There is a reason I keep returning back to Villa Cha Cha every time I’m in Bangkok . It has a very homey atmosphere , a home away from home literally . I always feel happy there but what’s there not to feel happy about? Great accommodating staff , super helpful every time I need something . Lovely food , buzzy restaurant , teeming with life almost all night . Great comfortable rooms , good AC . Lovely pool with lots of shade . Water never gets hot in the pool , they keep it nice and refreshing even when the weather gets very hot ( most of the pools get like bath water , but not this one ). Everything about this place is just perfect . I will be back again next year .

The location of the hotel is situated close to all the main markets, shops, and vibrant nightlife. Being able to walk everywhere and have easy access to all the action was really convenient. As for the room itself, it was fairly standard - clean, comfortable, and had the basic amenities you'd expect. Nothing too fancy, but it served its purpose well and provided a nice place to rest after a day of exploring the city.

The walls and doors didn't seem to be very soundproof, so we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep, as we were frequently disturbed by the sounds of people talking, doors slamming, and other disruptive noises.

This is a quirky little hotel located between Rambuttri and Khao San. It kind of looks like a converted office block but they have added character. We had a room overlooking the pool which was really nice, spacious, good bed with a sofa too, ac was great. The bathroom was fine except smelled a bit damp but no big deal. The pool was a real gem, shaded by trees, nice calm vibe, had a lovely night swim there. Barely any noise despite the busy location. Staff were nice. I fully intend to return here when I am next in Bangkok. This is not an upmarket type of place it is a quirky backpacker place-- which is what I loved about it! Lots of character.

Location very good, you are directly on a lively street. Everything you need is neer. From the lively hood on the street you notice nothing in your room. Staff very kind and helpful at the main desk area there is a travel agent they got me tickets to muay thai fights in the area and organised my transfer to airport all went smooth.

Bath room was not fantastic but is fine. Can´t really say any thing negative, for this price it is a great place to stay

The staff member 'Rob' was friendly and helpful. The long opening hours of the pool were fantastic. It might have been helpful to have a folder in each room offering some brief information about great things to see and do in the area and some typical Thai dishes.

The location was excellent just in the heart of Khaosan street with all bars, restaurants, 7/11 shops there. Also really close (5 min walking) to the Khaosan bus station which takes you to Koh kood, Koh mak and Koh Chang. The room was clean, the shower very spacious and the bed really comfy and clean as well. 30 min more or less to/from the airport BKK or DMK(depending on the traffic) by taxi (Grab) and the cost between 10-12€

If you sleep lightly, then the noise from the party street may keep you awake till late.

We love this hotel!! Stayed here twice! The staff are so welcoming! The pool is so lovely to have in the middle of the city! The beds are so comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. Having the restaurant close is so handy and it's reasonably priced. The hotel is quite central, not directly on Khao San Road but less than 5 minutes walk and you're there! Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is located in the eye of Bangkok's tuorist cyclone. I had been staying here before and knew exactly what to expect, it is not a place to relax, it is good for 1-2 days stay to manage all the things you need before going somewhere further or returning home.

It was quite noisy, but it was obvious for me that it will be - it is very close to Khosan Road. Also keep in mind that some of the rooms don't have windows, so double-check if it's not a case for you.

Wasn’t sure what to expect being so close to Koh San Road…..was pleasantly surprised. Staff were great, facilties were great. Nice little pool to relax around, resturaunt was very well priced, lots of variety and the staff all round were fantastic. Great location with the option to party or not party. Rooms basic but clean with the added bonus of ac and fridge. Happily recommend this place

Nothing to fault to be honest

Love the location, great price. Only thing is we couldn't get in contact with them on our stay. Needed to get some information and the phone numbers were saying wasn't the right number. Even the locals couldn't get onto the hotel. Otherwise clean, conformable hotel. Quite hotel in a busy area. Definitely would stay again.
