Nice deluxe room. Peaceful hotel

As I was arriving in the evening, I was afraid viewing the different appreciations, I could stay with a closed door. I saw there where still rooms free end April, I preferred to change my date(it could be possible when I make this reservation) but they never answered. I wanted to change my reservation because I was coming back to Bangkok end April in the early afternoon so I could at least be able to find another accommodation if they where not There as they did not answer on my emails. I was sure they will not to be there to open the door….. I made another reservation at another place and I lose the money for the reservation . When I was again in Bangkok, I look at Dison hotel and nobody seems to be there…… On the first floor, they were doing big works and there was no furniture.???don’t make reservation at Dison hotel I advice BOOKING to be more behind the customer???

Disorganised , non professional staff couldn’t find our booking and had to wait for room until 5.99om. Filthy dirty, I cup in bedroom , tv didn’t work and dirty bathroom not been cleaned. Worse place I’ve ever ever stayed in. There are forsale signs outside and overall appearance gives impression of being abandoned.

Im not stay the day i booked. Nobody's else when in the time for checking from 2pm to 20pm. Came the Dinso at 10.30am, waiting to 11.30am, still nobody. Leave to go around Khao San and come back at 2pm. Still. Nobody. The house like the ghost house.
