Pros: Location: Perfectly situated near The Grand Palace, Emerald Temple, and Khao San Road—great for sightseeing. Walk 10 mins to Phra Arthit pier and catch the hop on and off boat along the river! Staff: Beautiful, friendly, and incredibly helpful staff made my stay enjoyable. Comfort: Beds are comfortable, and the privacy curtains are a fantastic bonus. The top bunk stair design is much better than those noisy metal bars, adding to the overall comfort. Breakfast: Fast service, good portioned meal to kick off the day. Overall, a solid choice for location and comfort, but keep in mind the social aspects if you're looking to connect with fellow travelers.

Cons: Social Atmosphere: If you’re traveling solo and looking to meet new people, the hostel's layout—primarily a dining area with bar stools—doesn't foster much interaction. It might be challenging to engage in conversation unless you’re naturally extroverted. Room Size: The rooms aren’t as spacious as they appear in the photos, especially if you're traveling with a suitcase rather than a backpack. While not cramped, they didn't quite meet my expectations based on the images.

Easy to reach to the old city attractions. A4 bus nearby connects to the airport. Staff is helpful. Rooms and the general areas are clean and taken good care of.

To benefit from the roof top view, which is in many photos, one must at any condition order something. You can not say, let me basically enjoy the view and read my book. No order, no seating, no view.

It's very clean and almost like a hotel compared to a hostel. There is common space to hang out and cool off during the hot times of the day. There's good food options very close by plus the hostel offers free breakfast and an area to get clean drinking water. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have the press sky bar, which is a rooftop bar. I could hear the live music as I fell asleep. Some may call that a negative, but honestly, I enjoyed it. Overall, it was a great place to stay in my opinion.

It's right next to a canal, and it kinda smells. But honestly, you'd never know unless you smoke. They have their smoking area bedside the hotel, which is right beside the canal. The only other thing I can think of is that the hostel doesn't take advantage of the common space to have travellers interacting. They could benefit from putting on small events or get-togethers that travellers can sign up for, this could make the place feel a little less like a hotel and more like a hostel.

This is a great hostel, everything was clean and comfortable. I really loved the breakfast, the rooftop bar, the cafe interior and the friendly and sociable staff! You are the best! 🤗🫶🏻 I liked that I could make myself a coffee/tea at any time on the 1st floor, 7/11 in the next building, many cafes and tourist places nearby. The staff gave me a lock and key for the locker, which can fit a small carry-on suitcase/bag.

It's a very strange idea to put beeping locks on the doors of every hostel room:( When someone doesn't close the door tightly, it starts beeping like a siren🥲 it was annoying at night. There is not enough storage space (hooks or shelves) in the shower rooms. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the hostel to the MRT station, not very close with a suitcase in the heat. There are quite a lot of homeless people in this area of the city.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Printing House Poshtel. The reception is opened 24/7, the staff is very kind and welcoming, always willing to help with anything. I had booked 2 nights and ended up extending, staying in different dorms each time. The place is super clean, beds are comfy and feel like a small private bedroom with privacy curtains, hangers for your clothes, and even a TV ! (which I didn't use but I liked the idea !). It's not a party place but you can still easily meet people and socialise with fellow travellers. Walking distance to lots of cultural sites and to crazy Khao San Road but located in a more quiet area so that you can still rest. The streets around the hostel feel very safe to walk around. Breakfast is served late and you get to choose from 3 or 4 different options, and you get free coffee and filtered water all day long. Roof top bar has nice views on the city. Thanks to all the team, I'll stay there again if I go back to Bangkok.

The 4 beds dorm feels a bit cramped and has no window, I only stayed 1 night in that one and asked them to move me back to a 6 beds dorm which was much nicer :)

First of all, the hostel was strategically located in the center of all the facilities that you need, for example 7-11, restaurants, some temples( spectacular view from the rooftop) and coffeeshops. Then the hostel was well organised, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, they even provided cold water for the heated up weather for us( foreigners). I didn't have the problem of staying here for two weeks, the bed was real comfy btw. Also, they've live music event that catering your nights when you're not going out. Overall, I was very satisfied with my money spent. They made me thinking of going back there for another stay. Thank you :*

Fantastic facilities for people looking for a more luxurious experience. I stayed in a top bunk in a 4 bed room and it was so comfortable. The fridge was an added bonus. (Be aware that alcohol/food in the rooms isn’t allowed). This was a quiet hostel and not overly social so if you want a party place it’s best to book somewhere else. The showers were the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a hostel (and I’ve been in many) and all areas were super clean with plenty of dust and paper towels. I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast both mornings but on the second morning I checked out at 5.30am and they made me breakfast to takeaway - lovely service!

Such a great quality, you feel like in a hotel indeed. The common arras are clean and tidy, the private bed bulks are indeed private, the locking systems and organisation of showers and hallways is just perfect. This is the first place in our Thailand list of booked stays where the staff tried to speak our language and actively enhage with us. They took care of my breakfast as I had to leave early and they sorted all doubts we had. My friends were super happy to be here.

It does not have to do much with the hostel but with the area it is in. It is located right aside a canal. This is not issue on the night but on daytime, when the heat makes its work. However it is compensated by the thermal windows.

All the staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming, the place felt like home. I was in a dorm and it was really spacious, good bed space, locker and ensuite bathroom. Everything was very clean and the roof bar was amazing, I wish I had discovered that earlier or the staff had mentioned it. The location very close to democracy monument was perfect, close to the River and other places.

It would have been good to have a rule about quiet times. Being an airport hub, people were coming and going at all times and it didn't seem to occur to them to pack the night before and/or be quiet. It didn't disturb me too much, and I would stay there again.

We found the location pretty easy in our taxi app. The lobby, room and bathroom were really clean! The staff were really attentive, cooperative and friendly.

We understand that the high season comes with increased prices, but these ones were a bit too high for a mixed bunk-bed shared room. Just to let you know, one of our male roommate arrived at 3 am one night turning on the lights and waking up everyone with so much noises. Also, the breakfast waitress was not friendly at all. She was straight to the point which is very efficient but didn’t match with the beautiful atmosphere of the interior design.
