The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, good wifi, smoking shop right next door, walking distance to McDonald’s, 7/11, street food and restaurants. Just be aware, There is no staff between 6pm-10am. There is someone around, but no clerical activities. There is no restaurant here, but there is an eating area. The price was about 1000 baht per night. It’s a good, safe area to walk around at any time.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

They charge too much for late check out, while elsewhere it is usually 100THB/hour, here you have to pay half of a night, even if you stay for e.g. only two hours like we wanted. We did not use it at this price. By the way, I wanted to give a higher score, but this is a disappointment.

The room was bigger than expected, with plenty of room to move around even with several people and the luggage sharing the space. The A/C was excellent. The staff was great, they helped to move the luggage up and down the stairs. Free refills of water bottles, coffee, tea and toilet paper everyday even without room service. The place felt very clean.

Would've have been better if there was an elevator. Also, not the hotel's fault, but there's construction around the area right now (March 2025) so it makes finding the hotel a bit tough at the moment.

There are so many things I liked in this hotel that I wish to share, but so as not to bore you, I will brief it into bullet points: *The check-in process was very quick and smooth *The hotel's public areas and lounges are neat and clean, with cozy ambiance *The hotel room is spacious with compact layout, sufficient electric sockets, & bedsheets were comfy *They cleaned the room and provided fresh towels everyday *It is located in a peaceful area so you can get a good sleep without the street noise *It is a walking distance away from Khaosan Market and other Michelin-star restaurants like Thipsamai and Jai Fai. Few minutes drive away from the BTS Station *All staff were very accommodating, efficient and helpful - I requested them to receive a parcel for me that arrived late after we checked-out, they were organized in receiving and cascading directions as I came back after a week and arranged Grab Express to pick it up and it went perfectly! Kudos to your services! I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Bangkok.

No elevator but it didn't bother us because it was just a floor away and someone helped too. And I noticed it is quite common in other hotels in bangkok.

It was my first time ever coming to Thailand everything was perfect, the stuff was very nice and very friendly always gave us water and coffee daily for free everytime we go out and explore Thailand, easy check in and easy check out! Very clean ,the bed was very comfortable ,the price is insanely good for a 4d3n iterinary and the location is actually quite close to some temples and the iconic democracy monument and taking grab was very easy aswell although mrt and skytrain are a bit far but that's no problem because there's also a bus stop very close and I absolutely enjoyed my trip to bangkok.

Property is in a quiet street next to the main road, a few minutes' walk from Khao San Road. There is also a bus station nearby. Staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean, equipped with a fridge and the AC was working well. I liked the firmer bed. There was no elevator but the staff offered help with luggage and we were on the 2nd floor anyway. There was an option to drop the luggage off until it was time for check in.

Everything was ok, some might be bothered by the room size, which was on the smaller side, and lack of elevator.

Please mention which rooms don’t get natural light. Our room’s window was right next to a wall, therefore it was dark all the time. If I knew this, I would have booked a different room. Getting natural light is important especially for getting used to the time zone and recovering from jet lag. Besides this one aspect, everything was perfect!

The staff i very friendly, helpful, and ready to help. There is a lovely lobby. The room itself is quite tiny, but I knew that from the start. There is a kettle, a fridge, no windows, enough light. The WI-FI is solid. Tons of sights are within walking distance. Will defo stay there next time.

The room is not soundproof, the walls are thin, so every time impolite people walk on the stairs during nighttime, I could hear literally everything. There is a rule of silence from 22 pm till 8 am, but some guests do not really follow it and it can easily disturb your sleep or rest.

Location is great, super easy to get to main sightseeing spots on foot. Staff was very polite and friendly, and alright outside interior may seem a little outdated rooms were very comfortable and clean. They have laundry room downstairs and it’s very comfortable if you stay longer than few days
