Great location, vary easy to get there from Suvarnabhumi Airport (bus S1 = 60 baht). I like rooms in thai style with rampa and mattress. Its was my fifth time staying in this lovely place.

Nothing. May be some furniture needs a little renovation but for me its not big deal

Location was great, right in the heart of Khaosan Road, I always stay on Khaosan Road when I’m in Bangkok because I love the convenience of coming downstairs from the hotel with lots of food options. I loved staying in #2002 room, despite being right on Khaosan Road, you actually don’t hear the music in this side of the building. It’s a large room with a couch and a table. It was great for me because I was working while I was in Bangkok so I needed somewhere to sit. I loved the staff at reception, they were so accommodating, I was staying at this hotel 3 times during this trip and I requested for the same room for all of the bookings which they happily accommodated to my request.

The air conditioner fan was very noisy when I turned it down the #1 fan speed. So I had to keep it on #2 or #3 most of the time which meant it was really cold even at a temperature between 28-30.

Right on the Khoisan rd, so we were in the very heart of the party on New year's eve. Clean enough, simple room.

Bed was a mattress on the floor, really hard.

No chance of sleeping due to the noise from the party below. Although we knew this would be the case so it’s not really a complaint

The location is perfect if you are looking for action of Bangkok! The rooftop pool was the highlight for us!

Many people already commented about it being too loud. Yes it is very noisy but we knew this coming in and weren’t all that bothered by the noise. Also, the second you leave the hotel everyone is trying to sell you something. Again, we knew what we’re getting ourselves into so it’s not bad if you’re looking for the hustle and bustle of the city.

Very centrally located right near the party central Khao San street! A fabulous pool deck at the top of the hotel where you can unwind and chill! Most of all, the best part is the kind helpful staff at Dang Derm! they helped us a lot in managing our stay which ultimately made us extended 2 additional nights of our stay! kudos to the team! Perfect location! You can walk to Grand Palace, Wat Poh and the Green Pier. Both room and bathroom were clean. Free water and the pool is very nice. It’s on Khaosan Road, but I could sleep without a problem. Thank you all the ladies at the reception, excellent service. The breakfast is well served and it’s tasty.

There was not hot water in the shower. Also, no hairdryer (I know it’s a silly thing, but for backpacker with little space, this things help).

I was sceptical about booking due to mixed reviews, but this was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Bangkok. Big room Sound proofing was fine - the Aircon acted like white noise at night Great locale - right in the heart of everything Pool was awesome Staff very friendly and everything clean Would stay here again without a doubt if we revisited Khao San

Nothing much to say. Reception and rooms were airconned, but the hallways weren't. So it was always a bit of a shock leaving your room. But nothing else to say Also they say no food or drink around the pool, which was annoying. But they didn't seem to implement this, which was good

Superb location. Nice clean rooms. Front desk and bar staff all very nice. Front desk helped us with airport taxi. Pool is open late. I mention noise for information only - I am happy this is reflected in the great price!

Music from Khao San Road can be heard in your room at night but we were able to sleep through this. My partner uses earplugs always, I didn't have anything.

The rooftop pool / bar area was really cool and I loved spending the day up there sunbathing. The location was ideal and convenient being directly on Khaosan Road. The beds were comfy and decent shower.

Unfortunately my room was on the 5th floor and directly overlooking Khaosan Road… when I say it was noisy, I mean it was almost inconceivably noisy, felt like I had speakers blaring through my window well past 3am. I guess it’s just luck of the draw where your room is and I’m sure that a room not overlooking the street would not be at all noisy.
