Great spot 5 mins walk to KSan Road. Get A4 bus from airport get off just before K San Road at temple the Hotel is 311 opposite the bus stop. Very friendly helpful staff still doing some finishing touches he's as its all new inside. Small but functional bathroom en suite, good fan aircon and a T.V. get an outside window room if you want fresh air, or use Airton.Basic breakfast included, Good value for your own room from around 540 Baht

Paint smell as new but changed room ok

Location is great. The hotel is located 5 minutes from Khaosan Road where all the bars and restaurants are and where the main nightlife in Bangkok is - there are parties until 5am and on that street you will find absolutely everything. Next to it is another street with bars and restaurants that have live music, but are more family-friendly and more for couples. Although it is so close to these streets, it is still quiet and peaceful at night. The staff are amazing and ready to help you with everything. There was always a hot water in the toalet.

The rooms are small, in our room had no closet or place to put our clothes. That was our biggest problem. The breakfast was poor with few options. But for that price you can't expect more.

Before booking this place I read mixed comments about it, so I was a bit unsure. However, I was gonna spend only a night so I decided to give it a try. Sincerely, I'm very satisfied with this place and I will have it on my favorite accomodations list for every time I come back to the city. The room is huge, very modern and the best extra comfy. The bathroom seemed a bit small, but actually it was quite comfortable to use. On Booking it says that towels are for a supplemental charge, but I've got 2 towels on my room included on the price. Shower gel and shampoo are provided as well. Location is amazing and if you are coming from DMK, the A4 bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Wifi is also pretty good!

Walls are a bit thin so you may hear some noises, but luckily the place was quiet during my stay so it was not a problem at all.

The location was great. Close to Khaosan road but we preferred the less busy side of the bridge behind the hotel. Take the ferry to get around - much more convenient and direct. A simple breakfast is included and the staff work hard every day to get things ready for their guests. Friendly and helpful staff and tours can be booked directly at reception, and the pick up and drop off location is at the hotel. Decent sized room, excellent A/C which is needed when we went. Good sized bathroom and water bottles can be filled at the hotel on 2 levels. Good Wi-Fi.

The electricity needed your room card to activate meaning the power cut out whenever you left the room and took your key with you.

Breakfast was good and simple (bread, cornflakes) Shower was really good, got hot really quickly. Staff was amazing Location close to Khaosan Road is an obvious plus. Amenities are close (7eleven, restaurants, cafes) Washing service available at a cost of 60 THB

Beds were a bit hard. Sometimes the sewer smell could be noticeable; note that this is not applicable to this guesthouse only but everywhere in the city. Note that if you pay by card you'll have to pay roughly 50 THB. Cash also accepted.

This place exceeded our expectations. The lady at reception spoke good English and was very informative on tours and activities. The location was perfect! Not too close to Khaosan road only a 10 minute walk if that. 7 elevens close by and laundry services too. We had an overnight bus so arrived at 7am, the staff let us leave our luggage with them and checked us in as early as they possibly could. Breakfast was adequate, with a fancy coffee machine. Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was small but nice and modern. Rooms are spacious and smart tv was easy to use. Would recommend highly and also would stay again.

The staff was great, both of them, very responsive, the room was actually very decently clean (that is very important to me). The mattress was actually quite comfortable and slept very well, the smart TV a nice plus. The position is great, 5 mins from Khao San Road and 20 mins from the Royal Palace. Overall very good value for money and good for short term stays.

There was quite a bad smell coming from the bathroom (being the room so small it is a problem if you keep the door open), the guy from the reception gave me some spray but it wasn't working too much and made it difficult to use it at times. However, I don't think it's their fault, but it is the entire Bangkok sewage system as I noticed the same elsewhere.

Great place to stay in a private room for fair price with all the amenities. The staff was super nice and caring,keeping me rooms for when I was away and helping me with securing my luggage. The place is really close to Khaosan Road and have a breakfast with the staying in the room. Every time I come to stay in Khaosan I stay there Overall a really good experience!

The shower is a bit small with the toilet which gets it wet a bit

All of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help you and it seemed like nothing was an effort. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who was looking to stay. Just bring a fan for breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable and cool.

There was no air conditioning in the dining room area and this made it too hot in April I would hate to see how hot it would have been during summer. I would recommend a doorway from the dining area into the accommodation area and this would make it easier to air condition this area
