The beds were clean and relatively comfy. The smart TV was a bonus – it even had Netflix on it. Lots of very affordable food stalls and convenience shops nearby ensured we had plenty to eat and drink. It's also pretty close to the BTS which made travelling to the city pretty easy.

The water pressure wasn't great but it was still serviceable. There wasn't much room to hang up clothing. One thing we were expecting was to have enough amenities for seven, but were only given four because that's the number of beds in the room.

Value for money. The place is also surrounded with convenient shop and food

The door is only a normal door knob without any additional security. So I think the security can improved

Nice that they have daily rooms for few hours stay. If you need to sleep somewhere next to the airport - good choice.

I've tried to contact the property before my stay - no one replyed to my messages. Staff doesn't speak any english. We booked a day use room and arrived at 6am, asking if we can check inn and extend our stay by at least an hour. He said it was fine but obviously didn't tell his collegues. Before 12pm we got a call to the room (we were sleeping) saying that we have 15 minutes to leave the room. again only with google translate we managed to tell them that we need extention. Also the guy at the begining said one price and later they charged more than he said. Staff looks really lost and don't know how to communicate with the guests. nothing was smooth in this hotel.

The room was very inexpensive, we booked it last minute for one night and enjoyed everything! Walking distance for dinner from Little Big C, and the room had all the essentials.

The lifts were very small and the bathroom was very small

A printer would be a good service for customers

Didn't like a couple of the rooms we were given at first but staff were quick to facilitate and fix the issues.

Good place to stay when you’re waiting for a bus or plane. We spent the day here after a night bus from Chiang Mai, it was a good place to rest.

Clean and good place. There is mini shop inside. Cute place, can enjoy and relax.

Especially nothing.
