Very, very helpful and friendly personnel, nice looking building and room, excellent breakfast. Wonderful location, loads of sightseeings in walking distance. We loved our stay!

Nothing to complain about.

I’ve traveled a lot, and this gem is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed— here’s why. The hosts and the owner give exceptional service, they are attentive and caring. Each day they helped me with navigation, planning, and suggestions. The location is perfect, it’s on a side street, a quiet green, alley with a little trendy outdoor bar next door. There are tuk tuks close by, and you can easily call a grab whenever needed. The hotel has a feeling of nostalgia, so much character! The beds are comfortable, the setting is gorgeous, it’s unique in every way. Each day you are served what seemed to be a 5 course breakfast, I had it included. When it came time to leave I was greeted with hugs and a small special gift, to be honest, I could have stayed for a year. When I return to Thailand, this will be my first stop. DIVINE!!!!!

Independent, unique, history of the building, the extremely helpful and friendly staff, decor, the food and the quiet location but easy access to Khao San Rd and Bangkok attractions.

Currently no pool - but they plan to add one.

The hotel decor and style is fantastic. There are so many interesting things to look at. The rooms are lovely and the hotel is very clean. Our old teenage kids enjoyed sleeping in bunk beds in their room, like they were little kids again. The staff are great and took care of everything from helping with taxis, early breakfasts, what's in the local area and recommendations for what to do. The location is ideal for exploring the old town and getting onto the river. Lots of attractions like the Grand Palace are 10 mins walk away. The immediate area has some great restaurants and cafes but the hotel is in a quiet street. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

We loved everything about this place! DE Phanakron Boutique is a lovely Thai boutique hotel in the centre of Bangkok close to many amenties such as restaurnats, bars, markets, shops, temples, and much more! We visited from Spain and really loved this place primarily due to the great hospitality the owner and the staff provided. Everyone was extremely friendly and had some interesting conversations with the staff about bangkok, Thai culture, and local amenities. The room was really lovely, quiet, and spacious and provided everything that was needed. Bed was very comfty too which was important to us. Every day a delicious breakfast is served with different choice of omelettes, fresh fruits, eggs, toast etc. If you look for reasonably priced accommodation with great service at a great location on downtime bangkok, then look no further! I would highly recommend this lovely hotel! 🙏😀

The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The check-in experience was exceptionally warm and nice. Breakfasts are good - we tried and liked most of the 7 breakfast sets :) On the first day, we ordered lunch and all the dishes were grat, special thanks to the chef for his Tom Yam soup! The room was clean, all facilities were in good condition and the bed was comfortable.

There is a nightstand near the bed (which is great), but the headboard prevents access to it, so you need to go out from the bed to put something on it or take something from it. We also experienced minor issues with the WiFi and with Netflix.

It felt very secure from the street and the location was perfect for us

The Christmas decorations in the lobby/dining area were way past their relevant timeline and were creepy and imposing. The view of the TV in our room was blocked by a bed post which made it amusingly useless - but we never wanted to watch, so, no big deal. Breakfasts that were included were excellent and all of the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved the location!

A teeny tiny lovely hotel not far from the most historical spots in Bangkok. The main temples are a mere 5 minutes tuktuk ride away. The hotel has a very distinct atmosphere, at the same time Thai, colonial and somehow with a hint of Wizard of Oz style, and works also as an excellent tea house. Our room was spotless, and I really enjoyed the tough mattress, made my sleep very good. Service is fantastic, everyone is so nice and the breakfast is amazing (be sure to try the French toast!). Would absolutely come back!

This beautiful boutique hotel is located on a quiet street right in the middle of the picturesque Old town district. it was the perfect location to have access to all the major attractions in Bangkok, while also providing a quiet solace from the bustle of the city. The hotel is conveniently located a walkable distance from restaurants, bars and massages. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Huge props to the whoever designs the interiors- walking through the beautifully designed spaces (restaurant, library and of course, the rooms you really feel transported back in time. The beds are super comfy, and the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. On our departure date they thoughtfully packed us our breakfast to go which was a really nice touch! When we inevitably return to visit Bangkok we will definitely be booking here again.
