My family (hubby, and 2 kids aged 10 and 16) with 2 friends just stayed recently and m glad I found this hostel. Location is best as it's closer to most of the places to visit including Wat Pho, The Grand Palace, Wat Arun. Walking distance to Khaosan Road. There are several places to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner (7-11, The Family and there is a rooftop bar/restaurant nearby. You can also enjoy street foods just across 7-11 and another resto just opposite of the road. Even Michelin's rated restaurant Pad Thai Ta Lu is walking distance (though too late for us to realized). Overall, though facilities/amenities are very basic however, its very clean and comfortable, staff and location are also main reasons to choose this place. Will surely stay here again next time.

Nothing. It's a great choice if you are not looking for fancy and high-end accommodation. This place is good for family. Very comfy and clean.

The hostel is located in front of a canal and there are several restaurants on the street where you can eat. The garden of the hostel is big and relaxing with hammocks, a small pond with flowing water and a bar. I stayed in the 10 bed dorm but I have to admit that the space is really big and there is a lot of privacy thanks to the curtains. Also, the bed was very big and the stairs to get up were easy to use. The reception staff was very friendly and ready to help and the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily. I highly recommend this hostel also because it is well connected to the Grand Palace (30 min walk) and is less than 15 min from Khaosan Road.

Apart from the hostel not having direct vehicle access we managed to find it in the dark with all our luggage. The staff were really lovely and the facilities basic but so clean and very spacious. Our kids loved the communal areas and the hammocks to spend time in. The location is also really great, close enough to walk to some places and a tuk tuk always available on the bridge. Also the family restaurant on the corner has THE best Thai food we had during our entire stay in Bangkok.

Some noise in the evenings/night from people coming back in during the night or using the communal space. Sounds travels easily with the rooms being around the communal area but to be expected with a hostel style accommodation and it didn't keep our children awake.

Stuff was kind and sweet. They helped me keep the luggage safe during the day. the hostel itself is has really nice and chill vibes. location is also great, it’s in a quiet road with some bar and restaurant, a few minutes from 7 eleven and close to the main busy roads. showers and toilets in the mixed room are good and clean.

mattresses are a bit too hard, the english of the stuff could be better, my impression was that the hostel had no physical space to create connections with other travellers but maybe it was my experience, it’s still a good place

Having a whole room for my family of 5 allowed me to give my kids a hostel experience without staying with strangers. The place is beautiful outside of the room and loved how it seemed like a hidden secret garden. Walking along the river and discovering new foods was so fun. 40 baht fresh fruit smoothies right outside!

2 of the outlets wouldn't allow us to push the plug in. Maybe something stuck in them? The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage like walking past the grates in the streets and one of the showers never got hot water while the other one only got lukewarm if the water pressure was all the way down. No mirror in the bathroom so I couldn't do hair and makeup.

We liked that the Time Sabai had a nice green courtyard that was a lovely place to sit and relax. They also offered filtered water that we could use to fill our water bottles. Our room was good for a family of 4. The location was good - felt more local than touristy. There were a lot of restaurants around to choose from.

The place was a bit expensive, but it is Bangkok. The staff didn't speak much English, but they tried to be helpful. The Wifi could have been better. There were lots of mosquitos around the courtyard.

Relaxed vibe, but also allright for socializing. 7 minutes from Khaosan Road so it is quit but still in the center. Staff always helpful and friendly. Free towel and water. Free coffee in the morning. Even the 10 Bedroom dorm feels like a private room beacause of the arrangement. Perfect stay for a few nights in Bangkok. Really good and cheap restaurant if you go to the left at the next corner.

I love this place. I stay here every time i'm in the koahsan area. Cute little court yard with a tranquil pond where I can sit and roll Js all day. Lots of shade and my favorite thing is the drink machine in the lobby with anything you could ever imagine for only 35-40 baht. Iced coffee on point! Cool little lounge over reception where you can go for some quiet reading if there's no space in the court yard.

The toilets get backed up because of stupid travelers which leaves a bad smell outside sometimes. But if you are in Bangkok a lot then you know this is no big deal because it should be called the land of a thousand smells and not smiles.

Really nice hostel in a primo location. Courtyard area has a nice chill outdoory vibe. Long space that provides plenty of little sections people can hang out. I really love the location because it’s on the canal. No traffic going by makes it so much quieter and relaxed, This little section along the canal especially good w/ the wide walkways and a few other businesses

If you’re scared of big lizards, they hang out outside near the canal (I like the lizards so to me a bonus)

One can book specifically for the location. As its far away from hustling city, you can party all night in the city and return to sleep peacefully. This is my third time staying here as it feels like home. Would recommend for everyone.

When we arrived there was a problem with the water pump and we have to switch to the other room every time we need to use washroom. But it was fixed the next day. Only because of this I'm giving a 9 star. I hope this problem doesn't occur again.
