We got a nice room for 3. The staff were so friendly. They helped me book a Thai massage appointment for me and my mom. And the best part? The massage parlour was literally beside the hotel! We even ate at the restaurant directly in the hotel and it was good (they had also been rated by Michelin). Room was overall clean and comfy and housekeeping came to clean everyday. We lived about 20 mins from the nearest jetty and 10 mins away from Khaosan Road which means food is very accessible.

We wanted to go out at night to get food at Khaosan. There is a stretch of road to get there that is full of homeless people so it’s a wee bit scary. But that’s my only complaint. Overall my stay had been nothing but positive.

The property is conveniently located in the city, with restaurants, cafés, and a 7-Eleven in close proximity. The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and had a pleasant smell and ambience. The staff were courteous, professional, and consistently willing to assist. The manager was particularly accommodating and handled our concerns with efficiency and care. The team demonstrates attentiveness to guest feedback and takes prompt action when needed. I was very pleased with my stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends. I would gladly choose to stay here again in the future.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was easy to find. There were lots of food options nearby, plus convenience stores and a bus stop just around the corner. The staff were very helpful—they provided us with adaptors and a weighing scale upon request. Even when we accidentally broke the scale, they didn’t charge us anything. Really appreciated their kindness!

The hotel entrance is shared with a restaurant, so every time you enter or leave, diners can see you—especially awkward with a live performer right next to the door. Also, the room only had dim lighting, which can be difficult for guests with poor eyesight at night. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.

Great location, close to the main temples and shrines, several 7/11 and a Mcdonald's nearby. Great staff who kindly helped me extend my stay several times due to flight cancellations. Great room with good ameneties.

I extended my stay several times, when the older female employee was at the front desk she didn't actually update my key card so I had to go back down to the lobby for them to fix it. I did not have this problem with the young male employee who correctly updated my card. The wifi was spotty at times as well.

This is a great location to Khao San Road, around foreigners, and temples. If you are more focused on shopping centers, I do suggest staying closer to those areas. Our room was cleaned daily, and everything was spotless. We were given water everyday and was always replenished along towels. Also, we arrived super late for check-in. But I made sure to purchase for the day before along with arriving at 3AM. So my family and I really appreciated the late accommodation.

We didn't like the firmness of the twin size bed, however, our full size bed was hard too but after a few days our bodies naturally got used to it. The shower has small openings that water was able to pour out, so we had to use all of the smaller towels to wipe away the water outside the shower.

We booked one night to be centrally located and easily access the most famous sights. The room is very spacious and clean, as is the bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly, and we were able to book a taxi directly from the accommodation to Suvarnabhumi Airport at 4 a.m. for a fair price and pay for it at the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast, so we can’t comment on that.

Although the accommodation is in a quiet area, I recommend sleeping with earplugs. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is quite loud. Since I usually sleep with earplugs, it didn’t bother me, but light sleepers should keep this in mind before booking.

The property was clean and the rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful which added to the positive overall experience with the hotel.

Our room had a broken windows. Which I assume was the reason that we could hear the outside traffic very loud. The location of the property also took us by surprise. The neighbour was filled with homeless people at night and generally I didn’t feel safe walking alone on the road.

The hotel is small but very comfortable. At the 1st floor is the Michelin guide restaurant with famous Thai dishes and live music daily. The resto price is abit higher but you also recieve better service. The hotel is close to old town (grand palace, famous temple). The street on the left side of the hotel is full of restaurant and coffee shop.

The hotel does not provide thoothbrush and slipper in the room. Also you have to deposit in Thai bath which i was not informed before arriving.

The location is great with many good/famous local restaurants nearby including few rooftop bars with nice view at night. Many museums including the Royal Grand Palace and the temple of the Emerald Buddha within walking distance. The room is spacious and very clean. The Air-condition is so good (I'm sensitive to the heat). Sleep very well through the night. Though the hotel is just off the Ratchadamnoen Avenue, there's no noise from the traffic even during daytime.

Shower with hot water works well but bigger shower head will be even better. The curtains can't block the light. If you're not an early bird, you might like to wear eyes-mask.
