Room is spacious, very unique James Bond style. Massive mirror, lots of natural light (this is a big requirement for me when choosing a place to stay), comfortable beds, hot shower, wifi, the place really met my expectations.

It would be great to have an elevator for people too. Climbing up the flight of stairs from the first floor to the third floor was quite challenging for someone like me who had just torn my left meniscus not so long ago. It would be great as well if there was a heads up so at least I could ask my driver's help to get my luggage upstairs to the lobby (the lobby is on the 2nd floor). The luggage elevator from 2nd floor to 3rd floor is highly appreciated, of course.

The position is great if you want to party in Khao San, the hotel is a street away, great to reduce some of the noise and craziness. The room is quite big and the theme of the hotel is 007 and spies. The mattress is extremely hard, so you need to adapt at first. In 20 min walk you reach the Grand Palace and the temples area.

We wrote several messages before the arrival to check if they could keep the luggage after check-in, but we didn't get any feedback, they let us do it so it was a great help. The staff could be more friendly, but I believe they get very unpleasant experiences with tourists that are there just to party and are non respectful. Being very close to Khao San road means there is some noise. Simply bring earplugs. Air conditioning is noisy but as are all the machines in Thailand.

I arrived in Bangkok very early, so the room wasn’t ready yet (which is reasonable, given the later check-in time). However, I really appreciated the opportunity to take a shower and change. While I was doing that, the staff actually prepared the room, allowing me to store my belongings earlier. The room itself was very small but clean. It could use a bit of renovation, but for the price, it’s excellent value. The location is fantastic—close to Khao San Road and the heart of the action, with many shops and restaurants nearby and within walking distance of major landmarks.

Unfortunately, the central location comes with a lot of noise from the street—live music, traffic, and nightlife. Noise from inside the hotel is also quite noticeable, so I highly recommend using earplugs to sleep.

Nothing to dislike about this place.

It’s a nice place to stay. Easy access with everything. Food, shops, walking street, money exchange, 7/11 and more. The staff is approachable.

It’s sometimes noisy during the night since there is like a bar at the rooftop. If you are ok with it, than it’s good for you. 😄

I loved the location were it was. Next to Kaoh San Road, one of the main streets in BKK. Even it was 5’ walking from there we couldn’t hear any music or altercates. I liked also they have a cute bar in the roof it seems so comfy and peaceful and they have live music.

What I didn’t like about our stay it was that the room had no window and we didn’t realised when we booked. But it wasn’t that bad, at the end we were only at night.

The location was the best thing about it. It was at the edge of the Khao San Road area. There were plenty of places to eat street food.

It was hard for me to get to the other side of the bed because the space between was tiny.

Great location, close to bus stations, close to Kaosan Road, easily accessible by walking/taxi, friendly staff. Would come back again!

No window in the room/bathroom

Centrally located yet quiet from usual madness and noise of Khaosan area. Good size room for a couple. They stored our luggage while we awaited a bus connection later in the evening for the islands.
