The location is the highlight - walkable from the historical sites and Khao San road. The restaurant and room are clean, comfortable and good quality. The staff are excellent. The swimming pool at the roof top provides for ample relaxation during stay.

The pricing is on the higher side considering that you get the same facilities included for a much lesser price in other hotels few yards away!

Good location of the hotel away from famous sights and Khaosan road, yet quiet hotel. Everything was clean and the hotel staff very nice.

There is construction going on next to the hotel, so you can hear noise from 8am. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but they could have pointed it out when booking your stay.

Comfy beds, lovely rooftop pool, friendly and super helpful staff on reception, cool and quiet when it was hot and noisy outside.

One of our rooms didn’t have a window opening onto the street, but instead into the inner atrium.

Location is not the most ideal. Unless you are solely concentrating on the Khao San and the Palace area. Tons of eateries and 7-11 nearby. The happening Khao San Rd is just around the corner. Walking to the Palace and Wat Po takes only a few minutes. Getting to Wang Lang market on the opposite side of the river is easy. Phra Athit pier is within walking distance. From the pier one can connect to MRT/Skytrain. If not just take Grab. Staff are friendly and efficient. I was allowed to use the pool till late after checking out. The compact room is decorated nicely with the necessary amenities. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Bathroom is a little small. Air con is super cold. Wifi connection is great. TV has English news channels.

Hotel is well located near to the must-see sights and activities. Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were nice for the price paid. There is pool on the roof which is nice but not so much impressive, but however it helps in the heats typical for Bangkok. Overall was a good stay. Thanks.

Breakfast can be one idea more various. In relation to the bedsheets/towels, they need to be changed with new ones due to the heavy usage by the other customers. Can add some umbrellas near the swimming pool area for some shade.

The location was great. It was right near Khao San Road, and it was a convenient walk to several restaurants and sightseeing spots (i.e., the Grand Palace). Everyone at reception and at the hotel were very friendly and professional. There is also a rooftop pool, especially for those extremely hot days. Our room didn't not face the main road so there was not much noise coming from the streets. Our first night sleep was interrupted by a strong smell of Mary Jane - so would advise future stayers to keep the aircon going the entire night. The walls between rooms are thin, other than the one occasion that our drunk neighbours returned loudly at 2am, the sleep was great.

A lovely hotel with a very comfortable room and bathroom! This hotel is very easy to find as it is located on a main street near Kho San Road and is close to many popular areas such as the famous temples, many markets and restaurants. The connection to a Ferry Taxi is very near. Even though this hotel is situated in a very touristic area in Bangkok, our room was reasonable quiet. We had a clean and comfortable room with a quiet air conditioner and a nice bathroom. We appreciated having a view outside even if the view was partly to a parking lot with garbage and people's makeshift homes. The rooftop pool was nice and large comfortable chairs with awnings were great for sunny afternoons. The view from the rooftop was lovely. Our room did not include a breakfast, but we paid for their breakfasts and once for a supper and were impressed with the food. The staff was great; very nice and helpful. They even allowed us to store a bag in their hotel free of charge as we were traveling in the north and south of Thailand before returning to Bangkok and did not need to bring this extra bag with us. Thank you very much! We would definitively come back!

Everything was great! We were a bit disappointed that our breakfast was not included in the room rate but we were very glad that we opted to pay for it every morning as it was delicious and plentiful!

We really liked the Villa's location as it is close to everything, including the bus stop for the BKK airport limobus with direct service to Khaosan Rd. Rooms were clean and quiet despite the busy streets below. The bed was comfortable and came with power outlets on both sides. I would have liked a second pillow. The two person spa bath in our room worked well and was comfortable. AC and wifi worked well. The pool was clean and there was plenty of seating. We would have appreciated more shade options on the pool deck. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided solid advice on how to get around and where to eat. Luggage storage was 20 baht per piece, which surprised us.

No complaints. We would stay here again.

Clean, light and airy. The coffee shop attached if brilliant buffet breakfast is 2.99bt. The pool and pool bar is great also. I couldn’t fault it stayed the beginning of my trip and at the end. Great location for all the sights and near everything. The grand palace, leaning budda, the pilla shrine all with in walking distance. Khosan Road it 2 minute walk away great at night. Also at the boat terminal you can get a hoopa pass to go to all the locations it’s only 250bt per day. This takes you to the flower market and Wat Aran.

The second time I stayed I was put on the third floor the windows in the bathroom were open and a strong smell of tobacco was in the room. It had gone by the time I returned so I didn’t complain.

The hotel is great, super clean, fancy, comfortable and well located. I recommend it and would love to be back.

Just one thing I didn’t like much is the lack of fresh air in the room.
