Staff were lovely

Outside the hotel you are bombarded with people wanting you to go into the bars they work for. Tuk Tuk drivers also bombard you please be cautious as they do scam you. Don't be fooled by them with there mini poster of attractions it is a scam and they get paid commission i.e the floating market should cost about 300 bhat entry but they take you to another section where it cost 3000 bhat!!! Plus the ride costs around 800 - 1000 bhat. I would recommend going through booking.com app. I would further recommend booking any taxi via booking.com as taxi's also scam you, they up the price and don't put the meter on and if they do put the meter on alot of them have a switch underneath to speed it up.

This is a very well located property if you’re wanting to stay on Khaosan Road. It’s towards the end of the street. While it’s loud outside, we had an internal room near the elevators which was quiet, allowing for good rest before joining the party chaos outside :)

The rooms are somewhat small but clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay

I stayed at two different rooms: 505 and 3012. Both were reasonably clean and spacious enough. The bed was comfortable, and the aircon worked well. There was a small desk to use my laptop. The wifi was fine. The staff is alright. The location is right on Khaosan road, one of the nightlife spots of the city, and only 15-20 minutes by foot from the Grand Palace. There are some convenience stores and many bars and restaurants nearby, but the cuisine is not the best because they are aimed at backpackers.

Khaosan road is the party place of the city: if you don't like to be harassed by street vendors and loud music, don't stay there. Despite the loud noise, my first room (505, 5th floor, not facing Khaosan Road) was very quiet. In room 3012 (3rd floor, facing Khaosan Road), it was impossible to sleep.

Clean, small room with a big toilet. The rooftop pool was nice but no bar as advertised.

1000 baht deposit was paid which is fair enough. when we were leaving they said there was a stain on the pillowcase and would cost 200 baht for us to clean. the apparent stain was from ink they said but we have no form of ink with us. 200 baht was unreasonable and they did not even speak with us about it, only gave 800 baht back. very loud at night but to be expected as you are right on Khaosan road

The hotel was really nice and such good value for money, especially with the roof top pool. The room was well designed and furnished. The bathroom was good. They also had everything we needed such as kettle, fridge, water provided etc. was it noisy? Yes, but it’s on the Khaosan road so we fully expected that and the receptionist gave us ear plugs on arrival! Close proximity to EVERYTHING including the river and the Grand Palace etc. 7-Eleven next door of course and all the massages and street food vendors on our doorstep.

Yes it was noisy but that was the only negative.

Big comfy beds, REALLY NICE AND COLD AC, room was nicely decorated, nice showers + bathroom space with rack to hang wet things, room came with a fridge, safe and kettle which was good. Rooftop pool is really nice - towels are provided. Staff are really friendly. Luggage storage is available which was helpful with our onward travel being later evening. In a really good location for backpackers close to a port if you want to go along the river, walking distance to temples (if you’re willing to brave the heat). Had a really lovely stay!

It is noisy at night, but if you’re staying on khao san road it’s to be expected. some reviews are saying it’s really noisy but they’re just exaggerating. bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Room didn’t have a wardrobe but did have a few pegs, this didn’t matter to us as we were only staying for 3 nights so didn’t need to unpack but something to keep in mind if you’re staying longer.

Loved the location and the room was really lovely and clean, very smart and the room had everything you need, including a fridge, strong air-con and a safe. Rooftop pool is a nice touch as well as free juice and biscuit snacks in the hotel reception. We also had a late flight so the staff let us keep our cases in the luggage room which was very helpful. Shower is very powerful too and beds are comfortable

Only slightly frustrating thing is the 1000baht deposit which needs to be cash, which is refunded at end of the stay but a bit annoying this can't be held on a card as it left us short for cash. Also the noise is bad at the front of the hotel (we stayed twice and the 2nd time we were in the middle of the corridor and barely heard any noise at all) so definitely ask for a room not on the front and theres no noise!

Quite a small hotel, but that was good for me Staff very friendly, pool was relatively small (but remember it is a small hotel) but nice, clean and plenty of umbrellas, mostly quiet, but got a bit busy later in the day. location is on Khaosan Road, so expect some noise late into the night, but no way as noisy as some of the other hotels on Khaosan Road. Room was cosy - nice bathroom, and had everything you need. A little simple luxury was water and orange juice and biscuits in reception, which was a bonus when returning to hotel hot and thirsty.

Warm welcoming staff, easy check in process with offered cleaning everyday. Most beautiful rooftop pool with some nice views of the city. Actually a large bathroom considering the size of the room.

Literally the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, maybe okay for one but a coupe with large bags it made it very difficult to do anything in the room. Immediately hit the bed once you step foot in the room and I’d book a standard queen room so was just abit shocked. Obviously very loud but has to be expected to Jen staying on Khao San road.

Great location right on khaosan road, rooms very smart and clean, shower lovely and beds comfortable, great price too for location and standard of room. Rooftop pool was a lovely touch too, and free water, fruit juice and snacks in the reception is good too, highly recommend!

Only thing was the music was quite loud so we had interrupted sleep, it was mainly the bass that we could hear until around 4am but this was expected due to the location! Didn't ruin our short trip and would definitely stay again, maybe just ask for a room not at the front
