The location is the highlight - walkable from the historical sites and Khao San road. The restaurant and room are clean, comfortable and good quality. The staff are excellent. The swimming pool at the roof top provides for ample relaxation during stay.

The pricing is on the higher side considering that you get the same facilities included for a much lesser price in other hotels few yards away!

Good location of the hotel away from famous sights and Khaosan road, yet quiet hotel. Everything was clean and the hotel staff very nice.

There is construction going on next to the hotel, so you can hear noise from 8am. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but they could have pointed it out when booking your stay.

Comfy beds, lovely rooftop pool, friendly and super helpful staff on reception, cool and quiet when it was hot and noisy outside.

One of our rooms didn’t have a window opening onto the street, but instead into the inner atrium.

Hotel is well located near to the must-see sights and activities. Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were nice for the price paid. There is pool on the roof which is nice but not so much impressive, but however it helps in the heats typical for Bangkok. Overall was a good stay. Thanks.

Breakfast can be one idea more various. In relation to the bedsheets/towels, they need to be changed with new ones due to the heavy usage by the other customers. Can add some umbrellas near the swimming pool area for some shade.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The hotel is located on a main road (unlike many other BKK hotels I have stayed in which were in side streets) about a 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the popular Khaosan road. The staff were professional, attentive and very friendly. I frequently asked the receptionist to call travel agents and taxi services for me and they were happy to do this without hesitation. Room looked exactly like in the pics advertised. My room (400) was spacious and the bed was comfortable. You can log in to netflix/ hbo max/ youtube etc on the big screen tv in your room using your account, and they have both local and international channels available. 2 free bottles of water per day, free toiletries, daily housekeeping. In-room safe where you can store valuables and make your own access code. Universal plugs in room so no need to bring plug adapters. A/C was kept on by housekeepers during the whole stay, which was nice, especially after a full day of sightseeing. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Bangkok.

A lovely hotel with a very comfortable room and bathroom! This hotel is very easy to find as it is located on a main street near Kho San Road and is close to many popular areas such as the famous temples, many markets and restaurants. The connection to a Ferry Taxi is very near. Even though this hotel is situated in a very touristic area in Bangkok, our room was reasonable quiet. We had a clean and comfortable room with a quiet air conditioner and a nice bathroom. We appreciated having a view outside even if the view was partly to a parking lot with garbage and people's makeshift homes. The rooftop pool was nice and large comfortable chairs with awnings were great for sunny afternoons. The view from the rooftop was lovely. Our room did not include a breakfast, but we paid for their breakfasts and once for a supper and were impressed with the food. The staff was great; very nice and helpful. They even allowed us to store a bag in their hotel free of charge as we were traveling in the north and south of Thailand before returning to Bangkok and did not need to bring this extra bag with us. Thank you very much! We would definitively come back!

Everything was great! We were a bit disappointed that our breakfast was not included in the room rate but we were very glad that we opted to pay for it every morning as it was delicious and plentiful!

The hotel is great, super clean, fancy, comfortable and well located. I recommend it and would love to be back.

Just one thing I didn’t like much is the lack of fresh air in the room.

Lovely quiet hotel on the very edge of all the madness of Khaosan Rd area! Our room was spacious, (we paid extra for a larger room and it was worth it) and was clean and comfortable. The decor of the whole hotel was light and airy. Beware there are some rooms that have a window overlooking an internal area. Breakfast was very good, there was plenty to choose from. The staff were always courteous, friendly and helpful. Close to many attractions, the Grand Palace, the riverside, the fort, National Museum etc

The location was excellent. It is close (but thankfully not on) Khao San Rd which has the big market for food and clothes etc. It was close enough to all the main Bangkok attractions to walk or Tuk Tuk or Grab a taxi. The buffet breakfast was fabulous and we never needed lunch after our big breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our room was very very hot if we left the room for long so we had to leave our room key in the slot all day so that the air conditioner stayed on. We felt bad using so much electricity but it was too hot otherwise. The first night it took hours to cool down. The room layout did not allow for air flow especially into the large, fancy bathroom area. The room was also a bit noisy as there was a constant low level buzzing that might be from the lift or something outside - we could not work out what it was, but it was a bit annoying.

Great location, plenty of restaurants near by. Easy to miss Khao San Road. 20 minute walk to the hop on hop off boat. 7-11 just downstairs. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was good. Pool a nice addition and perfect to cool down in after a busy day in the city. Look out for the hidden alleyway opposite, takes you to a really nice road full of bars, restaurants and markets. Alleyway looks scary and like it will be a dead-end but isn’t! Would definitely stay here again.
