During my stay at the hotel, there were several aspects that I appreciated. First and foremost, the hotel's location was excellent. It was situated in a convenient area, which allowed for easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. What I particularly enjoyed was that despite its central location, the hotel managed to maintain a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, providing a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

However, one area of concern was the attitude of the staff. I encountered instances where the staff were less than accommodating and, in some cases, outright rude. This was disappointing, as it had a noticeable impact on my overall impression of the hotel. I myself am British, but ethnically South East Asian - I am not sure whether the staff's attitude toward me was because of this, as I saw they treated guests of other races significantly nicer. Also, when walking past the reception desk on the way out, i'd greet the staff, but was always ignored or given dirty looks. I believe that friendly and helpful staff can greatly enhance the guest experience, and this was an area where the hotel fell short.

The staff was amazing! - really helpful, spoke decent English, very well organized. Breakfast was also very nice- the standard "bread, cereal, eggs, ham" was there, but what I personally really enjoyed were the fresh fruit, rice porridge, and the local dishes, two different ones of which were available every morning. The rooms were decent- clean, everything you needed was there, bed comfortable.

The location, although quiet, which can be refreshing in a city like Bangkok, is a bit inefficient if you plan on going to Chinatown or the new scyscrapers. If your plan is to visit only the old town or you like walking, it should be much of a problem though. For us it was not a big deal, but we stayed only for 3 nights. Don't recommend for a longer, e.g. one week, stay. If you hate mold, don't look into the AC. I didn't mind it, it was very small, but my boyfriend immediately saw it. So if you have an allergy, it might be sth to keel in mind.

For the price it was a very good hotel. Not too far from the main attractions (The Grand palace ca. 40 minutes on foot). The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities (although we did find 1 cockroach during our stay). There was a storage room for the luggage near the reception and a toilet as well (for before check-in or after check-out). Do note that there is a 500 baht cash deposit per room, but we got it back after checkout withiut any issues. Breakfast was also good, nothing exceptional but a good selection. Bonus: Khao San road is also close, there is a good thai massage place 5 minutes away and also some good restaurants 8 minutes away.

Wifi was exceptionally good so I was able to do my work well. Staff was friendly, food was good as well. The price was the most attractive thing I liked.

If there had been a bit more stuff on the menu for breakfast that would have been great. For shops other than Seven Eleven and eateries I had to walk further, this can take time specially if I am here on work. So location is a bit of an off one for me. The room wasn't ready when I came to check in so I had to roam around for 6 hours. I did not like this at all. Some of us will travel from very far so it is very important to consider this.

For its price point, this property is great value for money. The room was very clean and included all of the basic amenities one would expect to have. The location of the hotel is also very good being a short taxi ride to Chinatown and other points of interest. Additionally, there are plenty of local restaurants within walking distance of the property serving cheap and amazing Thai food. The breakfast was also decent and included both Thai options as well as more continental ones.

A very minor annoyance but we noticed that the mini fridge in the room would switch off whenever the room key is not inserted in the socket for power. Whilst this is expected for other electronic features of the room, it was not ideal to come back from the Bangkok heat to warm drinking water.

The facilities are clean and well kept. Staff members were very friendly. Breakfast had a wide range of options. Overall, it is great value for money. The location is also great and located within a few mins walk to UNESCAP, which is where I had my meetings.

Not really a dislike, just an inconvenience; One time the elevator didn't work and I was on the 7th floor, had to take the stairs only to reach the room and the room key did not work. 😩 The elevator was fixed the next day, and all is well that ends well Rooms are a bit small. Not too small, but could definitely do with a bit extra space for luggage. Or a closet. The room I had did not have a closet, which was a huge inconvenience

It was very close to where I had my work. The hotel was clean, very functional & neat. The room I got was spacious for a budget hotel & was very clean with complete amenities.

The water heater setting needed an upgrade. I turned it to the hottest setting & it was only warm. The electronic water boiler also couldn’t seem to latch to the socket properly.

I like that the hotel was brand new when we arrived and stayed for 3D2N. The staff are really friendly, our room is very clean and I think it was a very quiet and safe neighborhood, though it was quite far from tourist spots but I don't really mind as it was easy to grab a car or tuktuk. The Wifi works really well based on my experience. The breakfast is good although the options are very limited which was understandable because they only started their operations a few weeks ago before we arrived. I would recommend the hotel to my friends who would like to visit Bangkok.

I hope next time the breakfast will be already included in the price we pay for accommodation.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a great location, but what stood out the most was how amazing the stuff was! On our first night we mentioned the lack of water pressure to the secretary and first thing in the morning they came to fix it!

Be aware that there is a 500 Baht deposit and they usually take them only in cash. Also what was very weird is that they charge you if your towels are dirty / stained?! I’m sorry but I thought they were there to use so this seemed very weird!

We loved this place. Very strategic location in a quiet area, close to lots of local restaurants and a short walk from the "tourist zone" of Khaosan Rd. There's an amazing massage place a 2min walk away, too (best we've had in Thailand by far). The facilities are modern and clean. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
