Hotel located in the city centre with easy access to most turistic places as Royal Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, Khao San Market etc. Nice, clean spacious room with all you need. Small swimming pool on 5th floor.

Metro station was under construction opposite the hotel in June 2024. For those who needs the silence room please check if your room is located on the work side or job is already finished. Alternatively ask for room avaliability on the other side. If you get earplugs next to your bed it means something. Breakfast not so bad, but definitely not worth its price. Double check if any drinks or special offers at swinning pool applies before an order.

The hotel is great, superb location. Close to many temples and many great places to eat and drink around. The rooftop swimming pool is a luxury. The rooms were very clean.

When we check in the hotel added lots of things on to our bill without really clarifying. I only realized afterwards they the bill was much more expensive compared to when we had pre booked online. I should have paid more attention, and expensive lesson learned.

Ayathorn Bangkok is a great hotel in the middle of Bangkok with a really upclass-feel to it. The hotel staff are very professional and friendly and can help you with any inquiry you might have. The breakfast was great and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The hotel's location seems like a perfect idea on paper, since it is so close to all the city's most important historical sights. I think this is a great location for first-time visitors of the city. Personally, I did not enjoy the location too much, since it was a real bother getting to it by taxi. The streets there are very small, congested and you can expect construction sites to make your arrival more difficult. We actually had to take taxis to a location a bit further away, in order to save time. You can see the proximity to the city's sights on the photo.

There is extensive construction happening out in front of the hotel right now. As of today, it should be going for the next 2 to 3 years. However, the resort itself insulated against that very well. The rooms were super cozy.

The rooms are absolutely stunningly decorated and designed - modern and stylish with the biggest, most comfy California king size bed! The rooftop pool was so relaxing after a day sightseeing too. Good varied breakfast with made to order eggs and a brilliant location - could walk to most major sights like the grand palace, wat pho, Khao san road, Chinatown and other nearby closer temples like the golden mount. Staff were also very helpful organising breakfast boxes and taxis when we had early starts.

There is a lot of construction for the new subway on the road outside - although it wasn’t too loud in the room, it was by the pool and made the street one way causing more traffic.

The staff at the desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I appreciated them helping us with taxi service and questions. Check in went smoothly. The rooms were very clean and nice, with all the extra lighting and space, and they were wonderfully designed. We liked the pool area on the roof very much. Having the full-service bar up there was perfect. The construction across the street was unfortunate, but they are working hard to accommodate, and we never were bothered by it. We had no problem getting transportation, and other then the views being somewhat obstructed on that side, it really made no difference to us.

Loved the enormous bed which was so comfortable I had the best sleep every night whilst at this hotel! Great blackout blinds kept the light out! Also loved the range of lighting options with labelled controls by the bed! The range of free toiletries was great the comb and toothbrush came in handy! The room overall was excellent, really large with nice separate toilet and shower rooms. The pool was nice enough and was able to get a sun lounger each time we went, although the sun loungers are limited so this might be an issue if busy. The hotel is close to Khao San Road and temple areas of Bangkok! 100bhat tuk tuk max. 7/11 at the end of the road also. Breakfast was adequate with cold and hot options, eggs made to order! The staff were lovely, so kind and welcoming! We did unfortunately experience the earthquake whilst at the hotel and the staff informed us of what had happened however as this was unexpected and they had never had one in Bangkok before staff did seem worried and unsure of what to do. Perhaps some training is required for future incidents. There is a large building opposite with construction taking place but this didn’t bother us during our stay at all.

Staff was great, rooms were great, beds wonderful. Everything felt clean and updates, and the rooms seemed soundproofed so we heard very little of the outside environment in our room. The rooftop pool was cold, but wonderful to relax on the pool chairs with rooftop drinks in hand. The buffet breakfast was pricey, but considering it is in the restaurant that is perhaps not surprising. The food was good, diverse, and we enjoyed the ease of it on a day we were tired. Having coffee access in the lobby was nice too. I found the staff pleasant and courteous.

There was construction across the road, which was out of their control. Should be a short term issue. I did my laundry with them, it was well priced and the clothes were ready in a prompt fashion... however I was seemingly allergic to the laundry soap they used and I developed a rash from contact exposure following wearing the laundered clothing.

I had a pleasant stay at Ayathron Bangkok Hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. Breakfast was of good quality, with fresh ingredients and a delicious selection, though the variety was somewhat limited. Overall, a very good experience with only minor drawbacks. I would recommend this hotel and consider staying again in the future.

One small issue was the difficulty in adjusting the room temperature; this might have been due to our room being on the 4th floor, just below the pool.

The hotel room was beautiful. We stayed in a family suite which was quite roomy. The beds were the biggest beds I've ever seen in a hotel and much larger than any twin or king bed I have ever seen in the United States. Pets were very comfortable . The AC was plenty cold. The bathroom was enormous. The place is incredibly clean. The breakfast was a normal breakfast that we found at all of the hotels in Thailand, so please ignore any reviews that complain about the breakfast. Nobody comes to Thailand to eat breakfast at a hotel, especially when there are a dozen breakfast places within walking distance. The staff was amazing! Anytime we called for anything, they were quick to respond. Our baby threw up on the bed and we needed new bedding which they brought up quickly and changed for us. Slippers and robes were provided for everyone. The bathroom has a large bathtub and a large shower as well as a separate toilet.

The location was a little awkward. There wasn't a whole lot to do right around the hotel but we were less than a 10 minute walk from khoa San Road. Despite the construction going on across the street, we never heard a sound inside of our room and it was a very quiet hotel. What I really did not like was that the shower temperature varied so much it was almost dangerous to take a shower. You would be standing in the shower and it would go from ice cold to burning hot. We were unable to leave our toddler in there unaccompanied because we were afraid he would get burned. Hotel needs more hooks to hang towels because there is nowhere for four people to hang a towel
