This is a really clean place with the most amazing location if you love leaving your “nest” and people watching on khaoson road. I just arrived again for my 2nd stay here for songkran. It’s a rare property as it has a rooftop pool. I don’t think that’s common on khaoson. Oh and there is a 7-11 and a McDonald’s on the ground floor if you are into that like I am. Wonderful find. Absolutely adore the place.

It can be a bit noisy but ear pugs solve that problem. I really have no issue with it… so much live entertainment it’s wonderful. I stay 5th floor at the back of the hotel so it’s not a problem

Location: the hotel is on the Khaosan Road itself. Everyday party till dawn :-) Good swimming pool.

Funny policy: You can get a pool towel only if you buy something from a pool bar.

It was good location with the food markets, clubs and shops nearby were amazing. Loved the endless choice of Tuks tuks, taxi’s and tour agencies. The staff the amazing was amazing and helpful.

It was very noisy with a club nearby which I ended up going to anyways.

The location is excellent in the middle of khaosan rd. It is course noisy, but not a problem for us as we expected it. We enjoyed the pool a lot, coming back from excursions, and before going out at night. The bed was very comfortable. Grabs taxis on the corner, super convenient. A free water bottle per person per day . With elevator. We asked for sugar and coffee, we got them in 5 minutes.

Not really much. Only thing is wifi is very slow. However you can work it around with an esim anyway which costs $20 per 20Gb and problem solved. Also, for us it was nit a problem, but you should know that the place is noisy, surrounded by bars with music up to 4am. I put this comment here for people to know, again, it was not an issue for ys, and the noise was not really so bad as i saw in other reviews.

Check in was smooth, the staff explained where things were if I needed them (including the pool). The room was perfect for me given that I was staying directly on Khaosan Road I couldn't hear any of the noises at night which was ideal. The room was clean, I didn't take anything from the mini bar but the prices seemed similar to those on the street. The rooftop pool for me was just what I needed and i did utilise this during my stay, it says its 1.6m deep but for me it felt deeper - i didnt care I was happy. The hotel has a 7/11 nearby which is ideal I didn't use this much but I knew i had it available if I needed anything. overall a lovely hotel and the staff were really friendly

The air conditioning took a few days for me to get the room cool despite being set at a low enough temperature to my liking, there is a random door that leads to the room next door which is the only downside

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was charming. 3rd floor Room cleaning staff. Gym and pool.

Disappointed that despite over a month requesting a quieter room we were allocated room 314 with a balcony just next to the skylight of the club below. Giving us a feee pair of ear plugs just added insult to injury! The balcony was huge but furnished with just one badly painted wrought iron table and two chairs. Adequate but surely worth more of an effort? . I’m afraid Khaosan Road is now just an example of how pandering to tourists lowest common denominators can render a place loud, charmless and totally avoidable . An unnecessary stop on anyone’s travel itinerary … not recommended !

Room was clean. Hotel is located at a convenient place. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and spas on the same road. Getting from/to the airport is so easy. The bus stop (Take bus S1- 60Baht) is very near, at a walkable distance. Staff was very polite & always smiling specially the housekeeping.

Can get a bit noisy in the night. It's coz of the loud noise on the street. But you mostly end up staying out late. So,not a big deal. Few suggestions: 1) Would be nice to have a drying rack in the balcony/terrace to put out the towels or swimwear to dry. 2) It would really help if the receptionists could converse in English. Few things,we could try communicating with broken english & signs. But we had other questions & they couldn't understand us or answer us properly.

Loved everything! The bathrooms were clean, the beds were cozy, cute little balcony to smoke in, very pretty old-timey interiors, overall a wonderful experience. The location is ofcourse perfect because it's right in Khaosan and close to most of the places in our itinerary.

Although it's probably hard to control anyway because of the location, but the noise was a negative. It's obvious there would be noise coming from the outside, it's khaosan afterall, but we could also hear the couple from the next room and it was kind of embarrassing. Apart from that awkward bit there are no complaints whatsoever!
