The staff forgot to make up the room but other than that all good

Super helpful staff!! We had an emergency during our stay and the staff was very helpful of our situation. Hotel was very near places where you can watch food. The food stalls beside the hotel offered variety of food which were very delicious!

There are no staffs available during late at night. We had a faulty key card (which was used for the electricity of the room. On our last night, the key card didn’t work so there was no electricity in the room that I booked. We had no one to contact because there were no people available at the front desk. The morning after, the staff apologized and changed the key card. Other than that, there are is nothing negative I can say about Tim Mansion.

Great location within walking distance to Old Town and Khao San Road (15 to 20 min walk) and short metro ride to Lumphini Park and Siam Square. Nicely decorated with simple but clean and comfortable rooms. Great view from rooftop terrace! We arrived late morning and the room was already ready for check-in. They also kept our bags for a few hours after checkout free of charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for money!

Although the hotel is located at the back of the building, the main road is quite busy and you can hear the traffic noise at night.

The staff were nice and really helpful. They always had a smile on their faces when talking to us. The rooms are clean and a decent size. There's a small rack for hanging some clothes and a few shelves which was nice for unpacking a little. It's near a lot of good restaurants and not too far from tourist attractions. You can take the train from the airport and end up pretty close by if you're on a budget. The roof is also really nice.

They provide shampoo and soap in the shower which is great but the sink is outside the bathroom. Would be great if there was a small soap dispenser outside by the sink just so you don't have to keep going in and out of the bathroom to wash your hands. Just a small suggestions.

The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to the major tourist places such as the Grand Palace and the Backpack Walking Street. Also the nearest metro line is within a 15 minute walk. There are many street food vendors in the area, so finding food wasn't a problem during our stay. The room was comfortable and had all the basics for the time we stayed. The AC worked well to cool the room down and the showers had warm water. While the room didn't have a fridge, the staff were nice to allow us to store small snacks and water in the fridge in the lobby. The staff was a great source for any questions we had about our visit in Bangkok.

The initial bed sheets were not clean and had stains on them. However, the staff replaced the bed sheet with a clean one without any issues. I appreciate their effort to make our stay better.

I liked this hotel so much, we prolonged our stay to 3 nights. The lady at the reception is such a nice person, the location is great! Not far from sightseeing places, not far from MRT,. There is a michelin star restaurant just right next to the hotel. I wanted to eat there but it's impossible unless you want to spend a half day queueing. Just about 15 meters far there are another two street restaurants with fantastic and delicious food and friendly staff. We ate there every morning and evening! I was so happy that I found this hotel and in future I will definitely visit it again! :-)

There was almost no furniture in the room. No cupboard, so, don't expect that you can unpack your suitcases.

The property was very good value for money. Not too far from the metro (blue line) and within a 30 min walk of other sights like china town and the Grand palace. The room was basic but perfect for our needs. The WiFi was excellence, as was the service. Very pleased.

Traffic could be heard from the road below which didn’t bother us too much but may disturb some people.

The localization is great, close to the Palace, Wat Pho, and also Chinatown. The staff was amazing, helped with everything, tea and coffee was free all day long, we jad everything we needed, the rooms are big enough, clean, everything worked fine. And we managed to see a monitor lizard (big) , which apparently lives on the terrace of the hotel 😊

We had a very comfortable stay at Tim Mansion. Our room was exceptionally clean with great air conditioning. Fai was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to help us out with our coach booking to Chiang Mai. We would unreservedly recommend this accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay however there were a couple of areas for suggested improvements: 1. The drain in the shower room was slow and meant that the room filled up with a large puddle of water. 2. The noise from the traffic outside was loud, it didn’t prevent us from falling asleep but we were definitely aware of it.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me use the Bolt app to order taxis and find attractions. Thumbs up 👍 It was extremely good value for money and close to the temples, Chinatown, the Muay Thai Stadium and Kao San Rd. I would definitely stay here again!
