Ms. Buong are very helpful together with the night Manager helping us sort our extension because our flight got cancelled and resheduled again the next day. They offered us the connecting twin bed and suggest the best solutiom for us to save money. Thank you once again for the Bell Boy very helpful both morning and night shift didnt get to give some tips to the night shift guy because our van was in a hurry to go airport.

Sorry to say maybe the morning rush at the restaurant makes the waitress a little moody no smile as well as not welcome. They just need to get their job done kind of attitude. But overall they are very nice people jusy maybe smile for your guests.

Let me count the ways this is a great hotel to stay in: 1. The rates are very reasonable. The beds are big. The rooms are clean. They give you 4 x pillows, which is great! 2. The BTS Station is 500 meters away. It's less than a 10 minute walk but shorter coming back. 3. There's a Lotus grocery with Kidzoona, restaurants and shops across the street 4. The people are cheerful and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. There's a nice restaurant downstairs if you're hungry. 5. There's two 7-11 beside the hotel for easy purchases in the evening.

The water heater is a bit temperamental. It can get hot very quick. However, you can adjust it properly. There's not a lot of toiletries. There's 2 free water per day, shampoo and body wash. But no toothbrush, so do bring your own. There is also no bidet, but that's fine. You can always use the shower.

Breakfast was ok. Location was good for what I needed to do, where I needed to be etc. Also, when my flight was delayed meaning my arrival at the hotel was on the day after I was originally expected, the hotel kindly changed my booking with no fuss, and no extra charge. Thank you for this.

Not much. Would have liked the room to be serviced earlier in the day, (sometimes it was 3.30pm) which would have been better for me personally (but maybe less so for others). But this was a minor issue.

nice size room stay on 10 floor even though on main road was very quiet staff very friendly and helpful bathroom big and great water pressure bed comfortable didn't use wifi but was there one of the best breakfast buffets I've had van airport transfer times were limited but worked in with me and nice to have only 20 minutes from airport

A great hotel to stay when you’re getting ready to fly out of Don Mueang International Airport. I’ve been looking for a nice hotel to serve as a stopover when flying out of Don Mueang, and I’ve finally found it. They have good clean comfortable rooms with a nice hotel shower, which is important. The breakfast buffet had everything you need to start the day. I definitely recommend.

Staff were very good. Food was good and service very good. All staff I spoke with had very good English and very helpful.

Rooms were small and overcrowded with furniture. Overall a good experience, only disappointment were the guests who refused to follow the no smoking policy of the property. The same guests arguing loudly in their rooms and then in the passage way after 11pm. Not the fault of the property or staff of course.

With a flight into Bangkok (Don Mueang Airport) that didn't arrive until 10:45 p.m., I just needed a place close to the airport for an overnight stay before continuing on to Chiang Mai the following airport. I was pleasantly surprised by Best Western Nada Don Mueang. First, it's a quick taxi ride (cost me only 170 baht). Second, the check-in was efficient and quick. My room was fabulous. A very comfortable bed with nice linens; tea kettle; complimentary water, tea, and coffee; cable TV; and a nice bathroom with fluffy towels. Wifi was fast and reliable. The included breakfast was delicious, with a large selection that included vegetarian options. I will definitely use this hotel again when I fly out of Don Mueang, and for when I want to go to sites in that neighborhood, like the Museum of Contemporary Art or Hoh Kret Island.

Better English (news) channels on the cable TV would have been nice. I also wish it would have been possible to take the BTS all the way to the airport, but the red line currently does not go all the way there. However, that's not the hotel's problem, and a cheap taxi ride to the BTS station is an easy alternative.

Modern facility, conveniently located 20 minutes from DMK airport. Good breakfast buffet. Great shower. Was able to take advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service, although it only makes a limited number of trips daily.

The checkin staff were very friendly and excellent at their job. All the staff were friendly and polite. I ordered flowers thru the hotel and they did a excellent job .They also sent different photos of flowers to pick from.. Breakfast was good with a big selection of food.
