Location pool

The noise guests slamming doors, music. But it was expected being in a busy location

Lovely location, clean rooms, fantastic swimming pool. Comfortable beds. Good clean standard of accommodation with a hot shower. Nice bar and food area

The staff wouldn’t charge my held credit cars through booking.com and wanted cash. It’s supposed to be a more expensive hotel in Thailand and all other accommodation (even the cheap ones) charged my credit card through booking.com. However if I hadn’t of turned up they would have had no issue of using booking.com to pay using my credit card. They will use a credit card when it suits them

Great location, lovely rooftop pool

Not the hotels fault but loud music is played on the road until 4am so bring earplugs

Right in the heart of Khaosan Road, this hotel is perfect if you want to be in the middle of this area, but still want some quality and value for money. Yes it's noisy, and I won't mark it down for that because I read the reviews before I went. The lady on reception checked if I was happy to have a room at the front, and offered to change it if I wasn't happy with the noise. I didn't, I loved the sound. The pool and bar on the roof is the perfect escape from the madness below. Beautiful pool, with a fab view and a reasonably priced bar. Very pleased with my stay here 👌

They could do with a sign outside, to help you find it.

Location right on the kauasan road, nice room, clean with nice shower and toilet. Good panoramic view from the roof top pool, also on the royal palace.

The close location to the kauasan mean that there is a lot of noise. It’s fine when you close the doors but you can still hear the bases a little bit. Also we were in the farthest room from the street, so probably from closer rooms it’s worse. Also the taxi can’t get right to the hotel because the entrance is from the kauasan, so you need to walk 5 min to the entrence.

Location was right in the heart of the khao san experience. Reception was clean and tidy and had plenty of staff. It was nice and cool, which was very welcoming from the Thai heat....it also had a baggage hold area that was free of charge. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.... bathroom had toiletries, which was a bonus. The pool area was amazing with fantastic views and plenty of sunbeds, with a bar area.

The very heavy base vibrations coming from the bars.....we opted for a quiet room, but unfortunately, there seems to be no restrictions on noise levels in the area and we could feel/ hear the base even though we were staying 4 floors up until 6am. So be warned this could affect your stay.

It’s becoming our favourite hotel in BKK, the roof top swimming pool open till midnight, which is absolutely great, also the bar and restaurant all refurbished and looks amazing. The location is great, but if you need a more quiet room, please book room without windows. Also finally the entrance was remodelled and that horrible laundry smell is gone.

The pool at the top is great! Stays open until 00:00 so it was nice in the evening to come back and the a dip, the bar and music were also good. The hotel is right in the middle of khaosanroad so the location is great. We had a 3 person room without windows so also no sound from the outside world which was great. The beds were comfy, shower and toilet in separate rooms which helps when you are with 3 friends haha.

The rooms were perfectly clean, all the staff were very friendly/helpful and the roof top pool was great! This hotel is also in a great location to get to grand Palace. There was WiFi all around the hotel.

We didn't mind it too much but our room (Superior double room) was facing the car park which was very noisy. You could hear the music from the strip from 6PM to 6AM so if you mind noise make sure you ask for a in house facing room.

It was on Khaosan road and we love partying

We got the room that had a window facing Khaosan, they told us when we arrived they had another room for us if we payed a bit more that wasn't as noisy, we really didn't care because we weren't back until the party ended haha. (They gave us earplugs but they weren't that great, take your own professional ear plugs)
