The staff was friendly and the place was exactly as per the pics. I enjoyed the stay.

The top part of the toilet had a bit dried pee build up. The walls are a bit thin so we could hear the couple having intercourse next door. Fortunately when we banged on the wall she stopped shouting.

Great location 👌 in the centre of Bangkok surrounded by restaurants with a 7/11 shop next-door for all your needs, McDonald's is a 2 minute walk away for breakfast, the room was clean and tidy, beds are not soft,but that is standard in Asia but comfortable,the WiFi was excellent on my ground floor room, the bathroom is small but modern with a hot shower, rooms are of a good size and come with air-conditioning plus a window..no view just the back of the hotel, the hotel has no noise from the street...I will be using this hotel again in the future...

Some of the pillow cases are old and could do with being replaced, but are white and clean. Guests banging doors 🚪 and speaking loudly in the hallway.... I did find that the air-conditioning did have a smell to it. When not in use on entry to the room, but when the air-conditioning was on it soon disappeared within a minute or two. Only a small issues...

Nice choices for breakfast, choose in advance with approximate time you plan to come. Fast and good service. They sell beer and sodas too which I appreciated. I don't think you could get any other food after breakfast.

Difficult to get to restaurants for meals. I had to go early to not walk back in the dark. Not that it was unsafe I just don't see well in the dark. Dogs along the way are usually passive, only one was persistent in barking at me. I just ignore and keep walking determinedly without looking at them!

Overall good stay here, I was only staying in a hotel to ease myself into my solo travels and this was perfect for me. Quiet, although other travellers were staying here too and the staff were lovely. Facilities were mostly clean and was a bargain. Would recommend

Only had 1 issue, the rooms are all connected but the door connecting them is locked, therefore you can hear everything anyone in the room next to you is doing.

The location is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and generally you have everything you need right next to you.

It is unacceptable that they cannot communicate by email or texting in English. They send automated messages or messages in Thai, and they don't really pick up the phone. I had to let them know that my flight was cancelled and I wouldn't be there the first few nights, they never replied, and I just received an email that they cancelled my reservation.

Nice food around the area and good barbers

Property was no bad but is OYO THAT IS A SCAMMER .DO NOT BOOK WITH OYO OR DIRECTLY TO THEM as they are scammers. I did book with booking afterwards and it was fine .. I paid with OYO and after cancelling they did not refund although say refund .they don’t have at all any type of comunication . Anyway they scammed 30 pounds . But the hotel overal is good and values for money you spend

Location was amazing, short walk to Khaosan road but still far away enough that it was not loud at night time, very central and close to many temples and iconsiam is also close by. Staff were very friendly and room was very clean. Basic enough but well worth the money.

Bed was a little bit hard but more than fine, we stayed for three nights

Location is perfect! The room was clean and they gave us extra shampoo, water, and toilet paper on request!

The bed is really noisy. Just turning at night you may wake up if very light sleeper. You can also hear your neighbors due to the room having a door that connects to the next room. It doesn’t open but makes sound isolation poor.

Location fine,easy to travel everywhere by taking tuk,taxi motorcycle,bus to airport. Environment safe.people courteous.

They do nor provide a kettle in the room. Because it's important when we return back to hotel n at night you want to drink hot water or tea coffee but . It is not available.they should consider.

Great hotel with clean, modern feeling rooms. We liked having a 711 literally next door and it was an easy walk to Koa San Road. A very good budget option

We should have researched the location a bit more as it wasn’t really near anything we wanted to see.
