Staffs were so nice and accommodating and made me feel at ease and safe as solo traveler, the ville guest house will be recommended to anyone planning to stay in area where it’s near everything within walkable distance however just would recommend investing in having coffee, tea, electric kettle not necessarily inside the rooms but in the lounge area (possibly there’s but I didn’t check it) and getting back breakfast service I read there was before. Overall I would stay here next year when I am in Bangkok again and would recommend to anyone especially traveling solo to stay here based on experience it’s perfect. Beautiful view from the balcony and I like that the bathroom 🚽 was spectated from the shower area.

Simple room but clean and comfortable. Loved the big window with a lot of natural light and angle view on the street. Clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was very friendly and we had the chance to check in early as well. Location was great, we walked in the nearby area and took the boat through the river, 15 min walk. Great value for money.

- The team is super nice and really helpful and considerate! When for example I had issues with noise coming from the neighbours, I got immediately transferred to a better, quiter room. - I appreciate a lot the conversations I had with everyone from the team. Sometimes sitting and chatting with them in the break room. Felt like home! - Really good location, not far from city center and restaurants. - Comfy room with nice view on the bridge.

- The hotel guests in the other rooms making noise (and the walls are thin), but it's not the team's fault. - A little table or chair in the room would've been a nice detail to add. But it's fine!

Very nice location in walking distance to Khao San road. Not very close to Chinatown or other large temples but easy to access by tuk tuk. The individual at the front desk accidentally charged us twice for our stay which was a bit of an inconvenience, but he quickly figured it out. Hotel staff was very friendly and rooms wear basic but clean and comfortable. Quiet at night.

No breakfast, no views from room, far from some main attractions but not a big deal. ALSO strong egg smell from shower if you don’t hit the reset button on the water filter.

Good value for money. Location in an area with many restaurants, but still on a quieter side street. The room was clean. Well suited to our needs: a place to sleep for a couple of nights before continuing our travels.

The room was minimally equipped, with only a bed and a small wardrobe. We would have liked at least a kettle and a fridge and a more spacious wardrobe. There was also no chair in the room. There would have been space in the room for more furniture. The soundproofing is poor and especially at night we could hear noise from the corridor and the room next door. The air conditioner is positioned so that it blows directly towards the bed, so it is too cold to sleep with the air conditioner on.

Good location at the Center of the city. The property is very clean. My room was very clean. Bed is comfortable. Easy check in. I booked a tour through the hotel, the bus shuttle to the airport and laundry service, all which was easy and convenient. The customer service at the hotel is great! And very helpful! English is so so but we were still able to understand what one another was trying to say. I didn’t try the restaurant at the hotel but it also seemed closed during my stay but I also never inquired about it so that is why I rated the restaurant the way I did. Anyways, I would stay here again.

I’m a solo traveller so I am fine with the size of the room. But if there are 2 people, the room size maybe too small.

The staff were wonderful. They were always trying to help with a smile; they were good people. The Hotel was kept clean, and the security was top-notch. A 7/eleven is just a minute walk away, and food stalls near the hotel - you will not sleep hungry.

There is nothing that I did not like.

Clean pleasant place in a central but quiet area, within walking distance to Phra Arthit pier. I had a genuinely warm and friendly welcome by the reception staff, which is something to be valued in a big touristy city! Since I checked in early I could choose between three rooms, and chose one with a huge window with a nice view to the street. The staff warned me that it might be a little bit noisy, but it wasn't at all. Good internet.

The sink and the shower area were clean but could have used a thorough scrubbing to be spotless, but that's me being fussy))

Location, Location, Location. Second time I stayed here. About a 10min walk from Khoasan Rd. 7-11, laundry, cannabis club and café are nearby.The staff was kind and helpful. Nice place. I would stay here again.

No coffee or tea pot in the room

Just a walking distance from Kao San, Royal Palace and Wat Pho, but far enough from the noise and party. There’s a 7-eleven on the corner which is very convenient. If you need to get to the malls (Siam or MBK) it is just about 15/20 minutes away by car and Grab will take you for around 90-100 bahts. The room size is confortable as well as the bed. The AC works perfectly fine. We needed to leave our luggage almost all day and there was no inconvenience with it.

Even though you can leave anything you need on the fridge at the reception, it would be nice to have a small one in the room. Some solid soap for your hands/body, appart from the liquid that’s only in the shower, would be very appreciated.
