Great location, There is comfy hotel if you are not planning on spending a lot of time in your room. My room was located in building 2. There was not so noisy. Restaurants with local delicious food, massage shops, exchange money, tuktuks, taxis, motorbikes.

The reception is hard to find. It is inside a Travel Agent Shop. And the hotel has two buildings, they told us about our room after we carried all our luggage into the reception, which was the wrong building ;-). TIT this is thailand, we love it.

Great location, and great price. This is an ideal hotel if you aren't planning on spending a lot of time in your room.

It was loud at night, but that's to be expected if you are getting a hotel in this area - bring earplugs. There's a theme with hotels in Thailand that you have to keep your room key in a slot by the entryway for the power to work, including A/C and power ports. This is incredibly inconvenient if you want the room to cool down while you are out, or if you want to charge things while you are away. The large majority of hotels I stayed at during my trip had this, so this is by no means a unique problem for this hotel, but it's still a big negative for me.

The room had everything we needed: the bed was very comfortable, had a spacious room, had an excellent shower, had decent pillows, had air conditioning, and had a balcony. Very comfortable. We didn't see staff after first checking in but very pleasant contact with them.

Location was great in that it is on doorstep to nightlife and shops with Kho San Road, just a walk through the alley. However, we were located on the kho San Road side of the street, and the noise was extreme until gone 4.30am each morning and with very little to no soundproofing sleep was hard to find. We ran out of toilet paper on the first day, unable to locate anyone in our building we bought our own, along with our own water. We ate downstairs in the restaurant, breakfast was amazing but the dinner we had was not good and not met with a good response from staff when we tried to address it.

The ambience was good, friendly staff and spacious rooms.

Initially one of the rooms that we got had a lot of noise from the outside concerts but on request it was changed so no problems as such. The staircase before getting into the reception area of the hotel was a bit frustrating as we had senior citizens with us and there was no provision of elevators.

The location was good! Nothing else, so I stayed one night and was more than enough. They were lazy to answer and at the beginning told me that there was no room and I had to book online afterwards.

Room was too dark and poor.

The location was superb even though there was a lot of noise from the bars, it was manageable. The location was excellent so brilliant value for money.

The food downstairs was not as good as the street food. There are tons of stalls and other restaurants literally on the doorstep.

Big solid bed. Comfy. Basic balcony and room. Perfect Can’t comment on pool, didn’t go.

We were across the road from reception. This meant facing khao San road. Very noisy til 4am. We didn’t care because we were only staying a day.

Really good location, very loud every night from the clubs on Khao son road, so don’t stay here if you want peace and quiet. No housekeeping or signs of staff the whole stay. Would’ve appreciated top ups of water and toilet paper.

The location is amazing, the room not as noisy as I expected, very close to Khao San road but without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Worth it for the price but the bathroom was not very clean, the rest all okay.
