This is a really clean place with the most amazing location if you love leaving your “nest” and people watching on khaoson road. I just arrived again for my 2nd stay here for songkran. It’s a rare property as it has a rooftop pool. I don’t think that’s common on khaoson. Oh and there is a 7-11 and a McDonald’s on the ground floor if you are into that like I am. Wonderful find. Absolutely adore the place.

It can be a bit noisy but ear pugs solve that problem. I really have no issue with it… so much live entertainment it’s wonderful. I stay 5th floor at the back of the hotel so it’s not a problem

Location: the hotel is on the Khaosan Road itself. Everyday party till dawn :-) Good swimming pool.

Funny policy: You can get a pool towel only if you buy something from a pool bar.

It was good location with the food markets, clubs and shops nearby were amazing. Loved the endless choice of Tuks tuks, taxi’s and tour agencies. The staff the amazing was amazing and helpful.

It was very noisy with a club nearby which I ended up going to anyways.

The location is excellent in the middle of khaosan rd. It is course noisy, but not a problem for us as we expected it. We enjoyed the pool a lot, coming back from excursions, and before going out at night. The bed was very comfortable. Grabs taxis on the corner, super convenient. A free water bottle per person per day . With elevator. We asked for sugar and coffee, we got them in 5 minutes.

Not really much. Only thing is wifi is very slow. However you can work it around with an esim anyway which costs $20 per 20Gb and problem solved. Also, for us it was nit a problem, but you should know that the place is noisy, surrounded by bars with music up to 4am. I put this comment here for people to know, again, it was not an issue for ys, and the noise was not really so bad as i saw in other reviews.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was charming. 3rd floor Room cleaning staff. Gym and pool.

Disappointed that despite over a month requesting a quieter room we were allocated room 314 with a balcony just next to the skylight of the club below. Giving us a feee pair of ear plugs just added insult to injury! The balcony was huge but furnished with just one badly painted wrought iron table and two chairs. Adequate but surely worth more of an effort? . I’m afraid Khaosan Road is now just an example of how pandering to tourists lowest common denominators can render a place loud, charmless and totally avoidable . An unnecessary stop on anyone’s travel itinerary … not recommended !

Vaccination certification stickers. If they pressured their employees to take potentially harmful medicals it is highly unethical if not even criminal. It's furthermore disgusting to even make such sensitive data public.

So handy to walk to everywhere. Bed was pretty comfy. Maid was super kind. Must have a room on floor 6, noise from street was there but not terrible. Also Wax ears plugs are must. USE them. You will sleep fine. Remember this is a party street till 4 am. There will be LOUD music. USE Ear plugs. Stay on floor 6. It worked out perfectly. Ac was very cold. Room was average but charming. I liked the tiny balcony. I liked the green lamp, lots of character. not sterile. Maid kept room tidy. Swept cleaned made up bed as needed. Attentive they try to please you. Very thoughtful.

HOT in the elevator and halls…extremely hot. Bring a fan or a hankie to wipe sweat. Front staff try’s very hard but get overwhelmed felt bad for them. Many people complain about this that and the other. So staff was frazzled. Sending out cleaning was nice. But BEWARE they may not find all of it. Language barrier with some. But you work through it. Noise from street, can really BOTHER and irritate some people Just bring ear plugs. Stay on 6 floor. If you’re worried. It was less loud a low rumble. Overall we loved it. Very Cheap. Very Clean. Ac had a minor issues they fixed it within 2 mins of my call wow. Drain in sink was slow but worked. Door in bathroom didn’t open all the way so you have to shimmy around it.

My second stay at this hotel. Very comfy beds, good shower, nice terrace, lots of space for luggage and lots of shelves/furniture to put stuff on. The pool is lovely and with a good pool bar. Location is excellent, literally step out on Khao San. Would recommend the deluxe rooms as further away from the street. It is still a bit noisy so you have to be able to sleep through a bit of music, however it's Khao San Road, probably don't go there if you need silence. The cleaning ladies are adorable and very helpful. Rooms are very clean. A little haven amongst the madness. We didn't have any issues either time we stayed. If you fly in early they let you relax at the pool before checking in or after check out.

A few more parasols at the pool would be nice
