Hotel located in the city centre with easy access to most turistic places as Royal Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, Khao San Market etc. Nice, clean spacious room with all you need. Small swimming pool on 5th floor.

Metro station was under construction opposite the hotel in June 2024. For those who needs the silence room please check if your room is located on the work side or job is already finished. Alternatively ask for room avaliability on the other side. If you get earplugs next to your bed it means something. Breakfast not so bad, but definitely not worth its price. Double check if any drinks or special offers at swinning pool applies before an order.

The best service ever!!! The whole team was quite big surprise and exceeded my expectations. I was with my broken foot and limited movements and they did my stay absolutely fantastic!!! From the reception, during the breakfast, and all the time. Just to give a better idea they used their own Car APP to call me the taxis to everywhere to save my money (because taxis were more expensive) and another example i asked to change some money and one of their employee got his own motorcycle and went to change the money for me!!! They also supported me during the breakfast, to make tourist reservations, etc...etc...really fantastic and i will never forget!!! Thanks to all Ayathorn employees!!! You are amazing and your dedication is inspiring!!!!!!!!

The hotel is great, superb location. Close to many temples and many great places to eat and drink around. The rooftop swimming pool is a luxury. The rooms were very clean.

When we check in the hotel added lots of things on to our bill without really clarifying. I only realized afterwards they the bill was much more expensive compared to when we had pre booked online. I should have paid more attention, and expensive lesson learned.

Ayathorn Bangkok is a great hotel in the middle of Bangkok with a really upclass-feel to it. The hotel staff are very professional and friendly and can help you with any inquiry you might have. The breakfast was great and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The hotel's location seems like a perfect idea on paper, since it is so close to all the city's most important historical sights. I think this is a great location for first-time visitors of the city. Personally, I did not enjoy the location too much, since it was a real bother getting to it by taxi. The streets there are very small, congested and you can expect construction sites to make your arrival more difficult. We actually had to take taxis to a location a bit further away, in order to save time. You can see the proximity to the city's sights on the photo.

There is extensive construction happening out in front of the hotel right now. As of today, it should be going for the next 2 to 3 years. However, the resort itself insulated against that very well. The rooms were super cozy.

Bathroom had a good rain shower, though tiles were slippery.

The rooms are absolutely stunningly decorated and designed - modern and stylish with the biggest, most comfy California king size bed! The rooftop pool was so relaxing after a day sightseeing too. Good varied breakfast with made to order eggs and a brilliant location - could walk to most major sights like the grand palace, wat pho, Khao san road, Chinatown and other nearby closer temples like the golden mount. Staff were also very helpful organising breakfast boxes and taxis when we had early starts.

There is a lot of construction for the new subway on the road outside - although it wasn’t too loud in the room, it was by the pool and made the street one way causing more traffic.

Good hotel for our Bangkok holiday. We were at the hotel for 13 days and everything worked very well. The room cleaning was first class and the room was otherwise comfortable, extra points for the balcony. The bed has not been praised for nothing, it was particularly good. Breakfast was adequate. Staff friendly. The swimming pool on the roof terrace is nice and has great views. There is a metro construction site in front of the hotel, but we did not hear any noise from it in our room.

The staff at the desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I appreciated them helping us with taxi service and questions. Check in went smoothly. The rooms were very clean and nice, with all the extra lighting and space, and they were wonderfully designed. We liked the pool area on the roof very much. Having the full-service bar up there was perfect. The construction across the street was unfortunate, but they are working hard to accommodate, and we never were bothered by it. We had no problem getting transportation, and other then the views being somewhat obstructed on that side, it really made no difference to us.

Loved the enormous bed which was so comfortable I had the best sleep every night whilst at this hotel! Great blackout blinds kept the light out! Also loved the range of lighting options with labelled controls by the bed! The range of free toiletries was great the comb and toothbrush came in handy! The room overall was excellent, really large with nice separate toilet and shower rooms. The pool was nice enough and was able to get a sun lounger each time we went, although the sun loungers are limited so this might be an issue if busy. The hotel is close to Khao San Road and temple areas of Bangkok! 100bhat tuk tuk max. 7/11 at the end of the road also. Breakfast was adequate with cold and hot options, eggs made to order! The staff were lovely, so kind and welcoming! We did unfortunately experience the earthquake whilst at the hotel and the staff informed us of what had happened however as this was unexpected and they had never had one in Bangkok before staff did seem worried and unsure of what to do. Perhaps some training is required for future incidents. There is a large building opposite with construction taking place but this didn’t bother us during our stay at all.
