it's in the center, close to a boat station and one of the central streets, witin a long, but not too long walk from the Khaosan Road, faces a nice quite river canal, within minutes from a small market where you can try local food, not for tourists, tasty and good prices. the place is new, excellent facilities, clean and well kept. a nice caffe on the 1 floor with a sitting area outside by the canal. lots of nice small local eateries scattered around it, the easiest way to get there is by a boat, 4-th stop (the last one) from the station close to where the train from the airport terminates.

I didn't have high expectations looking at the opinions on booking, and I was surprised how good this place was. Everything looked as on photos and was very pretty. We got water every day and our room was made, which was a nice thing. Staff was kind, nice and helpful when we needed it. We were a bit afraid, because there were some works around, but we didn't hear anything in our room. There is a really nice restaurant in the same building where we got breakfast everyday. Recommended! I would be happy to stay in this hotel again.

doors were not isolated, so it might have been really noisy during the night. Lucklily, our neighbours were quiet, so we didn't have that problem. The bathroom didn't have well ventilation, so it sometimes smelled with an old water.

The first thing I have to comment on is the staff they were so attentive and understanding to anything we needed. Thank you guys you really made our stay! The rooms were clean, safe and simple we barely stayed in them so they did everything we required, yes the walls were thin so at times we heard doors slamming as people came and left but it didn’t ruin anything about our stay we still slept safe and sound. They also looked just as described so I didn’t take any further images. We were close enough to koah san road to walk every time we needed to and the hotel provides business cards which shows their locations, this really helped with taxis and tuktuks if they didn’t initially know where we were staying. Note - tuktuks that have ‘taxi’ on the top are government owned and they cannot rip you off (I think their fee was 50bht per person and anything additional is up to you to tip). There was space to sit outside the front of the hotel and relax after a long day. 7/11 is right up the street, about a two min walk and the locals were extremely helpful. Overall we had such a great stay and wouldn’t second guess coming back.

We actually stayed at this hotel in two separate stints, one for 4 days and the other for 6 days, for a total of 10 days. It’s a hotel with excellent value for money. The main things that matter at a hotel are cleanliness, comfort and nice-looking/feeling ambiance, and Nappiness hotel exceeds in all three! I’ve written this before but would like to say this again that the hotel building is only 2 stories, and therefore the lack of a normal lift is NOT a compromise at all for the price you’ll be paying for a very clean and nice hotel.

The staff were amazing at this hotel Always a smile and helped us beyond (were 2x 50 year old women ) from arranging tuk tuks giving info for places to go and carrying our enormous amount of luggage Thank you to all of you <3 Rooms are lovely beds comfy You do get noise from inconsiderate guests but not the hotels fault but the 24 hour staff can help There was work going on outside again not the hotels fault but no noise can be heard so all good Thanks again to all the staff and owner for everything xx

Bed was comfortable, room was very cute, location was good for lots of attractions, convenience stores, khao san road only 1km away. Staff were very friendly. Great value for money, even with its flaws I loved it

Shower pressure was pretty poor, and some nights we couldn't change the temperature at all (it was stuck on hot). Bathroom had a weird smell every few hours, even though we kept toilet shut all day.

Very clean and quiet hotel next to a very nice coffee place. At walking distance to Kao San Road, a cheap taxi drive away from most other hallmarks. We stayed in probably the smallest room of the property and it was still very pleasant.

The safe in the room didn’t work. It kept getting stuck, requiring staff intervention with the master key - defying the point of having / using a safe.

The Hotel is walkable distant to Khaosan road and Wat Saket Ratchawora Mahawihan. Its a clean and peaceful hotel. The staff service is average house cleaning is good. The view was exceptionally good. Overall a good affordable stay in city centre.

Skyline construction is ongoing, so a bit inconvenient for cab service, but the walk to main road is hardly 50 m, so its manageable.

Brilliant location if you want to visit Bangkok. Restaurants, bars, and facilities are all very close. Little cafe on site too which was welcome. Some nice temples are also close by which are well worth visiting. Room was nice and modern with everything we needed for our stay.

Not a major issue but more a comment. Bizarrely there is a modern lift but it only takes luggage. I can't understand why you would go to the expense of putting a lift in but not design it to take guests. Anyway the stairs were available, wide and easy to use so not a major problem.

The hotel is really really clean. I get really terrified when i see dirty rooms. However the rooms here are so clean that I didn't mind to walk barefoot inside the rooms as well. Even the public washroom in the lobby was super clean. The staff is amazing, very friendly as with all thai people. I only stayed 2 days, and it was booked last minute. We had to check out at 12, but they were nice enough to let me keep my luggage in the storage room till 10 PM. It was very helpful. Because some hotels dont even let you put the bag, and they would ask to pay half price. I wish i could say i will stay here again, but i wont. Because i am a frequent visitor to the Sukhumvit area, this place is far for me. However the only disadvantage is that there is no MRT nearby. And it's quite far from the Sukhumvit area, especially the traffic in Bangkok is quite terrifying.
