Great location. Excellent street food, massage and night life just around the corner from the hotel but far enough away to not hear the noise when sleeping. Pool was nice as well. Hotel just a short walk to the ferry pier where you can grab the hop on hop off boat to see all the attractions.

Air conditioner in the room was pretty noisy so hard to sleep at times. Also there is limited shaded areas around the pool. Would be great to put more umbrellas up so that folks could lounge more

The location is good, right next to Khao San. We chose this hotel because it was close to the bus stop from Koh Chang.

It’s not a really good value for money, breakfast is mediocre, everyday eggs and 3 different meals… It’s non smoking hotel which is ok, but you can smoke on the roof, but I don’t understand why there are big windows and balcony in the rooms that are sealed. It was quite claustrophobic. The pool on the roof is a nice addition, but it is filled with so much chemicals, that you can not swim longer than 5min. Overall - it was ok, but I wouldn’t book it again. We stayed in much nicer hotels with much much better breakfast and balcony that we could actually stay on for less money in Bangkok.

I liked the staff; they were very nice. I also liked how clean and updated the rooms were. It's in a great location, close to lots of amazing food, shopping for souvenirs, and within walking distance to the ferry. They also have a nice rooftop pool.

I don't think the on-site breakfast is worth it unless you buy it as part of your package. I wish there were a tour desk onsite and an option for laundry. Also, because the area is so busy, there is an overwhelming number of tuk-tuk drivers trying to scam you. Do not be a victim.

The location was good. Whilst it is near to busy Khao San Road, the hotel isn't affected by the noise. I was nervous of being near Khao San Road as it isn't for me, but there are loads of nearby streets that are much 'calmer' and really nice and just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The only downside is that the area isn't well connected to the BTS and MRT. The rooftop pool was nice, and the rooftop area had good views (but felt a little unloved), e.g. all the cushions were put away and not accessible). There is a 7-11 store across the road.

The room air conditioning is quite noisy. Some of the woodwork in the hotel, including a balconette on our full length bedroom window, and around the rooftop have decayed and some removed. I think that could be a safety issue. The rooftop area has great views but you cannot go up after 8pm or 9pm (it would have been nice to stay sat up there).

Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable Good location and quiet

The lights in the room could be a little brighter. We left a small towel that was a little dirty. On returning in the evening, there was a letter that we had to either have it cleaned or we‘d be charged 240 baht. We then had it washed and there was absolutely no problem to get it clean again! I did not like this episode as half my life I spend in hotels and never before I experienced anything like it. Apart from that, the staff was very friendly

It's a Boutique hotel where the staff pays attention to the customers. The proximity to most of the major attractions and the Spa on the ground floor is the cherry on top. The staff were honest and reliable. Although the hotel is located close to Khao San, we slept like babies and couldn't hear the noise coming from the busy streets and neighboring establishments. And 7Eleven is situated across the street for a quick snack etc. I highly recommend this hotel. I'm so glad I stayed here and chose not to go to Downtown.

Nothing that I can think off

- Huge room - Cosy cosy beds - Great showers - Arab style building was very cool - Beyond spotlessly clean - Very cheerful staff - Nicely located in proximity to Khaoson but not in a noisy spot

- AC was crazily strong and a little hard to manage - How spotlessly clean the room was led to a slight bleach smell in the room at all times - Facilities are kinda scarce bar the pool and very minimal lobby. Pool could have its potential better fulfilled by having a bar / staff on-hand on the roof. Somewhat feels like you’re just renting the room more than staying in a hotel despite the room being really perfect.

+ the staff was super friendly, they learned our kids’ names by heart and when we had a disagreement over whether breakfast was included for 4 or 6 people they sorted it out in our interest, the rooms were good, the location excellent, close to Kao San Road but far enough away from all the noise, the breakfast was lovely too with such sweet breakfast staff

- the only downside was that our AC was really loud, compared to the other Acs in other hotels

The location was great, the staff were so lovely and accommodating. They really made us feel welcome! I also really enjoyed the pool on the rooftop and somewhere to go and chill out

The only negative thing about this stay was the air con! It did the job so no complaints there, however it was way too loud. You have to use ear plugs so it’s at a level where it’s ok to sleep.

Located just off Khao San Road so you do get noise at night. We were getting the Boonsiri Ferry the next day and this hotel is right next door to the bus office so it couldn’t have been more perfect for that location. For the money paid the room was great value but there is no breakfast here. There was a balcony but the doors were sealed shut which was a shame The pool on the roof looked nice with lots of seating area too.

It was still noisy even though it’s set off the street a little and no breakfasts here which we like to start our day off
