Noise from the party people however it was not too bad

The hotel is in a good location a walking distance of the temples, and just on Khao San road The room is spacious, clean, ours didn't have a window what was good we didn't listen to the noise of the amazing Khao San road ahahaha. The staff was so helpful and friendly, there was a girl that helped us get around and explain here to get the boats and the shopping centers. They have restaurants and bars near where you can have 10%, and just next to the entrance of the hotel the best massage place (with 10% discount as well) they were amazing. Will choose them again for sure.

Nothing to point out, very good in all aspects.

This is an excelent value for money option in one of the more touristic areas in Bangkok. Very close to Khaosan road, and a short walk away from the Grand Palace and some of the more prominent temples in the city. Even though we were so close to the bar area, the room was very well insulated and we could hardly hear any noise. The staff was very friendly and they kept our bags for a couple of hours after check-out. The room was clean and had all necessary amenities. They also provide some small discounts with restaurants and other partners in the area.

We stayed there for 2 nights and for the price it was a really good choice! The room looked great and the bed was really comfy. Walking 50m and you will find yourself in one of the most bustling streets in this area. 7/11 was just some footsteps away and there were always taxis and tuktuks waiting in front of the hotel.

The balcony was really small. Fitting exactly 2 People standing. It wasn't bad but different than expected. Also the door to the balcony was really thin so you could hear everything going on in the streets throughout the night. We are deep sleepers so that wasn't a problem for us.

The location is unbeatable! quiet yet right at the start of Khoasan rd! The room was large and has everything you needed!

There were no plugs anywhere near the beds which is inconvenient. In addition the air conditioning draining every 10 minutes was sooo loud!! Lastly the staff really couldn’t care less about you being there, they’re not unfriendly just unbothered! which is something that can come across a bit unsettling…

Great location, only downside was a I could hear the music from the bars. But honestly it wasn’t that much of an issue for me, I still slept fine. Great spot. The massage place downstairs was great. Ben at reception was an awesome guy :)

Nothing everything was fine

Great location right next to Khao San Road, has everything you need within walking distance. The room was lovely and clean, great air conditioning, small fridge that had free water every day and some other some other beers and soft drinks which were at a very small cost if you chose to have them. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you if you asked for anything. I would definitely return here. Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel is perfectly located close to all local shops and restaurants. Although close it’s far enough from Khoasan Road that we weren’t disturbed by any noise at night. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The hotel also offers free use of the facilities at buddy lodge hotel and offers discounts at several restaurants for staying with them. Would definitely return

I really liked the kindness of the employees at the reception. Especially a specific guy who checked me in, checked me out and called me a taxi, very kind. I liked the location and the rooms.

The lack of breakfast is a huge downside.
