Fine hotel situated in Bangkok old town close to many points of interest including the National museum & National art gallery & Khao san road , there are many bars & restaurants close by and it's situated right on a canal . The room we stayed in was of a good size & had a balcony with views of the Bangkok skyline , the room was comfortable and clean and we had no issues whatsoever with it we enjoyed both Breakfast & lunch during our stay the restaurant has a decent and varied menu also the food is well cooked and tasty .the hotel also has a decent swimming pool , the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful we would stay at this hotel again for sure

The hotel is located in the Old Town of Bangkok. It takes roughly 15 minutes to get to the Grand Palace on foot. The hotel is located close to the river and there is no direct access to the road so you need to carry your luggage yourself for like 3/4 minutes. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast with various dishes. The staff are always extremely helpful. The restaurant/bar prepares tasty food and cocktails. The hotel has a swimming room.

Very impressed. Great value for money. Small clean room with adequate facilities and a small balcony. Walking distance to khao San road and temples and friendly staff. They organised for us to check in slightly early and it was no problem. The restaurant was really yummy for dinner and super affordable. Pool was good. Hot tip: when you get picked up by a taxi or grab put in Kitty Cafe on Saphan Wan Chat road and just walk around the corner. The exact address confuses some and puts you on the other side of the river.

Bed was firm but honestly comfortable.

EXCELLENT value for money. Everything you would require for a budget friendly stay. Quiet location. Pool area was perfect after a long, hot sightseeing day. Breakfast was satisfying. Fresh fruit and a variety of cooked options each morning. Cereal and juices too. Complimentary tea/ coffee and often bananas all day. Close to a 7/11 store to buy water and other necessities. Another plus was 'The Family' Restaurant almost right outside the entrance to Lamphu Tree House Boutique, which offered great food and value for money, with lovely friendly staff. A very short walk along the canal and up some steps or along a ramp got you to a main road from which we caught booked GRAB taxis. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable bed & air conditioning ensured we had a good nights sleep. The room was a reasonable size and had a little fridge to keep our water cool. The pool was nice and refreshing. Breakfast had a good mix of cereal, pancakes, eggs & fried rice etc. Staff were polite and friendly. I’d have no problem going back there.

There isn’t Vehilce access to the front of the hotel which was more good than bad, but it was a little tricky when we first arrived because the taxi driver had virtually no English and we have no Thai so we weren’t sure that he was dropping us off at the right place. (You can’t see the hotel from the road, you have to walk around the corner.) There is a lift but it is a bit unusual because you still have to use the stairs to access the lift. Not really a problem unless you can’t manage stairs.

Arriving at night ,I found Lamphu Treehouse just after the Wan Chat bridge on the left, down some stairs to a lovely canal setting and a couple of local restaurants. The location is about 10 minute walk from Khao San road area. To get there,I turned right after leaving LamphuT.H. and after going past 2 or 3 canal bridges,turn left and follow to khao san/soi rambuttri. The rooms were lovely and clean,with crisp clean sheets on the bed, good mattress and outside sliding doors, a small balcony. The complimentary tea or coffee and a banana in the morning was a nice touch. It's a beautiful boutique Thai style teak building with an outside garden setting with a pool. I enjoyed my stay there and would hope one day to stay at Lamphu treehouse,again.

It is really hard to find fault with my stay there.I didn't try the breakfast ,so can't really comment.

Hotel situated by the river, walkable distance from temples, public transport and even to some local markets a bit further away. It was in a great quiet location. The pool was lovely and provided shade in the humid day with sun loungers and chairs. The room was spacious with a balcony looking over the surrounding building rooftops. There was tea and coffee facilities and good clean bathroom. The big was big and comfy and the air conditioning was ideal for the sleep in the humid nights. The staff were friendly and there were good options for the buffet breakfast. Would definitely recommend this stay and the pictures are accurate for our experience.

Very friendly staff, Bi was a real gentleman and was really kind. Pool area was super relaxed and beautiful. The location is about 10-20 min walk from Koh San Road, sitting right on the canal where you can see water monitors, fish and birds. Feels very central location but quiet enough at night the air con blocks out a lot of sound. The food and smoothies here are also worth trying, fresh cooked local dishes.

The only thing I would say is the pillows didn’t work for me, personal preference but didn’t find them comfortable. Bed itself wasn’t bad.

stayed here for 10days and coming back in couple months! Great location but still quiet, chilled vibe, loads of communal areas with comfy bean bags, tables & chairs by the pool, little complementary every morning, comfy bed, spacious room with a balcony which allowed us smoking, clean enough, everything in the room worked great, wifi works very well everywhere!
