I loved everything about this accommodation! Location is central so easily you can walk to the temples and markets but still in na quiet off road where you don’t hear the noise. Room was clean and comfortable we slept well,air con works well,and the view from the balcony was stunning!! take the room with balcony if you can! Host was a great help,cannot appreciate enough,responsive and very nice,we asked for airport transport and he sorted it easily for us.I would definitely stay again if in Bangkok!

Awesome return visit loved it, cut short our visit to Ko Samui and returned to Bangkok to stay again! Room 501 has an amazing view of temples and the golden mount. Really comfortable bed and facilities. Good aircon, shower and coffee machine. Fantastic location to view all the main sights and the old town Bangkok. Close enough to Kao San Road and other lovely areas within walking distance. Great neighbourhood and recommend Auntie Thongs fruit shakes en route to the accommodation. Staff are very friendly helpful and keep in contact with you at all times when needed.

Nothing, the place is just great. Be aware of low headroom and small steps on the fifth floor stairs and it's a long climb to the room with cases.

Everything about this accommodation it’s amazing. The balcony view over the temple and the city it’s even more amazing at night when the temple lights on. The location offers everything: famous restaurants, street food, the area it’s calm at night, 7’ walk from Khaosan Road, massage place, walking distance from MRT Sam Yot and easy to connect with the rest of the city. The room has amenities, smart tv, very clean, AC, comfortable. The owner answered our queries within minutes, also offering dining suggestions . We enjoyed the room and extended for 2 more nights. We will definitely be back when in Bangkok!!!!!!!

Newly furnished and great location in a local neighborhood just next to the Giant Swing. The room was clean, shower was good, bed comfy. Balcony view to the temple. Contactless check in and out. Early check in was very appreciated after a tiring flight.

5th floor with steep stairs was not a problem for me, but might be for someone with reduced mobility.

Got a late check in and the host was very accommodating. He spoke with my cabby, so there would be no confusion in locating the place. As soon as you walk in the beautifully lit temple, just outside your balcony snatches your eyes. The room is on the cozier side, but that's what I was looking for. The washroom is very nice and modern. The place all in all was great. If your coming to BK, this is the place to stay... BONUS*** the little path, on the way to the building, there's a little smoothie shop. The drinks are made fresh and with real fruit. Grabbed a drink every time is passed by.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of locals (not on a main street) around popular attractions. Super friendly and helpful host, allowed us to leave our luggage in his house after checkout. Also provided free extra coffee and water in the room. The room is spacious, beautiful view, modern with a fantastic rain shower and Japanese toilet! Also a great balcony to chill. Really comfy. And got a free massage coupon as a bonus!!

Only two minor things: there is no safe in the room and the location is hard to find for taxi drivers due to it being in a local alley. It’s best to direct them to ‘Once Again Hostel’ or ‘Krit Hostel’ around the corner.

Contact with the landlord was amazing, the flat was very clean and well kept, the bedsheets were fresh and clean, as well as the bathroom.

The neighbourhood. The doors to the building remain open all the time, one night there were really loud sounds coming from the coffee place (?) below, that woke us up and scared us a little. There were many mosquitoes in the room, probably coming through the space below the doors, so I would recommend bringing some insect repellents for the room.

Awesome view from room. You could see temple next guesthouse and Wat Saket from your your windows and balcony. Everything looked new, nothing was damaged. It was clean. Small local market nearby, 7 / 11 too. Breakfast was in their cafe 3 minutes walk from guesthouse or you can just eat at market. Owners were very friendly, helpfull, gave a lot of tips for food, attractions. And if you greet locals while walking through little alleys, they smile and even talk to you back. I really enjoyed people on hotel / cafe and neigborhood.

Maybe this is first hotel that did not have single thing I didnt like. Not single one!

The way to the guesthouse was a bit confusing since it's inside a local market. Once you know where it is, there's no problem.

The room 501 was fantastic, beautiful and clean, with a nice view to the temple. The location was perfect for me as it’s very walkable to all tourist attractions in Phra Nakhon (temples, Khao San Road, etc.), and around 12 min walk to Sam Yot MRT station, yet very quiet and peaceful, without any road noise. And this is what I loved about this place, it’s located in some very local narrow alleys and it just feels authentic. Finally, the staff are very kind and attentive. I will be back.
