The breakfast was phenomenal. The breakfast attendant was amazing and nailed it every day. You should absolutely do the office syndrome relief massage as soon as you get there - it really helped us acclimate to the time change and set us up for success! The rooms are the perfect size for people who plan to do a lot of activities throughout the day. One thing we will say is this location is not close to downtown at all, so if that’s where you plan to be I’d choose a different location. It is extremely convenient for the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, Temple of the Golden Mount, and two cool streets for street markets (one more touristy than the other.) There is a lovely pool that gets the late morning sun and the staff is always so helpful! Don’t regret a single cent we spent there!

Breakfast was good. I liked the fruit, and it was restocked when empty. The buffet food was OK, some days better than others, always on the bland side for Thailand. Lots of options. There is also made to order omelette and eggs stand. Hours are 7-10 which is nice. The pool is wonderful. It is between buildings and shaded, the temperature was perfect for getting refreshed in Bangkok. There are jets that are powerful enough to massage one’s feet. Plenty of towels, everything clean. Guests are allowed to smoke by the pool which I don’t like, but this is Asia and people smoke. There is a pool table by the pool.

The front desk staff has no knowledge of the surroundings and no curiosity to find out. There is a bus stop for S1 and A4 bus to the airports pretty much right across the main road, but they have no idea that the bus exists or where the stop is. There are no maps no suggestions about places to go or eat. When you arrive late in the day you wonder around looking for food (plenty of options early in a day).

Almost brand new hotel with a nice swimming pool for the Kids. Great morning breakfast with both Thai and Western foods. Staff is very helpful and professional.

The A/C blowing up cold air in your face at night !

The room was cozy and bed very comfortable and not hard. Very clean. Area is near major hot spots. Depands what you want. 5 min drive from the River boat pier for hop on and off tour. Use Bolt for transport as it's cheapest.

I have never encountered better staff in any hotel. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to help us with everything. They were waiting for us outside, helped with our luggage, and warmly welcomed us. The room was spotless and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately, after taking a shower, I found a large cockroach in the bathroom. I immediately contacted the front desk, and they responded right away, coming to remove it and thoroughly disinfecting the entire room. A few minutes later, we discovered another one. Without hesitation, they returned, offered us a new room, helped us move all our belongings, and apologized sincerely and repeatedly. After switching rooms, everything was perfect. I’ve never experienced such genuinely helpful and apologetic service. Even though the presence of bugs wasn’t their fault, they did everything in their power to make it right. Truly exceptional hospitality. Moreover, the hotel is walking distance from the main temples as well as from Khao San Road :)

There was EVERYTHING to like about this hotel. The staff were amazing throughout the hotel, , rooms were immaculate, food was fabulous. Lots of attention to detail. This hotel deserves every star and more on booking.com and trip advisor. I would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone who is staying in Bangkok

Really hard to think of a negative. For exploring this area, the location is fabulous. However, when you first arrive it feels like you are on a back street - could feel a bit daunting. However, we felt 100% safe at all times and only round the corner from everything!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For example, they booked a trip to Ayutthaya for us or a transfer to the airport. The location is also great, we walked to the grand palace for about 20min. Khaosan road is 5 walking minutes away. The room is very clean and spacious, the bed comfy, the pool is nice and the breakfast was also really good! I especially liked the omelette station where someone prepared a fresh omelette for us.

The AC worked really well! But it was also rather loud. Even when we turned it off, we could here the AC outdoor unit(s).

Beutiful hotel, very clean, big rooms. The staff are very friendly, and prices are fair. The khaosan Road is 5 minutes walking. Nice pool, with pool table in the yard.
