It was surprisingly quiet for being right in the nightlife area! It’s a very busy area with touts and sellers right outside the door so you need to want that experience. The pool bar is great, and the room was comfortable and clean.

The weed smoke everywhere was a bit yucky. There is a smoking cafe right outside the front door so it fills the hallways and elevators and some people are smoking weed at the pool bar even when there are children present, it’s fun for some but not nice for others. Something to be aware of anyway.

Clean rooms great location at the middle of khaosan road . Pool and roof top is nice

Two adults and two twin 17 year old daughters stayed here for two nights. £75 a night in bangkok on the khoa san road, rooms had one king size and one double bed toilet and shower. Plenty of room for us, the staff were exemplary anything you need they were on it, swimming pool on the roof big bonus with exceptional views over the city and the grand palace, if you want a sunbed get up there early but still enough space around the bar and restaurant to sit and chill. Would definitely stay again

Nothing really if there was more room for sunbeds it would be good and also limited food on the menu, they would make a fortune if they had a lot more food options

great location!!!! located at Khaosan road where all bars and food/souvenirs street vendors and shops are located. but i requested for rooms that are located at the back side of the hotel so that my parents won't hear the noise coming from the bars. frankly, i was a bit worried in the beginning of our stay because i thought that this place is only for partygoers, but i was wrong, my family loved the area and was even enjoying their strolls on the streets. taxi is also easily accessible.

there is a foul smell coming from the hallway towards the entrance of the hotel. smells like garbage or sewerage smell.

The location is excellent, it gets very very loud though as it’s on the Main Street so if noise bothers you then that’s not a place for you (it was louder that we thought) but if you don’t mind that then you get a very nice hotel for not a big price is a central location. The pool is very nice too, good views.

Cleanliness was not the best. All surfaces were dusty and you could see that it wasn’t very well cleaned, but the sheets and towels were clean so we didn’t mind that much. We didn’t get any toilet paper in the room, but when we asked on the reception they provided it with no problem.

Excellent location in Bangkok for tourists wanting to explore the city. Despite location at lively road in the evening with pubs and market area, inside was really quiet so you can absolutely enjoy a good rest. Pool on roof was also showing a very nice view over some monuments. Very pretty at night.

Cleanliness overall was very good, only small area at shower that could be cleaner. The pool was good but would be even better with some lights around it improving safety at night and also create nice atmosphere.

This hotel is in the center of everything (nightclubs, bars, restaurants,  stores, cafés, travel agency). The best part is that from your room, you will not be able to hear absolutely anything from outside. Perhaps your first thought upon arriving at the hotel is, "What have I gotten myself  into?"You'll quickly realize, nevertheless,  that this hotel was the right one.  Originally scheduled for four days,  we ended up adding three more.  The personnel is amiable.  The view from the rooftop pool is passable. Excellent decision all around. As a couple without children, we will definitely stay here again.

Before booking this hotel, I advise you to learn more about Khaosan Road. This hotel's location is not kid-friendly (unless you're a careless parent and you're cool with your kid seeing this level of madness), nor it isn't friendly for those who don't enjoy going partying.

Staff was helpful and friendly, I would like to thank them again :) Well located, if you want a fun place to stay, with a lot of bars and street food (had the best pad thai there, I forgot the name of the place) Room was comfortable, clean, ac worked very good and the shower gel smelled sooo good :) (I would love to know the name/brand of the shower gel) Nice rooftop Close to turist attractions and 7/11 We even stayed one night more. Would definitely come back again if travelling in a big group or with friends and want something budget friendly. For something more fancy or for going as a couple maybe somewhere to else

If you’re a light sleeper, the street could be a problem cuz it can get reaaallyyy loud, but the room are almost sound proof so it’s okay.

Amazing Location! Stay there for New Year’s Eve and even when the noise on the street below was absolutely crazy there was no noise in the room whatsoever. Great rooftop with very nice pool. Comfortable bed, great shower and everything was of very good quality.

Communication with the hotel before arriving… no response to message. Paint on doors was cracked as if it was very old… a shame because everything else was great.

Central location, super swimming pool on the roof open until midnight, fantastic view from roof over towards Grand Palace and city skyline. Little extras provided, toothbrush and paste, swim towel, coffee, milk, water and kettle provided. Met on busy Khoasan Road by staff (kind lady helped me with my suitcase)to show us into hotel.

Pop music by pool on a loop all day and evening too loud. Chill out music until 5pm would be good.
