Love the hotel itself. Towels and sheets were all clean and new. Bed was the right firmness for me. Got 3 pillows and slept like a baby. Staff were accomodating and nice. Location was perfect ifvyou want to visit temples and khaosan night matket in the old bangkok area. Our room was located near the busy street in front but was really quiet. It was soundproofed well. Room was betteer in person versus the pictures.

the room and the pool is amazing

People are allowed to smoke in the pool and common areas. Ashtrays for all over the place so it has a very strong smell of cigarette. if you dont like cigarette just like you are better of finding another place to stay

The pool, the pool! The rooms are lovely, so clean and comfortable. I do dislike that smoking is tolerated around the pool/decking and on the morning sun terrace one floor above, and suggest they make at least one terrace accessible and completelty smoke free

I was on the return leg of my trip and the ongoing construction in the annex to the hotel, below the pool/deck area was bothersome, although I think it won't last long..

Overall impression of hotel is really modern appealing layout with 3 storey high lobby connected with pool on 1st floor and restaurant on ground floor. Pool is really refreshing in the shadow from the tree and rest of the hotel. Breakfast was little too few choices (sandwich, salad or rice) and it was only a la carte, served with fruits and some kind of dessert. Only possibility was coffee, no tea. Rooms are spacious and really clean, air conditioning was working ok, maybe bit tot loud. The location is really close to khao san road, but to grand palace and other wats we had to take taxi.

At first, everything seemed fine with our stay at this hotel in Bangkok. The room was decent, the staff was friendly, and they provided fresh towels and water daily.

However, things took a turn in the evening when we started noticing cockroaches in the bathroom. That was a dealbreaker—we just couldn’t stay in a room like that. We immediately reported it to the manager, and to their credit, they handled it well and moved us to another room. Thankfully, the new room was clean, and we had no further issues.

Rooms were serviced every day and new water and shampoo provided. My room was clean, with good white bed linen. The room was spacious. Shower was hot and powerful. WiFi was good. Aircon effective.

There was no restaurant as advertised. There is a cafe with a limited menu with limited opening times. When I tried to use the pool, someone was there with a loud speaker playing their own music. The property was a distance from the centre and on a main road meaning Grab was necessary to go anywhere. My window looked directly onto a wall. Windows outside my room had a “stylish” grill across them, making it feel dark and obstructing the view. I thought it was expensive.

This was a fairly no frills hotel with friendly staff and architectural character. I appreciated the room-specific wifi. It was a quick walk to the UN Conference Center and I would definitely recommend it to people visiting for events there. Also a 15 min walk to Jay Fai!

I expected it to be basic and was pleasantly surprised by a great shower, good a/c and wifi etc. The one thing that would have been better would be the inclusion of conditioner in the shower amenities. I also once came back to a dirty sink that I left clean

Wonderful location and facilities, helpful staff and comfy room! Definitely great value for money. Lovely pool area to chill and lounge around.

I’m sure it’s on a case to case basis but our stay was plagued by rowdy white people who at one point threw trash (big chips bags at that) onto the pool, and didn’t even apologise or picked up their garbage. White trash, in every sense. On the room, the water drain just needs a little fixing so water can go down faster. Otherwise, all fab!

The rustic wooden interior of the hotel blends with the surrounding area, creating a simple yet minimalist ambiance. Situated in the heart of the city and authentic Bangkok atmosphere. The cozy atmosphere is complemented by a lovely pool and lush greenery. The staff were great , always wearing a smile, and the cleaning service was impeccable.

The shower in the bathroom lacked a proper stand, making it challenging to use as it frequently slid down during showering, causing inconvenience and difficulty in washing. The sofa's surface seemed to require cleaning.
