Hotel is a little gem in the center of Bangkok. It is a 7-10 minutes walk to Khao San Road, but in a very quite area. There is a 7 eleven store few steps away and a good restaurant across the street. The Hop on hop off bus station is also near (at Khao San area), so it is very convinient for sightseeing of Bangkok. The owners are very nice and helpful people, rooms and the whole hotel are kept very clean. Breakfast is good, and in the common/dining room you can have tea, coffee, various fruits and snacks any time of the day/night for free. Also bottles of water are free to take. As we had two rainy days during our stay, we have ordered food on Grab and then had our meal in the dining room using utensiles of the hotel. We had a beautiful, spacious, large room with a terrace overlooking the canal where you can spot many fishes, just a nice view for relaxing. There is also a nice, small garden in front of the dining room, so one can enjoy sitting there near the canal. Internet is excelent. Air conditioner is also good, and beds are big and very comfortable. We strongly recommend this hotel as it is like a oasis in the jungle of Bangkok. P.S. just to mention that this part of Bangkok is not connected with Bangkok metro

In terms of peace and quiet this place can't be faulted. I really enjoyed the individual little pods, and it was fab you could stand up in them. Lots of storage space, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, there's a 7/11 nearby, and restaurants in walking distance.

This is totally personal preference, but if you're looking for a social hostel this is not it. I genuinely didn't see a single person in the dorm for the 5 nights I was there. If you're a solo traveller wanting to meet people this isn't the place for you.

Really clean and quiet hotel very close to lots of eating places. Grand Palace / Wat Pho etc are all within walking distance as are lots of other interesting and less visited temples, and the Khaosan road night market area is also easily walkable in the evening. The breakfast is excellent- it is a well stocked buffet with cooked food (rice, noodles, sausages, pork dumplings etc), bread, jams, cereals, fruits etc. The room we had was exactly as it appears in the photos, and was well equipped with a fridge, tea and coffee, toiletries etc and the staff are very friendly. Although it is not far from bars / clubs etc, this hotel is quiet - it isn't a party hostel.

Everything was good!

There was a good, varied breakfast. As vegetarians, we had enough choice - cereals, fruit, yoghurts, toast, eggs, fried vegetables…. The location was good. Only a 10 minute walk from the pier to take the ferry. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. It’s the first time we’ve stayed in this part of Bangkok, but we’d stay here again. Reception very helpfully booked us a ride to the airport.

I LOVED this place and wish I'd booked a longer stay in Bangkok just so that I could enjoy sleeping there for longer. The dorm was very quiet, and the bed was comfortable. I could hardly hear the road from inside, that's so rare! There's a large storage locker which fits everything, and you're provided with a key to lock it. The "capsule" has standing room, and there's a screen for privacy. The dorm and its bathroom were really clean, and there were free water bottles for guests. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions. The old town is walking distance, and there are eateries and smoothie places just around the corner. Walking by the river was lovely.

There were lots of drain flies in the bathroom for some reason. The bathroom was otherwise very clean.

Near 7-11. Loved having a more private space than your average hostel. I'm 5'10 and plenty of room To stand up. Good variety of breakfast options and a nice place to sit outside to eat.

Everything was great, but if im nitpicking, i think heavy curtains would work better than window shade for a door. I love AC, but it was a bit chilly until I was shown how to turn it off. I think it would be beneficial to put a community refrigerator in the lounge.

I have been going to this place every time I come to Bangkok. The staff is super lovely, the place is clean, nice and comfy and the rate includes a DIY breakfast with many snacks available for free all day and night in the common room (which also has a table you can use to work online). The location is great and quiet. Today I had to leave for the airport at 7pm for a long flight to Africa and, even though check out is at midday, they let me use the space and the bed until 7pm free of charge. I can only say good things about the hotel and the people who work there. I will be going back soon!

Everything was perfect

We had a great stay at this hotel, which exceeded our expectations. The room was not very spacious but very clean and comfortable, with a little balcony. The staff was really friendly and helping. There was a washing machine on the ground floor so we got to wash our things for 50 baht. Location was absolutely great, we could walk to most of the historic sites and took bus or boat to reach more remote places. The breakfast was good, with both European and Thai food, and we liked to have it in the garden. Saw some dancing fish in the canal and a couple of water monitors :)

The AC worked properly during all of our stay but on the last day we noticed a humid stench from it and dicovered it was really dirty inside. The manager changed the working mode of the AC so that the stench disappeared and we stayed in the same room for the last night, but we really hope that they'll have this AC cleaned.

quiet location set back from the road, comfortable room with good amenities (mini bar fridge etc), the buffet breakfast is fabulous, good wifi, very clean room and property, good hot water and shower pressure, small balcony, great security inc video cameras across the property, fast elevator to upper floors

there were lots of signs in the room telling you how much items cost if you ruined them (e.g. a pillowcase costs $$ if you stain it etc). you could hear other guests entering/exiting their rooms because the doors close loudly

Kindness of the hosts, who were wonderful to us; excellent room with powerful AC and very functional bathroom; soothing view from the balcony onto the canal with mesmerizing fishes dancing in the water! ; Excellent breakfast with freshly prepared noodles and egg, and a vast array of other options; unlimited drinking water; we also loved the location, a short stroll from a beautiful Buddhist temple (Bowonniwetwiharn Ratchaworawiharn Temple) and excellent cafes (Kayy coffee for ex)

Minor: Bed a little tough to our taste but we slept great regardless; the drainage from the bathroom sink
