what a hidden gem in the middle of old Bangkok a must stay when visiting Bangkok. such a beautiful boutique hotel with so many details and thought through design aspects. absolute pleasure to stay there. the staff was amazing, super helpful and friendly. it has a restaurant with amazing dishes and amazing cocktails. a modern take with industrial futures with a Royal details. if they develop this place further with a spa in the same style this can be the absolute competition to all the big hotels which don’t have personality. well done I was super impressed.

Location and the beds were outstanding

Some of the common areas felt a little macabre, if only eccentric. But I’m an eccentric old soul who is also a perpetual traveler, so I felt right at home.

The staff made us feel very welcome. Nice shower gel, shampoo, very comfortable bed. We will definitely come back and stay again.

Great stay. Hotel is stylish and very cozy with great restaurant, bar and a very interesting cafe with great coffee. I spent a night here came for checking-in and found out that their sand coffee was just opened. Very interesting. In the night bar had live jazz music and great cocktails. Atmosphere was definitely a plus. The Thai dishes at the restaurant were great and interesting. Highly recommended if you want to experience a unique stay.

Location was great. You can walk to many attractions within 25/30 mins such as the temples, palaces, and piers for boat trips. Bar street is 10 min walk away, if that is what you like to do in the evenings. Staff are fantastic and very helpful. Jazz band when playing are amazing and the bar/restaurant gets very busy so book in the morning if you want to eat in the restaurant in the evening. Beds are the biggest and comfiest beds ever!

Only a little thing and we were ok however the room didn't have that many plug sockets so make sure you take a plug that can hold multiple leads and take long leads with you.

Gorgeous place with a great Historical background, feeling of nostalgic of a good old classic time is so overwheming. A special restaurant (Din Bar) is a must! Good vibes, small jazz band and nice interior. Coffee shop choice was amazing, they also have sand coffee. Our room was huge, very quiet and the king size bed was so comfortable.

We had a wonderful few nights stay here for our first stop in Thailand. Hotel was in a great location for us to see the main sights/temples etc. The room was spacious and staff had kindly accommodated our request to be in a quieter part of the hotel with a lovey garden view. We could faintly hear the jazz playing in the bar below but it just added to the ambience! Staff were amazing - special shout out to the lovely Doormen who would dash ready for us with umbrellas when it was raining and helped us cross the busy road for our taxis. We used Grab to get around the city and it was super cheap and efficient. Overall amazing stay and would recommend :)

Incredible location for exploring - many sites are within walking distance which is great, as well as being near lots of really good food options and very reasonable (and good) massage places. The rooms were really comfortable, particularly the beds. As far as value for money goes, the hotel is fantastic. Staff were super friendly and helpful as well. We really liked the restaurant and bar - the music is good fun and clearly a really popular spot. The cafe is great as well - they take their coffee very seriously and it was delicious. We didn't sample the breakfast there, but the dinner was very nice - there were a several traditional dishes that we really liked but there is also a good selection of western cuisine if that is what you are interested in. The music downstairs does travel a little to the rooms, but it's pretty quiet and doesn't go on late so it really wasn't an issue.

Nothing - we really loved the stay and would very much recommend this hotel.

Bann Tuk Din Hotel is a beautiful, stylish oasis, packed with history. The backyard and the bar are truly beautiful places to spend time and the mezcal margarita was absolutely spot on. The hotel itself felt like living in a Natural History Museum... The staff from the cafe and bar were particularly nice and the live music was absolutely perfect.

some fresh fruits on the breakfast menu was really the only thing "missing" completely. That said, there are several street stands and a market selling freshly cut fruit within a very short walk from the hotel. There is also a 7/11 pretty much next door too, for anything you might need. So, nothing else that we didn't like. The cafe is pretty pricey, but the coffee and other drinks offered are delicious.

This is a fabulous place to stay. Every inch is planned out to be hospitable and charming. The garden on the main levee is wonderful. The interior design, the restaurant and bar, the staff were all so welcoming. Every person I met made an effort to take care of me. As a jazz lover I was so happy to sample the menu twice while enjoying the live jazz on the main floor. The restaurant is outstanding and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Definitely would make a priority to stay here next time in in Bangkok.

When you turn off the lights at night the plugs seem to also turn off thus making sure you can charge your phone seems to be a bit of a concern.
