Very friendly service - front desk, maid service… all staff. Nice breakfast with good Western and Thai choices. Close to many good sightseeing places, though quiet and cozy room. Nice paintings and art and quaint downstairs. Great massage place across the street next to 7 11.

Location, cleanliness everything was perfect. It’s a 7-8 mins walk from khao san road which is perfect as it keeps you away from the noise but close enough. It is also close to all important places of visit like grand palace, china town and all the temples. The cleaners came to clean everyday and towels were cleaned everyday. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice breakfast with Asian and western options, you can buy espresso drinks and various beverages, they offer towels for the pool, there is a lift, they clean daily if you’d like, they arrange airport transfer, the staff is always available and helpful, and they were flexible about organizing my late check out for a small fee. There is a phenomenal cocktail bar/jazz bar/restaurant across the street and cheap Thai food everywhere nearby.

The only problem is the noise. It’s at a very main intersection and the 24 hour traffic sounds and sounds from guests in other rooms disturbed us quite a bit. They do have earplugs in the rooms so if you’re the type who can sleep with earplugs, you might be ok.

Hotel has a great location in a walking distance to all the main sights. All the amenities around. Nice swimming pool, although we never had a chance to use it. Very helpful and kind staff, helped us with booking taxi to the airport and gave us some vouchers for a boat trip. We especially enjoyed the amazing breakfast!

The location is central which is great but it also means that you’re staying right next to a big road and a roundabout which can be quite noisy at night. We had a room with window facing the main road, so if you’re lucky and get a room with a window facing to the other side I can imagine it must be much better. Another uncomfortable thing was that the AC in our room was right above one of the beds blowing straight down on me. After the first night I woke up with a sore throat so we had to turn it of the second night and it got very hot in the room.

Location was great, nearby all the important landmarks (15-20 minutes walking approximately) + other shops and supermarkets. Perfect breakfast (from eggs to real dishes - noodles and rice with chicken, sweets too, fruits and vegetables, don’t expect cheese). The room was comfortable with AC included and we had a small garden (ground floor), others have a balcony. Free bottles of water were given every day based on number of guests. Hot shower with good flow. Swimming pool is quite big and clean.

There is no soap for handwashing in the bathroom. The room looked better in the pictures. The staff does not speak English. 3% extra charge of a total price if you pay by card!

The location is very central and close to all monuments. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The pool was a very good asset as well. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Thailand so far and of high quality. The staff was good but I would like to give special credits to the night security guard/receptionist who was always kind and helpful.

Even though the location is very central, this may be an issue if you sleep lightly as there is some noise from the motors.This wasn't a big problem for us.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Located in the Old Town of Bangkok, the location means that each of the main sights are within walking distance, in spite of the Bangkok heat! The room was as expected, though if we use this hotel again I know there were rooms with nicer out looks. The staff here are brilliant - really kind and help as much as possible. It was great to book a couple of outside trips through reception. Breakfast was a surprise - lots of great options ( the pancakes are the best ever) and a good amount too! Budget hotel doesn't mean somewhere nasty at all. We really liked this place!

En-suite was a bit small, but we managed and there was always hot water. You really need to shower to freshen up in the heat! We had a free taxi pick-up from the airport - excellent, but the hotel was unable to help with taxis if we wanted to go elsewhere ie. visiting our son, who lives in Bangkok. Please note: taxi drivers are not good at speaking English in Bangkok and don't always know where you want to go. A little help would have been helpful, but it could be a staffing issue. We managed!

Loved the location. Some excellent eateries are close by as well as a market within walking distance. Even though the building is quite old, the rooms and the breakfast room are very neat, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. The cleaning staff do an excellent job with the rooms. I also enjoyed the pool and the pool area.

There was occasionally a bit of noise but nothing to be too concerned about.

Comfy. Clean. Convenient. 10min walk to Khao San Rd but located in a more quiet area. Good wifi, stable for work. The staff were really nice and friendly. Close to restos, cafes and convenience stores. There is a Michelin resto across the street, no long queue. 15 min walk to train station. Pool is also well-maintained. Highly recommended.

That their bar/cafe closed early - wanted to chill by the pool with a drink. But there are 7/11's and cafes close by where you could buy drinks. Not really a deal breaker.

The location of the hotel is simply perfect. You can reach Khao San by walking for 5 minutes, or if you have ten more minutes you can see the Big Swing, or beautiful temples. The staff is always freindly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily. We had to change our room two times but whenever we requested a change they were positive and understanding about it. Overall a clean and safe place right in the middle of the city. Lovely.

If you wish to get a laundry service, estimated time to get your clothes back depends on the weather. Having a dryer would be better.
