Amazing location 3 minutes walk from Khoasan Road, 7/11, cash point, local markets and some delicious street food. I used it as somewhere to lay my head and it was perfect as somewhere cheap and cheerful

No storage space for clothes, no safe and the bed was quite firm. Having said that, a firm bed is supposed to be better for the back so every cloud you know…

Nice property, pictures don’t do it justice. Yes it is dated but for the value of it you don’t mind. It is next to Khao San Road and yet you cannot hear any of its noise. Budget rooms that have large ceiling fan and also A/C. Shared bathrooms are small but kept very clean! We saw no insects which is amazing for Southeast Asia because usually they are everywhere. We added an extra night on because it was a great location for our bus to Koh Samui the next day.

First of all: The lady at the reception was so lovely, really amazing! She helped us and was so friendly, even though she could not talk. But we could communicate with hands and feet and it worked. The hotel is located just perfect if you want to travel on with Montanatip. It's just a 2-minutes-walk to their office, where their busses depart, too. Khaosan Road is also close by, and although it's really really close, you are located in a quiet area. You don't hear anything from over there! Bus stops of many local busses are in a short walking distance, too. Perfect for exploring Bangkok without taxi :) The room provided everything you need, nothing more or less. You get what you pay for!

One bed was really hard to lay on, the other one was comfortable. I think it might be luck (or bad luck, depends on who would get the hard mattress :D), cause we stayed here two times and the second time was the other way around.

The room has two floors.it would be helpful if there was a different coloured strip of tape on floor to show you are about to step down

Stayed there for 8 days, really good place nice people working and it’s near khaosan but you don’t have the noise of all that bars around there, absolutely perfect for that price

Nothing, for this price is perfect if you are expecting something more than a Bedroom with A/C in khaosan, look for other places

Nice staff. Very clean and quiet room with bathroom and shower. Perfect location very next to khaosan, travel agency and restaurants. Price is ok and I recommend if budget is your priority.

Rooms are very small. No receipt when you have paid but staff is very honest.

In walking distance to the grand palace as well as a lively street nearby with plenty of food options. Staff was very nice and helpful

Shower head was replaced in the middle of my stay; which by itself isn’t too bad but they did it without me knowing they would do it and thus just entered the room; I would’ve loved the heads up. There’s also only one electrical plug that’s placed somewhat high; so if you have shorter cords you’ll need to find a way around that

It is a good value money. Water refill at 3 steps from the hotel, smoking area at each floor, clean, there is someone at the check-in/out desk 24h a day. Very silent from the party area meanwhile it is at 3min walk to koasan by exemple and many facilities and restaurants there too.

The Internet at that time was up and down.
