The whole building was very clean. The bathroom was also clean and larger than used to be at other guesthouses -by my experience. The windows are large and the rooms were bright. The popular Kaosan road is just 1 min walk, but far enough to have calm and quiet room for sleep. Free koffe and tee at the reception. The receptionist is a very kind lady who is always available if any support is needed.

the smell from the bathroom is permanent, closed door is recommended. Nothing to see from the windows. No any other, we loved it.

- the staff is very friendly, polite and professional - it is very clean - they did their best to give us the room as quickly as possible as we arrived very early. - the beds are comfortable, sheets and towels smelled good - it is very quiet at night, at the end of a small alley, so you hear no cars.

- the room need a little bit of refreshing like new painting, in my opinion. - there was no plug next to one bed - maybe a little bit expensive for the quality, but you are located really close to Khao San Road if it is what you are looking for

The place is super clean. By "clean", I mean it is extremely clean.

There is no shared facility like Kitchen etc. so if you buy takeaway and want to eat at the accommodation, you will need to eat at the reception area and need to ask for plates, knife or forks etc.

Location is very good, near nice area with cool places to eat, 25 min on walk to the templates or short bus ride (check the schedule on the google/apple map app). Good location also for Grab rides for airport or train station. Check in late at night without problem as there is always someone on the entrance. Room itself could be repainted, but it was clean and bed had fresh duvet. Recommended

Scraped walls

Great location - was quiet overnight and only a few minutes walk to the main nightlife road. The room was very clean and comfortable, the host even gave us an option of two rooms! Excellent accommodation for such a cheap price in Bangkok! The host was awesome, she helped translate some stuff for us and never hesitated to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Space either side of bed wasn't big enough to walk by, but not really a problem unless you're unable to get to bed from the bottom. No breakfast (as expected), but breakfast signs at front desk, which was a tad confusing. But there's two gorgeous restaurants literally around the corner from the guesthouse.

Clean room. We were only staying for one night so it did the job. Not as noisy considering how close it is to Khao San road but you can still hear the noise mildly in the background (not too bad with earplugs). Great location if you’re planning to go out partying as it’s so close!

A bit noisy and only one really thin pillow each. Our shower head holder was broken so had to hold the shower the whole time. Staff not the friendliest.

The location may have had a slightly eerie ambiance, but it was conveniently situated near various attractions. However, it's essential to keep in mind that Bangkok is a sprawling city, so you can't expect everything to be right at your doorstep. The rooms were a true reflection of the pictures, and they were impeccably clean. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. We experienced a flight delay and requested assistance in rescheduling our stay without incurring any financial losses. The staff went above and beyond to help us and successfully changed our booking to different dates. Although our stay was brief, lasting only two nights, we didn't have the opportunity to fully evaluate the facilities. One minor observation was the absence of a hairdryer in the room. It's possible that the host could provide one upon request, but we didn't require one during our stay. Another potential improvement could be adding more furniture to the room to provide additional storage space for clothing. The room was relatively small, making it challenging to incorporate more furnishings. However, I'm giving this stay a perfect 10 because I had a clear understanding of what to expect based on the photos, and it was my deliberate choice to make this reservation. The affordability of this accommodation is truly exceptional for the value it delivers, making it a highly recommended choice. I would undoubtedly opt for this property again in the future.

It would be nice to provide a hairdryer in the room.

The stuff was very friendly and polite. They allowed us to take shower after check out and gave us towels. Location was also very nice, near to Khao san road, but surrounding was quite. Every day we were provided with one bottle of water per person.

We were on the first floor without windows and humidity was so high, but there was a dehumidifier.

We liked our first stay so much that we stayed there a second time, when we were back in Bangkok. Great view from the room, everything you need in it, absolutely perfect shower (the best of our 4 months of travel) and the comfiest beds we've had for a long time. Great location, near to Khao San but still not facing it, so peaceful.

It would have been nice to have filtered water available. But nobody is perfect!

Really comfy beds, hot, powerful shower, amazing air con! They gave us a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge in the room. Everything was super clean with complimentary shower gel and the room was nice and dark when the curtains are closed. The location is perfect if you want to visit Khao San Road. We were only doing a pit stop and wanted to visit the infamous road so was the perfect location for that. Friendly staff too!
